技术领域
本发明涉及一种分汽包，尤其是指一种用于原料药生产的分汽包。
背景技术
分汽包又称为分汽缸，是锅炉的主要配套设备，用于把锅炉运行时所产生的蒸汽分配到各路管道中去，其承压能力、容量应与配套锅炉相对应。
在氯化钠、氯化钾等原料药的生产需要用大量的蒸汽，用于加热和干燥，在用锅炉产生蒸汽的时候，需要用分汽包来缓和蒸汽在管道中传输时对管道壁的压力，减少安全隐患和延长管道及相关部件的使用寿命，现有技术中的分汽包不能完全满足原料药生产中的要求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种设计合理，使用安全的用于原料药生产的分汽包。
本发明的技术方案是：包括带有支座的壳体，在壳体的顶部设有进汽管和压力表接口，疏水管安装在壳体的一端，在壳体的底部安装有排水管和排尽管。
其中，上述的支座为鞍座。
所述的排水管设计成T字形。
本发明设计合理，使用安全，适合用于原料药的生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明包括带有支座5的壳体1，在壳体1的顶部设有进汽管7和压力表接口6，疏水管2安装在壳体1的一端，在壳体1的底部安装有排水管3和排尽管4。
其中，上述的支座5为鞍座。
所述的排水管3设计成T字形。
本发明设计合理，使用安全，适合用于原料药的生产。

1.一种用于原料药生产的分汽包，包括带有支座（5）的壳体（1），在壳体（1）的顶部设有进汽管（7）和压力表接口（6），疏水管（2）安装在壳体（1）的一端，在壳体（1）的底部安装有排水管（3）和排尽管（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的分汽包，其特征在于，所述的支座（5）为鞍座。
3.如权利要求1所述的分汽包，其特征在于，所述的排水管（3）设计成T字形。
