技术领域

背景技术

参照图4,根据另一个实施例的数字保护继电器的电力分配监控方法可以包括:允许局域监控设备执行局域监控程序(S210),允许局域监控设备通过远程监控连接线对数字保护继电器进行存取(S220),以及允许局域监控设备发送控制数据至数字保护继电器(S230)。另一个实施例可以进一步包括:允许数字保护继电器判定接收到的控制数据的通信协议(S240),以及允许数字保护继电器根据判定步骤的结果对控制数据进行处理(S250)。这里,所述判定通信协议(S240)是判定通信协议是局域监控专用协议还是远程监控专用协议。
参照图4,根据实施例的电力分配监控方法可以包括:允许数字保护继电器对电力分配进行监控(S261),允许数字保护继电器收集当监控电力分配时发生的事件(S262),允许数字保护继电器基于发生的事件来生成监控数据(S263),允许数字保护继电器使用判定的通信协议对监控数据进行转换(S264),以及允许数字保护继电器通过远程监控连接线发送转换后的监控数据(S270)。
数字保护继电器收集当监控电力分配(S261)时发生的事件(S262),并且判定收集到的事件是否包括在预定(用户定义)的列表中,然后存储收集到的数据。数字保护继电器基于发生的事件而根据通信协议生成监控数据(S263、S264)。也即是说,数字保护继电器使用发生的事件来生成监控数据(S263),并且根据在步骤S240判定出的通信协议对监控数据进行转换(S264)。也即是说,通信协议可以与通过远程监控端口接收到的控制数据的通信协议相符合。这里,通信协议可以是局域监控专用协议或者远程监控专用协议。局域监控程序可以是PC管理器程序。远程监控专用协议是诸如MODBUS的远程SCADA协议或者诸如DNP 3.0的分布式网络协议(DNP)。
局域监控设备或者远程监控设备将从数字保护继电器接收到的监控数据显示在屏幕上(S280)。
如上文所述,根据本公开,数字保护继电器的电力分配监控系统可以被配置为具有局域监控程序以及数字保护继电器的自函数,从而减少由于远程监控系统的安装导致的费用负担以及增强基于管理的便利性。根据本公开,可以通过远程监控连接线连接至一个或多个数字保护继电器以使用局域监控专用协议来发送以及接收数据,从而容易地对包含在数字保护继电器中的各种数据进行处理。此外,根据本公开,可以对多个数字保护继电器分别所需的各个设定值一次性地进行存取和下载,从而增强用户便利性并且提高管理效率。

Claims (14)

1.一种局域监控设备,其设置有局域监控程序,并且分别通过远程监控连接线连接至具有远程监控端口的一个或多个数字保护继电器,并且被配置为使用局域监控专用协议向至少一个或多个数字保护继电器发送数据和/或从至少一个或多个数字保护继电器接收数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的局域监控设备,包括:
存储单元,其被配置为存储所述局域监控程序;
通信单元,其通过所述远程监控连接线连接至所述至少一个或多个数字保护继电器以发送和接收数据;以及
控制器,其被配置为执行所述局域监控程序。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的局域监控设备,其中所述远程监控连接线是串行通信线或者以太网通信线。
4.一种数字保护继电器的电力分配监控系统,所述系统包括:
一个或多个数字保护继电器,其分别设置有一个或多个远程监控端口,通过远程监控连接线连接以收集当监控电力分配时发生的事件并且生成监控数据;以及
局域监控设备,其设置有局域监控程序,并且通过所述远程监控连接线连接至所述一个或多个数字保护继电器以使用局域监控专用协议来接收所述监控数据。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统,进一步包括:
远程监控设备,其通过所述远程监控连接线连接以通过远程监控专用协议接收来自所述一个或多个数字保护继电器的监控数据。
6.根据权利要求5所述的系统,其中所述远程监控专用协议是MODBUS或者DNP。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的系统,其中所述一个或多个数字保护继电器包括:
通信模块,其被配置为发送所述监控数据以及接收控制数据;以及
控制模块,其被配置为判定所述监控数据的通信协议,以及根据判定结果使用所述局域监控专用协议或者所述远程监控专用协议对所述控制数据进行处理。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述远程监控连接线是串行通信线或者以太网通信线。
9.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的系统,其中所述局域监控设备包括:
存储单元,其被配置为存储所述局域监控程序;
通信单元,其通过所述远程监控连接线连接至一个或多个数字保护继电器以发送和接收数据;以及
控制器,其被配置为执行所述局域监控程序。
10.一种监控数字保护继电器中的电力分配的方法,所述方法包括:
允许所述数字保护继电器通过远程监控连接线来接收控制数据;
允许所述数字保护继电器来判定接收到的控制数据的通信协议,以及
允许所述数字保护继电器根据判定步骤的结果对所述控制数据进行处理。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,进一步包括:
允许所述局域监控设备执行局域监控程序;
允许所述局域监控设备通过所述远程监控连接线对所述数字保护继电器进行存取;以及
允许所述局域监控设备发送所述控制数据至所述数字保护继电器。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括:
允许所述数字保护继电器对电力分配进行监控;
允许所述数字保护继电器收集当监控电力分配时发生的事件;以及
允许所述数字保护继电器基于所发生的事件来生成监控数据。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,进一步包括:
允许所述数字保护继电器使用判定出的通信协议对所述监控数据进行转换;以及
允许所述数字保护继电器通过所述远程监控连接线发送转换后的监控数据。
14.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的方法,其中所述判定通信协议是判定所述通信协议是局域监控专用协议还是远程监控专用协议。
