本发明涉及一种电工用铜排。主要用于铁路上电控箱开关触头。属电工合金材料技术领域。
背景技术
电工用铜排是制作铁路上电控箱开关触头等用导体材料。传统的电工用铜排存在以下不足:
1、其横截面呈矩形。矩形铜排只能满足于一般电器产品作导体材料,而对于一些对导体材料有特殊截面形状要求的场合则不能适用。因而满足不了电器行业产品升级换代的需求。
2、铜排由纯铜制成,其导电性能较弱。发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种能适用于对导体材料有特殊截面形状要求的场合且导电性能好的镀银两侧带圆弧形凹槽的铜排。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种镀银两侧带圆弧形凹槽的铜排,包括铜排本体,所述铜排本体左右两侧均设置有一圆弧形凹槽,该圆弧形凹槽在所述铜排本体左右两侧呈背向对称布置,并在所述铜排本体的外表面镀有一层金属银。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明电工用铜排的两侧带圆弧形凹槽,因此能适用于对导体材料有特殊截面形状要求的场合,满足了电器行业产品升级换代的需求。
2、由于在铜排的外表面镀有一层金属银,可以增加铜排的导电性能。
