本发明公开了一种预应力锚具,包括锚具外套和锚具内套,所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间设有用于减小所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间相对摩擦力的薄膜层。所述薄膜层为塑料膜、石蜡膜、纤维素膜或碳膜。上述结构的预应力锚具,由于在所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间设有用于减小所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间相对摩擦力的薄膜层,因此在拆卸锁紧的预应力锚具时锚具外套和锚具内套之间的相对摩擦力减小了,比较容易拆卸,不会使锚具损坏。本发明优选的薄膜层为塑料膜、石蜡膜、纤维素膜或碳膜,这些材质的薄膜层相对锚具外套和内套的相对滑动摩擦系数小,更容易退锚。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预应力锚具。
背景技术
预应力锚具适用于工程建设过程中混凝土预应力张拉使用,预应力锚具锁紧使用后,要求重复使用或设施拆除时要求预应力锚具退锚。预应力锚具包括锚具外套和锚具内套,预应力锚具锁紧后由于外套和内套的相对摩擦力很大导致退锚很困难,使用退锚器械成功退锚率很低,经常使用破坏性退锚方法如火焊切割、钢锯切割、火药爆破等,退锚成本高且退锚后锚具基本损坏无法利用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种预应力锚具锁紧后容易退锚且锚具不会被损坏的预应力描具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种预应力锚具,包括锚具外套和锚具内套,所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间设有用于减小所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间相对摩擦力的薄膜层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述薄膜层为塑料膜、石蜡膜、纤维素膜或碳膜。
上述结构的预应力锚具,由于在所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间设有用于减小所述锚具外套和锚具内套之间相对摩擦力的薄膜层,因此在拆卸锁紧的预应力锚具时锚具外套和锚具内套之间的相对摩擦力减小了,比较容易拆卸,不会使锚具损坏。本发明优选的薄膜层为塑料膜、石蜡膜、纤维素膜或碳膜,这些材质的薄膜层相对锚具外套和内套的相对滑动摩擦系数小,更容易退锚。

参见图1、图2,本发明一种预应力锚具,包括锚具外套1和锚具内套2,锚具外套1和锚具内套2之间设有用于减小所述锚具外套1和锚具内套2之间相对摩擦力的薄膜层3。
所述薄膜层3可以为塑料膜、石蜡膜、纤维素膜或碳膜。
所述薄膜层3的厚度优选为0.02-0.1mm。

1.一种预应力锚具,包括锚具外套(1)和锚具内套(2),其特征在于:所述锚具外套(1)和锚具内套(2)之间设有用于减小所述锚具外套(1)和锚具内套(2)之间相对摩擦力的薄膜层(3)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的预应力锚具,其特征在于:所述薄膜层(3)为塑料膜、石蜡膜、纤维素膜或碳膜。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的预应力锚具,其特征在于:所述薄膜层(3)的厚度为0.02-0.1mm。
