Abstract

本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,公开了一种用于液晶显示装置的背光模组,包括导光板、散热框、光源和背框。散热框包括承载部以及侧壁,承载部抵靠导光板的底面,承载部邻近侧壁的边缘设置有通孔。光源设置于侧壁上,且光源的位置与通孔错开。背框包括底板以及竖起部,竖起部穿过通孔,底板抵靠承载部。其中,竖起部的厚度大于光源的厚度。本发明还公开一种采用该背光模组的液晶显示装置。通过上述方式,本发明的背光模组及液晶显示装置使得导光板在受热膨胀时,竖起部阻挡导光板接触光源,保护了光源,解决了导光板压坏光源的技术问题,延长背光模组的寿命。

Description

一种背光模组及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
对于液晶显示装置,由于液晶面板自身不能发光,需要利用背光模组才能产生显示的功能。背光模组性能的好坏,往往会直接影响液晶显示装置的显像品质。因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置中重要的部分。
当前的背光模组通常采用侧入式背光方式,所谓侧入式背光方式是指LED灯条置于导光板的一侧,光线由侧面入射导光板,通过导光板将线光源转为均匀面光源。请参阅图1,图1是现有技术一种背光模组的部分截面示意图。背光模组包括背框110、散热框120、导光板130以及LED灯140。散热框120与背框110叠合在一起,LED灯140设置于散热框120正对导光板130侧面的位置。该背光模组采用侧入式背光方式,LED灯140与导光板130之间需要维持一定的间隙,以保证偶光效率以及防止mura现象(即色度不均匀)的发生。
但是,现有技术的背光模组在工作过程中,导光板130会受热发生膨胀,LED灯140与导光板130之间的距离又比较小,这样会导致导光板130压在LED灯140表面破坏LED灯140,严重影响了背光模组的寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置,能够在导光板受热膨胀时,阻挡导光板接触光源,防止导光板压坏光源。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,包括导光板、散热框、光源和背框。导光板包括出光面,相邻出光面的入光面以及相对出光面的底面;散热框包括承载部以及从承载部的边缘向出光方向弯折延伸的侧壁,承载部抵靠导光板的底面,且承载部邻近侧壁的边缘设置有通孔,侧壁邻近导光板的入光面;光源正对导光板的入光面设置于侧壁上,且光源的位置与通孔错开;背框包括底板以及从底板的边缘向出光方向弯折延伸的竖起部,竖起部穿过通孔,底板抵靠承载部;竖起部的厚度大于光源的厚度,以使得导光板受热膨胀时,竖起部阻挡导光板接触光源。
其中,承载部邻近侧壁的边缘间隔设置有多个通孔,从底板的边缘向出光方向弯折延伸有间隔设置的多个竖起部,多个竖起部对应穿过多个通孔。
其中,光源为多个,多个光源间隔设置于侧壁,相邻两个光源之间的间隙对应于通孔的位置,以使得多个光源的位置与多个通孔错开。
其中,背光模组包括光源电路板,光源电路板正对导光板的入光面设置于侧壁上,多个光源间隔设置于光源电路板。
其中,散热框为铝挤。
其中,背光模组包括反射片,反射片抵靠导光板的底面,承载部抵靠反射片。
其中,承载部的表面具有向导光板出光方向凸起的凸块,凸块抵靠反射片,以增加反射片与大气的接触面积。
其中,光源为LED灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是,提供一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板,液晶显示装置采用上述任一种的背光模组,并且液晶面板邻近导光板的出光面设置。
其中,设置于液晶显示装置的背光模组,侧壁远离光源的一侧暴露于大气中。
本发明实施方式的背光模组及液晶显示装置通过在散热框的承载部邻近侧壁的边缘设置通孔,以及在承载部的侧壁上设置光源,光源的位置与通孔错开,使背框的竖起部穿过通孔并且竖起部的厚度大于光源的厚度,使得导光板受热膨胀时,竖起部阻挡导光板接触光源,防止导光板压坏光源,延长背光模组的寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,均属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施方式一种背光模组的局部截面示意图,该背光模组包括导光板210、散热框220、光源230和背框240。导光板210包括出光面2101,相邻出光面2101的入光面2102以及相对出光面2101的底面2103。散热框220包括承载部2202以及从承载部2202的边缘向导光板210出光方向弯折延伸的侧壁2201,承载部2202抵靠导光板210的底面2103,侧壁2201邻近导光板210的入光面2102。
请一并参阅图3,图3是图2所示的背光模组的散热框的局部立体示意图。在本实施方式中,散热框220为铝挤,铝挤为铝合金采用挤压工艺成型。散热框220上设有通孔2203,具体地,承载部2202邻近侧壁2201的边缘设置有通孔2203。在本实施方式中,承载部2202邻近侧壁2201的边缘间隔设置有多个通孔2203。
请再参阅图2,光源230正对于导光板210的入光面2102设置于侧壁2201上,且光源230的位置与通孔2203错开。背框240包括底板2401以及从底板2401的边缘向导光板210出光方向弯折延伸的竖起部2402,竖起部2402对应穿过通孔2203,底板2401抵靠承载部2202。
请一并参照图4,图4是图2所示的背光模组的俯视示意图,如图中所示,竖起部2402的厚度l大于光源230的厚度m,以使得导光板210受热膨胀时,竖起部2402能够阻挡导光板210接触光源230,以防止导光板210压坏光源230,进而保护光源230,延长背光模组的使用寿命。
请一并参照图5,图5是图2所示的背光模组的局部立体示意图,如图所示,从底板2401的边缘向出光方向弯折延伸有间隔设置的多个竖起部2402,多个竖起部2402对应穿过多个通孔2203。并且,光源230为多个,多个光源230间隔设置于侧壁2201,相邻两个光源230之间的间隙对应于通孔2203的位置,以使得多个光源230的位置与多个通孔2203错开。
请再参阅图2,背光模组还包括光源电路板250和反射片260。光源电路板250正对导光板的入光面设置于侧壁2201上,位于光源230和侧壁2201之间,多个光源230间隔设置于光源电路板250上。在本实施方式中,光源为LED灯。反射片260抵靠导光板210的底面2103,承载部2202抵靠反射片260。进一步的,承载部2202的表面具有向导光板210出光方向凸起的凸块2204,凸块2204抵靠反射片260,用以支撑反射片260和导光板210,以增加反射片260与大气的接触面积。导光板210只由一个凸块2204支撑,此种结构增大了反射片260及散热框220暴露于大气中的面积,从而增大导光板210与散热框220的散热面积。凸起的凸块2204可以为中空结构,以节省材料,减轻重量。并且,凸块2204的数量可以根据实际需要进行设置。
此外,本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板,液晶显示装置采用上述实施方式的背光模组,并且液晶面板邻近导光板210的出光面2101设置,在背光模组设置于液晶显示装置时,侧壁2201远离光源230的一侧暴露于大气中,以增大散热面积。
通过上述方式,本发明的背光模组及液晶显示装置采用在散热框的承载部邻近侧壁的边缘设置多个通孔,在承载部的侧壁上设置多个光源,光源的位置与通孔错开,背框的多个竖起部穿过通孔,并且竖起部的厚度大于光源的厚度,使得导光板受热膨胀时,竖起部能够阻挡导光板接触光源,防止导光板压坏光源,延长背光模组的寿命。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:
导光板,所述导光板包括出光面,相邻所述出光面的入光面以及相对所述出光面的底面;
散热框,所述散热框包括承载部以及从所述承载部的边缘向出光方向弯折延伸的侧壁,所述承载部抵靠所述导光板的底面,且所述承载部邻近所述侧壁的边缘设置有通孔,所述侧壁邻近所述导光板的入光面;
光源,所述光源正对所述导光板的入光面设置于所述侧壁上,且所述光源的位置与所述通孔错开;
背框,所述背框包括底板以及从所述底板的边缘向所述出光方向弯折延伸的竖起部,所述竖起部穿过所述通孔,所述底板抵靠所述承载部;
其中,所述竖起部与所述导光板间隔设置,所述竖起部的厚度大于所述光源的厚度,以使得所述导光板受热膨胀时,所述竖起部阻挡所述导光板接触所述光源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述承载部邻近所述侧壁的边缘间隔设置有多个所述通孔,从所述底板的边缘向出光方向弯折延伸有间隔设置的多个所述竖起部,多个所述竖起部对应穿过多个所述通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源为多个,多个所述光源间隔设置于所述侧壁,相邻两个所述光源之间的间隙对应于所述通孔的位置,以使得多个所述光源的位置与多个所述通孔错开。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括光源电路板,所述光源电路板正对所述导光板的入光面设置于所述侧壁上,多个所述光源间隔设置于所述光源电路板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述散热框为铝挤。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括反射片,所述反射片抵靠所述导光板的底面,所述承载部抵靠所述反射片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述承载部的表面具有向所述导光板出光方向凸起的凸块,所述凸块抵靠所述反射片,以增加所述反射片与大气的接触面积。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源为LED灯。
9.一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置还包括根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板邻近所述导光板的出光面设置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述背光模组设置于所述液晶显示装置时,所述侧壁远离所述光源的一侧暴露于大气中。
