本发明公开一种太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,由太阳能集热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和节流元件、水轮压缩一体机、单向阀和封闭储液罐组成,太阳能集热器的上端口与水轮压缩一体机的水轮进口连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与水轮压缩一体机的吸气口连通,水轮压缩一体机的排气口与冷凝器的进气口连通,冷凝器的出液口经过节流元件与蒸发器的进口连通,蒸发器的出口与封闭储液罐连通,太阳能集热器的下端口与冷凝器的冷却液出口连通,冷凝器的冷却液进口与封闭储液罐连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与封闭储液罐之间设有单向阀。是一种价格低廉、性价比高、适合普通百姓家庭使用,便于推广的太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机。

太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻杆制冷机,尤其是一种太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,属于太阳能资源开发利用领域,涉及的是利用太阳能聚热为动力制冷的技术领域,应用于空调制冷。
背景技术
众所周知,目前世界性的能源价格飙升,让普通百姓不堪重负;此外,由于二氧化碳排放量的逐年增加,温室效应逐步加剧,世界性各地区的碳排放政策逐步趋紧,太阳能作为一种清洁无污染能源,其发展前景非常广阔,现已为世界各国所重视,因此,掀起了清洁能源开发利用的高潮。但是,目前国内外利用太阳能制冷技术中,不可突破的瓶颈问题是过低的性价比不适合普通老百姓使用,从而导致其不能普及市场。
因此,研究一种性价比高的、适合普通老百姓使用的太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种性价比高的、适合普通老百姓使用的太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,由太阳能集热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和节流元件、水轮压缩一体机、单向阀和封闭储液罐组成,太阳能集热器的上端口与水轮压缩一体机的水轮进口连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与水轮压缩一体机的吸气口连通,水轮压缩一体机的排气口与冷凝器的进气口连通,冷凝器的出液口经过节流元件与蒸发器的进口连通,蒸发器的出口与封闭储液罐连通,太阳能集热器的下端口与冷凝器的冷却液出口连通,冷凝器的冷却液进口与封闭储液罐连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与封闭储液罐之间设有单向阀。 太阳能集热器吸收太阳能后其内液体受热膨胀,热的液体向上运动,冷的液体从下端补充,形成液流,液流带动水轮压缩一体机的水轮轴旋转,同时水轮轴带动压缩轴旋转,当水轮压缩一体机吸气时单向阀关闭,水轮压缩一体机排气时打开,形成带动水轮压缩一体机工作的连续液流。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的水轮压缩一体机的水轮机的水轮轴通过变速机构与压缩机压缩轴连接。
作为本发明的又一种优选方案,所述的变速机构为设在水轮轴端的I#伞齿轮和设在压缩轴上的II#伞齿轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有价格低廉、性价比高、适合普通百姓家庭使用,便于推广的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1、3所示,太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,由太阳能集热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和节流元件、水轮压缩一体机、单向阀和封闭储液罐组成,太阳能集热器的上端口与水轮压缩一体机的水轮进口连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与水轮压缩一体机的吸气口连通,水轮压缩一体机的排气口与冷凝器的进气口连通,冷凝器的出液口经过节流元件与蒸发器的进口连通,蒸发器的出口与封闭储液罐连通,太阳能集热器的下端口与冷凝器的冷却液出口连通,冷凝器的冷却液进口与封闭储液罐连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与封闭储液罐之间设有单向阀。 
太阳能集热器吸收太阳能后其内液体受热膨胀,热的液体向上运动,冷的液体从下端补充,形成液流,液流带动水轮压缩一体机的水轮轴旋转,同时水轮轴带动压缩轴旋转,当水轮压缩一体机吸气时单向阀关闭,水轮压缩一体机排气时打开,形成带动水轮压缩一体机工作的连续液流。
如图2所示,所述的水轮压缩一体机的水轮机的水轮轴通过变速机构与压缩机压缩轴连接。
如图2所示,所述的变速机构为设在水轮轴端的I#伞齿轮和设在压缩轴上的II#伞齿轮。

Claims (3)

1.太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,由太阳能集热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和节流元件、水轮压缩一体机、单向阀和封闭储液罐组成,其特征在于,太阳能集热器的上端口与水轮压缩一体机的水轮进口连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与水轮压缩一体机的吸气口连通,水轮压缩一体机的排气口与冷凝器的进气口连通,冷凝器的出液口经过节流元件与蒸发器的进口连通,蒸发器的出口与封闭储液罐连通,太阳能集热器的下端口与冷凝器的冷却液出口连通,冷凝器的冷却液进口与封闭储液罐连通,水轮压缩一体机的水轮出口与封闭储液罐之间设有单向阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,其特征在于,所述的水轮压缩一体机的水轮机的水轮轴通过变速机构与压缩机压缩轴连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能全封闭内循环制冷机,其特征在于,所述的变速机构为设在水轮轴端的I#伞齿轮和设在压缩轴上的II#伞齿轮。
