本发明涉及一种机床自动控制间歇进给装置,尤其涉及到普通磨床自动控制间歇进给装置。
背景技术:
随着社会的发展,工业越来越发达,提高生产率越来越被重视,对机械加工的零件质量要求越来越高,尤其是在普通磨床上磨削深槽,都是靠工人看着刻度盘,摇着手轮进给,零件的加工质量不易保证,而且工人易疲劳,工作效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作方便的普通磨床自动控制间歇进给装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种普通磨床自动控制间歇进给装置,包括棘轮与棘爪组成的棘轮机构,棘爪铰接于固定杆上,其特征在于所述棘爪的近端处设置有牵引磁铁。                              
本发明结构简单,操作方便,能够提高加工质量和工作效率,降低工人的劳动强度。

参照附图一种普通磨床自动控制间歇进给装置,包括棘轮1与棘爪2组成的棘轮机构,棘爪2铰接于固定杆4上,其特征在于所述棘爪2的近端处设置有牵引磁铁3。
具体实施时,牵引磁铁驱动棘爪,棘爪便插入棘轮齿以推动棘轮转动,而棘轮替代了磨床刻度手轮,通过磨床传动机构,使磨头砂轮实现间歇进给,其中牵引磁铁的动作可以由程序控制。

1.一种普通磨床自动控制间歇进给装置,包括棘轮(1)与棘爪(2)组成的棘轮机构,棘爪(2)铰接于固定杆(4)上,其特征在于所述棘爪(2)的近端处设置有牵引磁铁(3)。
