[0002] 现有LED灯管均为半圆发光面,即一半是散热器,一半是发光面,灯具光效与传统日光灯有差距,特别是大部分常规日光灯罩都带反光支架,替换后顶部光照不佳。现有LED灯管均为小功率贴装,功率受限制。现有LED灯管表面散热器露出,点灯后温度很高,更换是容易烫伤受,有安全隐患。现有LED灯管电源大部分采用长条设计,并嵌入至散热器内部,内部温度难以与外界空气对流;散热效果差。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是对现有技术方案进行完善与改进,提供一种高效LED灯管,以达到实现灯管4面发光,散热器内藏,避免烫伤的目的。为此,本发明采取以下技术方案。
[0004] 一种高效LED灯管,包括透光罩、散热器、LED光源组件、LED驱动组件、两灯头,所述的LED光源组件设于散热器上,所述的LED驱动组件设于灯头中,两灯头分别设于散热器的两端,其特征在于:所述的散热器为中空型材,其外侧面开有复数个均匀排布的散热槽,散热槽贯通散热器的两端面;散热器上设有复数个弧形透光罩,透光罩的两侧均设有与散热槽相配的卡脚,一透光罩外套在两相邻散热槽之间的散热器上,相邻透光罩的卡脚之间设有散热空隙使散热槽的槽底与外界相通;两散热槽之间的散热器上设用于承载LED光源组件的LED承载面。散热器套在透光罩内,避免因散热器外露而烫伤,同时散热槽的槽底与外界相通提高散热效果;LED光源组件能均匀设置在散热器上,实现LED灯管的360度发光。散热器可采用铝型材,中空的散热器在降低质量的同时,增加散热面。散热器的长度可根据需要裁取。
