Abstract

本发明涉及一种空气处理热泵机组,该机组的回风模块、混合模块、主机模块以及送风模块依次相衔接,其中的回风模块由离心风机构成;混合模块由全热交换器构成,主机模块由气液分离器、压缩机、油分离器、翅片冷凝器、干燥过滤器、膨胀阀、翅片蒸发器和翅片换热器构成;送风模块由送风机构成。采用本发明,可以通过混合模块中的全热交换器,在室内空气与空外空气交换过程中,空外空气吸收室内空气排出的热量,进行热交换,从而提高空气处理热泵机组热回收效率。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气处理热泵机组,特别用于浴场或泳池的空气调节及池水恒温。
背景技术
目前,公知的游泳馆内所使用的泳池空气处理热泵机组,包括回风模块、混合模块、主机模块以及送风模块,在泳厅的热回收方面仅靠主机模块中的翅片换热器进行热回收,在回收率上还远远不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供能提高热回收效率的一种空气处理热泵机组
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种空气处理热泵机组,它包括回风模块、混合模块、主机模块和送风模块,回风模块、混合模块、主机模块以及送风模块依次相衔接,其中的回风模块由离心风机构成;主机模块由气液分离器、压缩机、油分离器、翅片冷凝器、干燥过滤器、膨胀阀、翅片蒸发器和翅片换热器构成;送风模块由送风机构成;其特征在于混合模块由全热交换器构成。
采用本发明,可以通过混合模块中的全热交换器,在室内空气与空外空气交换过程中,空外空气吸收室内空气排出的热量,进行热交换,从而提高空气处理热泵机组热回收效率。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明。
该空气处理热泵机组它包括回风模块、混合模块、主机模块和送风模块,回风模块、混合模块、主机模块以及送风模块依次相衔接,回风模块由离心风机构成;混合模块由全热交换器构成;主机模块由压缩机、油分离器、翅片冷凝器、翅片蒸发器、膨胀阀、翅片换热器、气液分离器和干燥过滤器构成;送风模块由送风机构成。
使用时,通过回风模块中离心风机抽取泳厅内的湿热空气进入混合模块中的全热交换器中,与新风(室外空气)换热,再排出室外,然后将经过热交换的新风(室外空气)送入主机模块中,经气液分离器→压缩机→油分离器→翅片冷凝器→干燥过滤器→膨胀阀→翅片蒸发器,并通过翅片换热器吸热后,再由送风模块中的送风机送入泳厅内。
