背景技术:
由于现在农户用传统的沼气池绝大部分都是采用水泥、沙石等土建而成。在施工过程中存在施工期长,使用材料多而复杂,同时质量和规格无法实现统一和保证等原因,大大地影响了国家新能源的推广和应用政策。因为所耗原材料多,特别是交通不便的边远地区,更大大地影响了使用沼气的积极性和政府推广的进度。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、制造容易、产气稳定、热值高的可埋、露天水压玻璃钢沼气池。
本实用新型的解决技术方案是这样的,一种可埋、露天水压玻璃钢沼气池,包括上半球、下半球、封口条、进料斗、水压间,其特征是所述的上半球两边设有穿孔分别安装进料斗与水压间,所述的上半球与下半球连接处设有边缘,用封口条固定密封。所述的上半球内腔为集气室,下半球内腔为储料发酵室;所述的封口条设有密封槽卡住上、下半球的边缘;所述的上半球顶部设有出气管,下半球底部设为平底;所述的进料斗设有进料管至储料发酵室;所述的水压间设有出液管至储料发酵室;所述的罐体可根据用户的需求制成各种规格的容积。
本实用新型的优点是结构紧凑,制造容易,产气稳定,热值高,重量轻,抗腐蚀,易于推广应用。

本实用新型的最佳实施是这样的,参照图1至图7所示,一种可埋、露天水压玻璃钢沼气池,包括上半球、下半球、封口条、进料斗、水压间,其中,所述的上半球2两边设有穿孔11分别安装进料斗1与水压间4,所述的上半球2与下半球5连接处设有边缘,用封口条6固定密封。所述的上半球2内腔为集气室7,下半球5内腔为储料发酵室9;所述的封口条6设有密封槽12卡住上半球2、下半球5的边缘;所述的上半球2顶部设有出气管3,下半球3底部设为平底;所述的进料斗1设有进料管10至储料发酵室9;所述的水压间4设有出液管8至储料发酵室9;所述的罐体可根据用户的需求制成各种规格的容积。

1.一种可埋、露天水压玻璃钢沼气池,包括上半球、下半球、封口条、进料斗、水压间,其特征在于,所述的上半球(2)两边设有穿孔(11)分别安装进料斗(1)与水压间(4),所述的上半球(2)与下半球(5)连接处设有边缘,用封口条(6)固定密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的可埋、露天水压玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于,所述的上半球(2)内腔为集气室(7),下半球(5)内腔为储料发酵室(9)。
3.如权利要求1所述的可埋、露天水压玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于,所述的封口条(6)设有密封槽(12)卡住上下半球(2、5)的边缘。
4.如权利要求1所述的可埋、露天水压玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于,所述的上半球(2)顶部设有出气管(3),下半球(3)底部设为平底。
