本发明涉及用于储存和运输流体例如包括低温液化天然气的碳氢化合物的容器。其包括用于船和承受波浪载荷的海上浮式结构物和基于重力的海上结构物的容器,以及承受震动的陆地容器。
背景技术
容器可以被设计成许多不同的外形,例如球形、圆柱形、圆锥形和普通的壳形以及棱柱形。棱柱形的主要优点是它们彼此叠置得更紧密,使得由上述容器占据的容积最小化。简单的棱柱形容器在结构方面效率很低,原因在于它们依靠弯曲动作用于运用强度。壳形通过位于壳平面内的直接拉力增加强度。这对于相同量的材料增加更高的强度。
棱柱形的更有效的设计是结合内部支柱(拉杆)。通过形成作为限制内部载荷或者压力的主要装置的支柱,这种棱柱形固定容器相比于壳形在结构方面更有效。WO2006/001711A2公开了这种容器,并且作为参考在此并入。
除了增强结构强度外,支柱缓冲了波动产生的晃动。由于晃动作用在拉力支柱上的水平载荷被杆吸收,并限制了必须在每个交点连接的杆的弯曲。杆以交替的正交层被组建。
晃动力引起不同层中的支柱的角位移。如果连接件提供了刚性限制,那么与连接件的实际几何形状相关的在每个交点的连接件中产生的扭矩会非常大。解决该问题的方案将会很有优势。
发明目的
本发明的目的是提供一种位于在交替的层内正交相交杆之间的连接件。当将杆上下地固定到横向杆时,该连接件必须能够同时吸收在交替的层中的杆的相对角位移。为了克服上述刚性限制的问题,连接件应该具有与足够的抗剪强度和侧向弯曲抵抗力相结合的扭转挠度。
为了提供与足够的抗剪强度和侧向弯曲抵抗力相结合的扭转挠度,本发明使用一种具有十字形截面的短柱形式的连接件。该十字形截面可以有可变的厚度并且还可以包括槽或者缺口以相对于强度和疲劳优化应力分布。该截面还可以被修改以从三个或更多个对中的板将任何物结合到共有轴线内。
短柱可以通过焊接容纳螺栓、焊点或其他形式的连接件的一个或多个基板被固定到支柱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过扭转挠性以及弯曲刚性和切变刚性的一排短柱来连接横向支柱获得。根据本申请的本发明包括:
一种用于在容器中使用的在水平交替层内正交的拉杆的组件,其中位于正交拉杆之间的至少一些的交点由具有抗弯刚度和扭转挠性的竖直分隔器元件互连。
