Abstract

本发明提供一种风扇固定装置,用以将一组风扇固定于一电子装置的壳体上,所述风扇固定装置包括容置有若干风扇的风扇固定架、二锁合机构及二杠杆,每一所述杠杆包括相对设置的第一端及第二端,每一所述第一端可滑动地固定在所述锁合机构上,每一所述第二端可转动地固定在所述风扇固定架上且与所述壳体相抵持;拉动所述锁合机构时,所述杠杆在所述锁合机构的驱动下将所述风扇固定架由所述壳体上拆卸下来。本发明所述的风扇固定装置结构简单;拆装风扇模组时,方便快捷、省力且无需拆装工具。

风扇固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置,特别涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
现有的存储服务器中,风扇模组的通常采用螺丝、螺栓等锁固件固定于存储服务器的壳体基板上,该种方式可达到稳定固定的效果;但拆装所述风扇模组时,需要使用工具且操作复杂。另外,还有很多风扇模组是采用热插拔的方式固定的,该类风扇模组的拆装不需要使用工具,但需要克服的插拔力较大、不易拔出,如此给维修或更换带来了很多不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于装拆的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用以将一组风扇固定于一电子装置的壳体上,所述风扇固定装置包括容置有若干风扇的风扇固定架、二锁合机构及二杠杆,每一所述杠杆包括相对设置的第一端及第二端,每一所述第一端可滑动地固定在所述锁合机构上,每一所述第二端可转动地固定在所述风扇固定架上且与所述壳体相抵持;拉动所述锁合机构时,所述杠杆在所述锁合机构的驱动下将所述风扇固定架由所述壳体上拆卸下来。
本发明所述的风扇固定装置,利用杠杆原理在锁合机构的带动下使杠杆绕其转轴旋转,进而带动所述风扇固定架做向上或向下的运动,在无需拆装工具的条件下,将固定有风扇的风扇固定架快捷地进行拆装,且该操作省力、装置结构简单。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参见图1所示,本发明风扇固定装置100的较佳实施方式用于将若干风扇200固定于一电子装置的壳体300中。
所述壳体300包括一底板301及由底板301相对两侧延伸而成的二侧板303。
请一并参见图2所示,所述风扇固定装置100包括一风扇固定架10、二可滑动地固定在所述风扇固定架10两端的锁合机构20及二杠杆30。每一所述杠杆30包括相对设置的第一端32及第二端34,所述第一端32可滑动地固定在所述锁合机构20上,所述第二端34与所述侧板303抵持且可转动地固定在所述风扇固定架10上。拉动所述锁合机构20可将所述风扇固定架10由所述壳体300上拆卸下来。
所述风扇固定架10包括二端壁11及二间隔壁13,二所述端壁11分别邻近所述壳体300的二侧板303设置。
请一并参见图3所示,每一所述锁合机构20包括一锁合件21、及开设其中一所述间隔板上的一上卡槽23及一下卡槽25。所述间隔壁13设置在每一所述锁合件21与所述风扇200之间。
每一所述锁合件21包括一按压臂211、一卡扣213、一连接轴215及相对设置的二侧壁217。所述连接轴215的两端分别可转动地固定于二所述侧壁217的内表面。所述按压臂211及卡扣213通过所述连接轴215可转动地连接在一起。当所述卡扣213可卡合于所述上卡槽23或下卡槽25中时,按压所述按压臂211向靠近所述间隔壁13方向转动时,所述连接轴215发生转动并带动所述卡扣213向远离所述间隔壁13的方向转动,从而使所述卡扣213与所述上卡槽23或下卡槽25脱离。
所述卡扣213包括一楔形面2131。当所述卡扣213卡合于所述上卡槽23或下卡槽25中时,所述楔形面2131与所述上卡槽23或下卡槽25的槽壁相抵持。当用户忘记将卡扣213卡合于所述上卡槽23或下卡槽25时,所述楔形面2131可使所述卡扣213被强行压入所述下卡槽25中,用以防止锁合件21自由下落,从而使该锁合件21稳固停留于如图5所示的状态。
所述锁合件21可采用如PVC、PU等弹性材料制成。
请参见图3-5所示,所述杠杆30可滑动地固定在所述锁合件21上的方式为:所述杠杆30包括二设置于所述第一端32的凸柱31,所述风扇固定装置100还包括分别设置在所述侧壁217上的二滑槽40。每一所述凸柱31可滑动地容置于其中一所述滑槽40内,从而将所述杠杆30的一端可滑动地固定在所述锁合件21上。本实施例中,每一所述凸柱31分别凸设在所述杠杆30的两相对设置的外表面上。每一所述滑槽40包括一第一槽壁41及一与该第一槽壁41相对的第二槽壁43。
请一并参见图4所示,所述杠杆30可转动地固定在所述风扇固定架10上的方式为:所述杠杆30还包括二设置于所述第二端34的转轴33。所述风扇固定架10还包括与所述转轴33相对设置的轴孔15。所述转轴33分别安装在所述轴孔15内。本实施例中,每一所述转轴33凸设在所述杠杆30远离所述凸柱31的一端。
所述杠杆30的第二端34的端部与所述侧板303相抵持的方式为:所述风扇固定装置100还包括二限位机构50。所述限位机构50包括二设置于所述端壁11上的限位槽51及二设置于所述侧板303的限位凸块53。所述限位槽51及所述限位凸块53用以限制所述杠杆30上下运动的距离。本实施例中,每一所述限位凸块53包括一上表面531及一与上表面531相对的下表面533。所述杠杆30还包括一设置于所述第二端34的限位臂35,所述限位臂35邻近所述二转轴33设置,该限位臂35包括一第一限位部351、第二限位部353及形成于第一限位部351与第二限位部353之间一凹槽355。所述凹槽355与所述限位凸块53相对设置。当所述风扇200安装于所述壳体300内时,所述凸柱31与所述第一槽壁41相抵持,所述限位臂35的第一限位部351穿过所述限位槽51与所述限位凸块53的下表面533相抵持,用以将所述风扇固定架10固定于所述壳体300内。
拆卸所述风扇200时,先按压所述按压臂211使其向靠近所述风扇200方向转动,所述卡扣213在该按压臂211的驱动下向远离所述风扇200方向转动而与所述下卡槽25脱离;然后,向上提拉所述锁合件21,在该锁合件21的带动下,所述杠杆30的凸柱31由所述滑槽40的第一槽壁41向第二槽壁43滑动,同时所述杠杆30绕所述转轴33旋转、所述限位臂35绕所述限位凸块53转动;当所述凸柱31由第二槽壁43再次回到与第一槽壁41相抵持的位置时,所述杠杆30停止旋转且所述卡扣213卡合于上卡槽23中;如此,将所述风扇200从所述壳体300上拆卸下来。
请一并参见图5及图6所示,安装所述风扇200时,先按压所述按压臂211使其向靠近所述风扇200方向转动,所述卡扣213在该按压臂211的驱动下向远离所述风扇200方向转动而与所述上卡槽23脱离;然后,向下按压所述锁合件21,在该锁合件21的带动下,所述杠杆30的凸柱31由所述滑槽40的第一槽壁41向第二槽壁43滑动,同时所述杠杆30绕所述转轴33旋转;当所述凸柱31由第二槽壁43再次回到与第一槽壁41相抵持的位置时,所述杠杆30停止旋转且所述卡扣213卡合于所述下卡槽25中,如此使所述风扇200安装于所述壳体300上。
本发明所述的风扇固定装置100,利用杠杆原理在锁合机构20的带动下使杠杆30绕其转轴33旋转,进而带动所述风扇200做向上或向下的运动,在无需拆装工具的条件下,将风扇模组快捷地进行拆装,且该操作省力、装置结构简单。

Claims (3)

1.一种风扇固定装置,用以将一组风扇固定于一电子装置的壳体上,所述风扇固定装置包括容置有若干风扇的风扇固定架,其特征在于:所述风扇固定装置包括二锁合机构及二杠杆,每一所述杠杆包括相对设置的第一端及第二端,每一所述第一端可滑动地固定在所述锁合机构上,每一所述第二端可转动地固定在所述风扇固定架上且与所述壳体相抵持;拉动所述锁合机构时,所述杠杆在所述锁合机构的驱动下将所述风扇固定架由所述壳体上拆卸下来。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁合机构包括一锁合件,所述锁合件包括一按压臂、一与按压臂一端连接的卡扣、一连接轴及相对设置的二侧壁,所述连接轴的两端分别可转动地固定于二所述侧壁的内表面,所述按压臂及卡扣通过所述连接轴可转动地连接在一起。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:所述风扇固定装置还包括分别开设于所述侧壁的二滑槽,所述滑槽用以使所述第一端可滑动地固定在所述锁合机构上。
