Abstract

本发明涉及一种激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置,它由激光发送电路、单模光纤、光信号通断器、激光信号接收电路构成,激光发送电路与单模光纤一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器对应安装在光信号通断器一侧光通孔上,激光信号接收电路与单模光纤一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器对应安装在光信号通断器另一侧光通孔上。本发明利用光信号回路的通断反馈被监控设备的运行状态,并将遥信信息传输至监控设备,其结构简单,性能可靠,功耗低,具有抗电磁干扰能力,可满足带电作业的要求。

激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电网信息远程监控设备,特别是一种激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置。
背景技术
现有电网的远动遥信信号采集装置主要依靠直流电路的通断来反应断路器、刀闸等电力设备的分合状态,它主要存在如下不足:一是直流接地问题,由于遥信信号回路采用变电站的直流浮充电池电源,即直接采用+110V和-110V的直流母线电压作为遥信电源,+110V为遥信回路的公共端,如果发生遥信电缆绝缘损坏、刀闸辅助接点进水、电缆接线施工误碰等情况,会发生直流接地故障,导致保护装置误动作,造成大面积停电。二是同一点信号的SOE分辨率低,由于传统接触式信号辅助接点动作过程中会产生大量的抖动信号,因此遥信采集电路必须采取硬件和软件上的抖动过滤处理,导致同一点很难实现2ms的SOE分辨率要求。三是功率消耗大,存在电磁干扰问题,一块32路直流遥信采集板通常功耗为10W左右,满负载功率会更高,由于距离高压设备较近,易受电磁干扰发出错误信号。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种性能可靠,结构简单,功耗低的激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置,其特征在于它由激光发送电路、单模光纤、光信号通断器、激光信号接收电路构成,激光发送电路与单模光纤一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器对应安装在光信号通断器一侧光通孔上,激光信号接收电路与单模光纤一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器对应安装在光信号通断器另一侧光通孔上。
所述的激光发送电路由电源、电阻、二极管及激光二极管组成。
所述的激光信号接收电路是由电源、光电二极管和开关电路组成。
光信号通断器的盒体内设有遮光盘,它由两个对称设置的扇形盘构成,遮光盘的中轴从盒体两侧穿出,与遮光盘相对的盒体上设有光通孔,光通孔上连接有与单模光纤连接的尾纤适配器。
本发明利用光信号回路的通断反馈被监控设备的运行状态,并将遥信信息传输至监控设备,其结构简单,性能可靠,功耗低,具有抗电磁干扰能力,可满足带电作业的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置的激光发送电路1与单模光纤8一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器9对应安装在光信号通断器4一侧光通孔上,激光信号接收电路2与单模光纤10一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器11对应安装在光信号通断器另一侧光通孔上。
激光发送电路由电源、电阻R1、二极管D1及激光二极管LD1组成。电源为5V直流电源,电阻R1用以满足激光二极管的工作电压在1.1~1.5V之间的要求,二级管D1对激光二级管进行反向电压旁路保护和瞬时正向过电压保护,激光二极管LD1发出恒定功率约1mW、波长为1310nm的激光,用以提供稳定的光源。
激光信号接收电路是由电源、光电二极管和开关电路组成。电源为5V直流电源,开关电路由电阻R2、R3、R4和三极管VT1组成,光电二极管PD1正常工作时接收0.6mW的功率,输出0.4mA的光电流。回路中有光电流时,三极管导通,与三极管发射极相连接的处理器3识别为“0”,对应于被控设备为“合”或“动作”状态;回路中无光电流时,三极管截止,此时处理器识别为“1”,对应于被控设备的“分”或“复归”状态。
光信号通断器的盒体4空腔内设有遮光盘12,它由两个互成90度且对称设置的扇形盘构成,见图2,遮光盘的中轴5从盒体两侧穿出,其一端通过铰链6与电网中需要监控的断路器或刀闸的辅助机构7相连接,尾纤适配器9、11对应安装在盒体光通孔上,光通孔设置在与遮光盘相对的盒体上。
当被监控的设备状态发生变化时,会带动光信号通断器中的遮光盘作90度转动,遮光盘就会遮断或不遮断光通路,遮断时,光信号不能传输至激光信号接收电路,激光信号接收电路向与其相连接的处理器输出高电平,代表设备的“分”或“复归”状态;不遮断时,光信号能够传输至激光信号接收电路,则激光信号接收电路向处理器输出低电平,代表设备的“合”或“动作”等状态。

Claims (3)

1.一种激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置,其特征在于它由激光发送电路、单模光纤、光信号通断器、激光信号接收电路构成,光信号通断器的盒体内设有遮光盘,它由两个对称设置的扇形盘构成,遮光盘的中轴从盒体两侧穿出,与遮光盘相对的盒体上设有光通孔,光通孔上连接有激光发送电路和激光信号接收电路的尾纤适配器,激光发送电路与单模光纤一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器对应安装在光信号通断器一侧光通孔上,激光信号接收电路与单模光纤一端连接,单模光纤另一端的尾纤适配器对应安装在光信号通断器另一侧光通孔上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置,其特征在于激光发送电路由电源、电阻、二极管及激光二极管组成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的激光和单模光纤遥信信号采集装置,其特征在于激光信号接收电路是由电源、光电二极管和开关电路组成。
