本申请是发明名称为“封隔器固定装置”、申请日为2006年5月8日、申请号为200680016020.1的PCT申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种封隔器固定装置(packer-anchoring)。本发明尤其涉及一种利用加强件和可膨胀端环将可膨胀的环形封隔器固定于通常管件上的固定装置,尤其是应用于与石油采收(recovery)有关的钻孔中。
背景技术
公知的是,在生产管或喷射管进入钻孔中之前,将可膨胀的环形封隔器绕着这些管道设置。通常,目的在于将钻孔的一部分与其余部分隔离。环形封隔器可为可膨胀的,并且设计成在与钻孔中所存在的流体接触时膨胀,或者可通过扩散(diffusion)而膨胀。
已经证明:在环形封隔器与管之间进行化学结合的公知方法,如粘合或硫化作用,在封隔器经受较高的使用温度时,如在石油采收的过程中,不能显示出足够的强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改正或减少现有技术中的至少一个缺点。
根据本发明的目的可通过以下说明书和权利要求中所述的特征得以实现。
根据本发明的环形封隔器的至少一个端部设有可膨胀端环,所述的端环围绕着与所述环形封隔器相连接的本体。优选地,环形封隔器的内部覆盖物(mantle)与外部覆盖物之间设有围绕着本体的加强件。
通常,可膨胀端环被交替地从内侧与从外侧沿径向切出缝隙。在剖视图中,所述端环具有角状物的形状,该角状物的一个腿部形成向内凸出的盘状部,该角状物的第二腿部形成套筒部,所述套筒部以环绕方式在环形封隔器的端部延伸。
优选地,所述可膨胀端环由合成材料制成,如聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。优选地,位于封隔器材料中的加强件呈螺旋状,并设置成将环形封隔器材料夹紧于本体。有利地,加强件可以是金属的。
根据一个实施例,本发明提供一种用于环形封隔器(1)的固定装置,所述环形封隔器(1)具有第一端部区和第二端部区并设置于管状元件(2)上,其特征在于,一套筒(24)连接至所述管状元件(2)的外部并包围所述管状元件(2)的外部,而且可膨胀端环(14)的一部分(16)位于所述封隔器(1)的第一端部区与所述套筒(24)的邻接区之间,所述封隔器(1)包括通过扩散或通过在暴露于流体时膨胀的类型。
使用根据本发明的固定装置(anchoring)基本上克服了与可膨胀封隔器的现有固定装置相关的缺陷。本发明在相当大的程度上降低了目前存在的环形封隔器与本体发生分离的风险。

具体实施方式
在附图中,附图标记1表示相对伸长的、可膨胀环形封隔器(packer),该封隔器围绕着呈管形式的本体2。
环形封隔器1由多个相互叠置的层构成,内部层4围绕在管2外并由螺旋状加强件6夹靠于管2。加强件6通常由不锈线材(wire)形成。
围绕着内部层4与加强件6设有中间层8,而外部层10围绕中间层8。有利的是内部层4﹑中间层8及外部层10可通过如硫化作用而结合在一起。
内部层4﹑中间层8及外部层10可带有纤维并具有相同或不同的膨胀度(swelling)。有利地,在环形封隔器1的区域处,管2可设有螺纹状凹槽12。
环形封隔器1的端部设有可膨胀端环14,所述端环14围绕着管2并具有呈角形物形状的截面。该角形物的第一腿部形成沿径向向内凸出的盘状部16,而该角形物的第二腿部形成沿轴向延伸的套筒18。
请参考附图3,端环14由多个从内侧延伸的第一径向缝隙和交替设置的、多个从外侧延伸的第二径向缝隙切开。因此,端环14足以适于沿径向膨胀。
盘状部16支承环形封隔器1的端部,而套筒18围绕同一端部并可略微延伸出该端部。
端环14由支撑套筒24支撑,所述支撑套筒24连接至管2并围绕管2。
当环形封隔器1已进入钻孔(图中未示出)时,在此环形封隔器1受流体影响而膨胀,环形封隔器1的体积增加,进而环形封隔器1的外径增大。在膨胀过程中,由于试图使加强件6所在位置处的直径增大,所以加强件6被拉伸。这样有助于使环形封隔器1进一步夹紧于管2。
可膨胀端环14的直径随着环形封隔器1的外径而增大,从而防止来自于环形封隔器1的封隔器材料进入一环形空间,该环形空间围绕着支撑套筒24并且在图中未示出。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于环形封隔器(1)的固定装置,所述环形封隔器(1)具有第一端部区和第二端部区并设置于管状元件(2)上,其特征在于,一套筒(24)连接至所述管状元件(2)的外部并包围所述管状元件(2)的外部,而且可膨胀端环(14)的一部分(16)位于所述封隔器(1)的第一端部区与所述套筒(24)的邻接区之间,所述封隔器(1)包括通过扩散或通过在暴露于流体时膨胀的类型。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,其中,所述封隔器(1)包含多层可膨胀密封材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的固定装置,其中,所述多层可膨胀密封材料不同地膨胀。
4.如权利要求2所述的固定装置,还包括:加强件,所述加强件位于所述多层可膨胀密封材料之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的固定装置,还包括:加强件,所述加强件嵌入所述封隔器(1)内,并且螺旋状地围绕在所述管状元件(2)的周围。
