本发明涉及真空采血技术领域,特别是涉及一种加载型斜面扩充式帽塞紧固机构,由紧固帽、防溅帽、卡环、胶塞、压力筒、膨胀翼和试管构成。胶塞的上端有一对带有斜面的膨胀翼,两膨胀翼与胶塞的材质均为丁基橡胶且为一个整体。紧固帽是轴截面为一对η字形的旋转体。紧固帽的外侧壁套于所述防溅帽的外侧壁上,并与防溅帽的外侧壁以螺纹结合。压力筒穿过防溅帽顶部的圆孔,压力筒底端压于所述两膨胀翼的斜面上。本发明将防溅帽和胶塞进行轴向位置的锁定,杜绝了现有防溅帽和胶塞经常滑脱的情况发生,同还具有组装简便的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及真空采血技术领域,特别是涉及一种加载型斜面扩充式帽塞紧固机构。
背景技术
现有的真空采血管,通常由试管、塞于试管口的丁基胶塞以及套于丁基胶塞上的防溅帽三部分构成。医生在取用采血管内的血样时,需要先将胶塞从管口拔出,当胶塞被拔离试管的瞬间,大气压强使外界空气迅速冲入试管内,会引起管内的血样从管口处向外飞溅,而防溅帽起到了阻挡血样飞溅,保护化验员的安全的作用。
但本领域现有技术中,防溅帽和胶塞的结合力不够强,这一方面使得采血管在离心机中进行血样分离的过程中,防溅帽会从胶塞表面滑动并与胶塞脱离;另一方面,在化验员捏住防溅帽想要将胶塞一同从试管口拔出时,防溅帽和胶塞发生相对滑动,使得防溅帽从胶塞上滑下,而胶塞仍然没有完全脱离试管口。这些情况的发生,不仅降低了化验工作的效率,而且使化验工作存在安全隐患。
要增加防溅帽与胶塞的结合力,通常的技术方案是增加防溅帽与胶塞的摩擦力,例如通过增大胶塞的尺寸以增加胶塞对防溅帽内侧壁的侧向压力等,但这类的技术方案虽然能够增强防溅帽和胶塞的结合力,但同时也增加了将防溅帽与胶塞组装过程中二者的摩擦阻力,为组装工作增加了难度。
因此,现有技术中,并没有切实有效的技术方案能够实现既能够使防溅帽与胶塞之间具有良好的结合力,又能够使二者的组装过程简便、省力。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种防溅帽与胶塞之间能够非常方便地结合为一体,却能够获得足够大的结合力、完全消除防溅帽从胶塞上滑离的可能性的加载型斜面扩充式帽塞紧固机构。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:
加载型斜面扩充式帽塞紧固机构,由紧固帽、防溅帽、卡环、胶塞、压力筒、膨胀翼和试管构成。其中,胶塞的上端有一对带有斜面的膨胀翼,两膨胀翼与胶塞的材质均为丁基橡胶且为一个整体。两膨胀翼的斜面相向设置。两膨胀翼的外侧面均为圆柱形的侧面且与胶塞同轴心线,胶塞塞于试管的上端口内并与试管成过盈配合关系。两膨胀翼的底部外边缘处于试管上端口的内外边缘之间。防溅帽的内侧面有一与防溅帽为一整体的卡环,卡环的内直径与膨胀翼的外侧面直径相等。防溅帽套于试管的上端及两膨胀翼上。紧固帽是轴截面为一对η字形的旋转体。紧固帽的外侧壁套于所述防溅帽的外侧壁上,并与防溅帽的外侧壁以螺纹结合。压力筒是紧固帽的内侧壁,压力筒穿过防溅帽顶部的圆孔,压力筒底端压于所述两膨胀翼的斜面上。
在装配采血管时,先将胶塞塞入试管的上端口内并使膨胀翼的底部的外边缘与试管的端口相接触。然后将防溅帽自上而下套于膨胀翼上并使卡环的下边沿也与试管的上端口相接触。最后将紧固帽旋于防溅帽上,在旋转过程中,压力筒压在膨胀翼的斜面上并向下运动,使两膨胀翼的上部向两旁分开,使得卡环无法再往膨胀翼的上方运动,此时防溅帽和胶塞的位置关系被锁定。
采用上述方案,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著进步:
1.本发明仅通过旋转紧固帽就可将防溅帽和胶塞进行轴向位置的锁定,不仅杜绝了现有防溅帽和胶塞在离心机中,由于结合不够紧密经常滑脱的情况发生,而且避免了医务人员在揭开试管口的防溅帽和胶塞的过程中防溅帽脱离胶塞,消除了由此引起的生物安全隐患。
2.本发明同还具有组装简便、省力的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
加载型斜面扩充式帽塞紧固机构,由紧固帽1、防溅帽2、卡环3、胶塞4、压力筒5、膨胀翼6和试管7构成。
其中,胶塞4的上端有一对带有斜面的膨胀翼6,两膨胀翼6与胶塞4的材质均为丁基橡胶且为一个整体。两膨胀翼6的斜面相向设置。两膨胀翼6的外侧面均为圆柱形的侧面且与胶塞4同轴心线,胶塞4塞于试管7的上端口内并与试管7成过盈配合关系。两膨胀翼6的底部外边缘处于试管7上端口的内外边缘之间。
防溅帽2的内侧面有一与防溅帽2为一整体的卡环3,卡环3的内直径与膨胀翼6的外侧面直径相等。防溅帽2套于试管7的上端及两膨胀翼6上。
紧固帽1是轴截面为一对η字形的旋转体。紧固帽1的外侧壁套于所述防溅帽2的外侧壁上,并与防溅帽2的外侧壁以螺纹结合。压力筒5是紧固帽1的内侧壁,压力筒5穿过防溅帽2顶部的圆孔,压力筒5底端压于所述两膨胀翼6的斜面上。
在装配采血管时,先将胶塞4塞入试管7的上端口内并使膨胀翼6的底部的外边缘与试管7的端口相接触。然后将防溅帽2自上而下套于膨胀翼6上并使卡环3的下边沿也与试管7的上端口相接触。最后将紧固帽1旋于防溅帽2上,在旋转过程中,压力筒5压在膨胀翼6的斜面上并向下运动,使两膨胀翼6的上部向两旁分开,使得卡环3无法再往膨胀翼6的上方运动,此时防溅帽2和胶塞4的位置关系被锁定。

1.一种加载型斜面扩充式帽塞紧固机构,由紧固帽、防溅帽、卡环、胶塞、压力筒、膨胀翼和试管构成,其特征是:胶塞的上端有一对带有斜面的膨胀翼,两膨胀翼与胶塞的材质均为丁基橡胶且为一个整体,两膨胀翼的斜面相向设置,两膨胀翼的外侧面均为圆柱形的侧面且与胶塞同轴心线,胶塞塞于试管的上端口内并与试管成过盈配合关系,两膨胀翼的底部外边缘处于试管上端口的内外边缘之间,防溅帽的内侧面有一与防溅帽为一整体的卡环,卡环的内直径与膨胀翼的外侧面直径相等,防溅帽套于试管的上端及两膨胀翼上,紧固帽是轴截面为一对η字形的旋转体,紧固帽的外侧壁套于所述防溅帽的外侧壁上,并与防溅帽的外侧壁以螺纹结合,压力筒是紧固帽的内侧壁,压力筒穿过防溅帽顶部的圆孔,压力筒底端压于所述两膨胀翼的斜面上。
