Abstract
剃须件中至少有一个刀片,和模制聚合材料制的刀片架,设有接触皮肤的护罩表面及帽表面,刀片架的帽部及/或罩部用至少一种润滑聚合物制造,材料在剃须的即时状态中的水溶性高于其他状态水溶性,或者用这种润滑聚合材料与其他一种或多种材料的混合物制造。
Description
本发明与一种安全剃刀有关,特别与一种用于安全剃刀的剃须件有关,其类型为至少有一个刀片,和用模制聚合材料制造的刀片架,共同形成一个剃须件,刀片用钝以后,可将整个剃须件废弃。刀片架设计为形成与皮肤接触的护罩表面及护帽表面,分别与刀刃前后的皮肤接触。
剃须件可为一次用插件类型,适于安装到剃刀柄上或从其上拆卸,或与柄一体形成,从而在刀片用钝后将整个剃刀废弃。
已知在这种剃须件上设置插件,它遇水时释放水溶润滑聚合材料;使用这种插件可很大提高剃须的舒适性,例如在英国专利说明书第2,024,082B号中,描述了这种插件,而这类剃须件市上已出售若干年。
这种插件的理想水溶润滑聚合材料,是聚氧化乙烯,这种材料就目前所知,已用于全部市售的这类剃须件。这种聚合物的缺点,是剃须件使用后,由于吸收水分而持续从插件中析出。这样使得插件有不悦目且不利的膨胀,引起插件与表面粘着,诸如与剃刀盘的表面接触,下次用剃刀时,难以从盘中取出,在极端情况下,用力将剃刀与粘着表面分离时,致将插件损坏。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种安全剃刀用的剃须件,它能克服上述缺点,在剃须条件下具有水溶性和润滑性,而在置放的条件下无水溶性和润滑性。
本发明人等发现,通过用有选择地水溶的润滑聚合材料制作刀片架的帽部,和/或护罩部,或帽中和/或护罩部中的插件,即材料在
剃须当时状态中的水溶性,大于其他状态中的水溶性,便可取得使用有插件的剃须刀的优点,而可避免或减少上面提到的缺点。
根据本发明的一种剃须件,有至少一个刀片,和一个用聚合材料模制的刀片架,形成与皮肤接触的护罩表面和帽表面,其特征在于,刀片架的帽部和/或罩部,或帽部和/或罩部中的模制插件,用至少一种润滑聚合材料或这种润滑聚合材料和一种或多种其他聚合材料的混合物来制造,这种润滑聚合材料在剃须当时条件下的水溶性高于在其他条件下的水溶性,这种润滑聚合物在pH值为8或以上时显示出高的表面润滑性和至少部分水溶性,而在较低的PH值时便无水溶性且无润滑性。
帽部与/或护罩部或模制插件,究竟仅用润滑聚合材料或含这种材料的混合物制作,取决于润滑聚合材料的机械性能,模制后是否有足以耐一般使用的强度。如模制润滑聚合材料达不到这种强度,便可与可提供要求的强度的一种或多种其它可模制的材料结合使用。该其它材料最好用疏水性聚合材料;适当的疏水性聚合物举例如聚苯乙烯,聚乙烯,聚丙烯和聚醛等,即模制剃刀部件常用的聚合物。
当然可用掺和一种或多种其他材料的润滑聚合物,诸如方提及的疏水性聚合物。甚至当润滑聚合物有足够强度可单独使用时,也可能希望使用这种混合物,以取得特定的模制性能,如润滑聚合物价格昂贵,则可降低模制部件的成本。
虽然这种混合物中的疏水聚合物与润滑聚合物的相对比例并非关键,但混合物的一般最好含疏水聚合物按重量计占60至20%,含润滑聚合物40%至80%。
由于许多剃须皂,剃须膏及泡沫剂,诸如钾基肥皂,具有高pH值,举例为8-10,润滑聚合物的一种理想类型,为pH值在8-9之间时表现出高表面润滑性的,有某种水溶度的水溶聚合物,pH值低时便无水溶
性且无润滑性。当将含这种聚合物的模制剃刀部件或插件结合于这种高pH值的剃须皂,剃须膏或泡沫剂时,在剃须时的常见的高pH条件下,聚合物提供理想的润滑性,但一旦用清水漂洗插件(将环境pH值降低到7或以下时)聚合物变为不能溶解,并转变为不润滑状态。
这类型的适当的聚合物举例如丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物,诸如丙烯酸甲酯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯,和丙烯酸及/或甲基丙烯酸的共聚物。当前理想的这类聚合物,为占重量80%的丙烯酸甲酯和占重量20%的甲基丙烯酸的共聚物,为瑞士贝朗德(Belland AG)公司的商品牌号为GBC 1620 AC的产品。这种材料可单独使用,形成帽和/或罩部或插件,即有足够的强度,但也可在有需要时掺和一种或多种其他的可模制的聚合物使用。
可使用的另一类润滑聚合物,为温度升高时比在环境温度中易于溶解的聚合物。惯常剃须时用热水进行,在这些条件下润滑聚合物可从模制部件或插件中析出。一旦将模制部件或插件在冷水中清洗,即变为不能溶解并无润滑性。
为对发明更加了解,现作举例参照附图对理想实施方案进行叙述,附图如下:
图1为剃须件的剖视图,其帽部用可选择地水溶的润滑聚合物材料制作,
图2为有用这种润滑聚合物材料制作的插件的剃须件的剖视图。
图1所示的剃须件可用于在剃刀柄(未示)上连接或拆卸。标号10表示其整体的剃须件,有罩部11及帽部12构成的模制聚合物刀架。在罩部11与帽部12之间,设置前后放置的刀片13及14,其间有间隔件15。罩部11及帽部12固定在一起,刀片13,14及间隔件15,用铆钉16,按基本习见的方式,固定在罩部11及帽部12之间。铆钉16与帽部12一体形成。
虽然罩部11用常见的聚合材料制作,诸如聚苯乙烯,但帽部12用润滑聚合材料,或用含上述材料的混合物制作。
以下是仅作说明用的实施例。
实例:
用贝朗德公司生产的GBC 1620 AC的丙烯酸甲酯(80%)/和甲基丙烯酸(20%)共聚物注塑模制,形成图1所示类型的剃须件的帽部。模制条件如下:
管筒温度 第二区 50℃
管筒温度 第一区 220℃
喷嘴 190℃
注塑压力 89 bar(1300磅/平方英寸)
注塑时间 1.7秒
注塑保持时间 4.0秒
模腔温度 环境温度
帽部按习见方式与用常见的聚合材料制造的罩部,刀片及间隔件组装形成图1所示的剃须件。用改进剃须件与pH值大于8的气溶剃须泡沫剂配合作剃须试验。这样使用时帽部可达到高润滑度,剃须后经鉴定,效果比用未改进的剃须件优异。
剃须后将改进的剃须件用自来水清洗(自来水pH值约为7或较低),帽部立刻转变为无润滑性的不能溶解形式。
图2所示的剃须件大致与图1所示相似,可用与剃刀柄(未示)连接或分离。剃须件用号33标示其整体,有模制刀架由罩部34与帽部35构成,二者都用常用的聚合材料制造,例如用聚苯乙烯。在罩部34与帽部35之间,放置前后排列的刀片36及37,其间放间隔件38。将聚
合材料制的铆钉(未示),按基本习见的方式,将部分34及35固定在一起,其间固定刀片36、37及间隔件38。
帽部35设有凹槽39,平行于刀刃纵向伸展,两端终结于帽部形成的端壁。模制插件40在槽39中弹卡配合,插件40含有上述的润滑聚合物,插件40设有前突块41,和后突块42,和凹槽39中的相应下切槽43及44配合。
虽然在图2所示的实施方案中,插件位于剃须件帽部中的凹槽中,也可嵌在罩部或插件的槽中,制成相对薄的条片形式为适宜,但也可与帽部或罩部粘接,而不依靠摩擦力夹持在槽中。
后一类型的剃须件,即将有选择地溶解的润滑聚合物制作的条片与剃须件的帽部粘接,经制造并测试,使用的聚合物为上面提到的GBC 1620 AC丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物,模制成的形状为矩形板或条片,尺寸为34mm×3mm×1mm,模制条件与上述实例相同。
将这种模制板一块,用腈基丙烯酸酯粘合剂固定到市售的用后即弃的双刀片插件的帽部。在剃须测试中,用改进插件与pH值大于8的气溶剃须泡沫剂配合。这样使用时,粘接的板达到高润滑度,在剃须后鉴定,比未改进的插件优异。
剃须后将改进插件用自来水(pH值约为7或较低)清洗,粘固的板立刻转变为不润滑的不溶解形式。
Claims (6)
1、一种剃须件(10,33),有至少一个刀片,和一个用聚合材料模制的刀片架,形成与皮肤接触的护罩表面和帽表面,其特征在于,刀片架的帽部(12)和/或罩部(11),或帽部(35)和/或罩部(34)中的模制插件(40),用至少一种润滑聚合材料或这种润滑聚合材料和一种或多种其他聚合材料的混合物来制造,这种润滑聚合材料在剃须当时条件下的水溶性高于在其他条件下的水溶性,这种润滑聚合物在pH值为8或以上时显示出高的表面润滑性和至少部分水溶性,而在较低的PH值时便无水溶性且无润滑性。
2、如权利要求1之剃须件,其特征为,上述混合物中有占重量40%至80%的润滑聚合材料,和占重量60%至20%的一或多种疏水聚合物。
3、如权利要求2之剃须件,其特征为,上述疏水聚合物为聚苯乙烯,聚乙烯,聚丙烯或聚醛。
4、如权利要求1至3中任一项之剃须件,其特征为,上述润滑聚合材料是一种具有高表面润滑性的聚合物,pH值为8至9时至少可部分水溶,pH值较低时则无水溶性且无润滑性。
5、如权利要求4之剃须件,其特征为,上述润滑聚合材料为(a)丙烯酸甲酯和/或甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物,和(b)丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸的共聚物。
6、如权利要求1至3中任一项之剃须件,其特征为,上述润滑性聚合材料为一种聚合物,在环境温度中基本无水溶性,温度升高时较易溶解。
