Abstract

沼气池模拟测试装置属于沼气设备领域,包括检测管、盖子、容器、观测窗、支架、环形水管、压力表和温度表,容器的上下端设有盖子,上端的盖子内插有检测管,在容器的侧壁上安装有观测窗、压力表和温度表,在容器的侧壁上布满有环形水管,支架安装在容器的底部。容器呈球形;检测管包括拔插板和管体,管体内开设有多个凹槽,拔插板与管体实现滑动密封配合;观测窗由石英玻璃、有机玻璃和聚碳酸酯材料相互粘合而成,最内层为石英玻璃,呈内凸半球形,以增加抗压能力及起到一定的放大作用。通过将本装置可模拟和测试家用沼气池发酵的各项过程和参数,为今后提高沼气池产气率提供理论依据。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种测试装置,具体地说是一种沼气池模拟测试装置,属于沼气设备领域。
背景技术
随着能源危机的日益严重,沼气池的运用也越来越多,尤其是在中西部地区,沼气的使用已成为其最重要的家用能源,但目前的沼气池均为传统的工艺制造,产气率很低,如今还没有专用的测试装置来研究哪些因素影响了产气率,是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种沼气池模拟测试装置。
本发明要解决的问题是目前还没有专用的沼气池测试装置的不足。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提出沼气池模拟测试装置,包括检测管、盖子、容器、观测窗、支架、环形水管、压力表和温度表,容器的上下端设有盖子,上端的盖子内插有检测管,在容器的侧壁上安装有观测窗、压力表和温度表,在容器的侧壁上布满有环形水管,支架安装在容器的底部。
容器呈球形;检测管包括拔插板和管体,管体内开设有多个凹槽,拔插板与管体实现滑动密封配合;观测窗由石英玻璃、有机玻璃和聚碳酸脂材料相互粘合而成,最内层为石英玻璃,呈内凸半球形,以增加抗压能力及起到一定的放大作用。
本发明的优点是:通过将本装置可模拟和测试家用沼气池发酵的各项过程和参数,为今后提高沼气池产气率提供理论依据,应具有广阔的市场空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明提出沼气池模拟测试装置,包括检测管1、盖子2、容器3、观测窗4、支架5、环形水管6、压力表7和温度表8,容器3的上下端设有盖子2,方便内部发酵物的存取,上端的盖子2内插有检测管1,用于提取检测样本,在容器3的侧壁上安装有观测窗4、压力表7和温度表8,在容器3的侧壁上布满有环形水管6,通过恒温水来控制实验测试的稳定性以及稳定变化对发酵的影响,支架5安装在容器3的底部。
容器3呈球形,以增加抗压能力;如图2所示,检测管1包括拔插板11和管体12,管体12内开设有多个凹槽,以实现分层取样功能;拔插板11与管体12实现滑动密封配合,以保持良好的密封性;观测窗4由石英玻璃、有机玻璃和聚碳酸脂材料相互粘合而成,最内层为石英玻璃,呈内凸半球形,以增加抗压能力及起到一定的放大作用,方便实验人员观测。
本发明安装完成后,将发酵原料放进容器3内,预先准备好测试的项目,盖子2盖紧,通过环形水管6来控制实验温度,压力表7和温度表8用于观察内部变化,发酵一段时间后可抽出检测管1的拔插板11,使发酵物质分层进入各个凹槽,然后可取出进行化验,而且本装置还可直接通过观测窗4看到内部发酵变化,这样的测试装置基本能满足发酵过程的各项测试,为后期实地提高沼气池产气率提供理论依据。

Claims (4)

1.沼气池模拟测试装置,包括检测管(1)、盖子(2)、容器(3)、观测窗(4)、支架(5)、环形水管(6)、压力表(7)和温度表(8),其特征是:容器(3)的上下端设有盖子(2),上端的盖子(2)内插有检测管(1),在容器(3)的侧壁上安装有观测窗(4)、压力表(7)和温度表(8),在容器(3)的侧壁上布满有环形水管(6),支架(5)安装在容器(3)的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气池模拟测试装置,其特征是:所述容器(3)呈球形。
