Abstract

一种日用品的跟掌联动可调高跟鞋,包括脚掌板、脚弓板、脚跟板、活动鞋跟、锁扣、细钢绳、螺栓;脚弓板与脚掌板、脚跟板采用装有扭弹簧的活页式连接,使其在无外力时为平面状态;活动鞋跟扁平端装入脚跟板中间的立柱槽,使其可沿鞋长方向转动折叠为水平状态,在其转动处下方固定细钢绳,细钢绳另一端穿过脚弓板中小孔,再固定在脚掌板活页式连接中间的小力臂;装配后,活动鞋跟为水平时,为坡跟鞋或平跟鞋状态;当扳动其为高跟竖直时,拉动细钢绳带动脚弓板和脚掌板同时改变与活动鞋跟的倾斜度,从而达到鞋跟高低调节时,脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度可联动改变、符合脚生理舒适度的目的;且使用方便、结构简单、成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种日用品的高跟鞋,尤其涉及一种鞋跟可高低调节的、调节时脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度可联动改变的,并符合脚生理舒适度的跟掌联动可调高跟鞋。 
背景技术
女性常喜欢在不同的场合穿不同鞋跟高度的鞋子,如坡跟鞋、运动鞋、高跟鞋。所以常须携带多双鞋而麻烦。尤其在旅行途需中因高跟鞋引起脚痛而不得不赤脚或截掉高跟的情况也时有发生。 
现有高跟鞋,一般跟高而不变的,虽然美观且增加女性身高,但长期穿着会造成双脚疲惫,行走不便,甚至会出现腰骨痛及腰肌劳损等问题而损害健康。专利文献中虽然也出现了可调鞋跟高低的高跟鞋,但大多只是简单的缩短高跟,并没有考虑需要脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度联动才符合脚的生理舒适度,以及高跟鞋高跟改变后鞋头上翘点地等问题,有些虽然也考虑到了,但只是简单的拆分和组装,还是没有做到脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度联动,并没有从本质上改进高跟鞋的弊端,而且使用起来比较麻烦。 
发明内容
综上所述,为了解决上述现有技术等一系列问题,本发明提供一种鞋跟可高低调节的、调节时脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度可联动改变的,并符合脚生理舒适度的跟掌联动可调高跟鞋。本发明方便女性使用,能减少穿着高跟鞋的时间而减少上述疾病的发生。该鞋跟可在不需工具且不需移走鞋子任何一部分的情况下,在高跟及低跟状态之间快速地改变。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种跟掌联动可调高跟鞋,此跟掌联动可调高跟鞋,包括:脚掌板、脚弓板、脚跟板,还包括:一端狭长扁平且有一圆孔的活动鞋跟、可以固定活动鞋跟的锁扣、细钢绳、螺栓;脚弓板分别与脚掌板、脚跟板前后活页式连接,活页式连接内均装有扭弹簧,目的是强迫脚掌板、脚弓板、脚跟板在无外力时为平面状态;脚跟板中间焊有一立柱,立柱中间开槽。槽口为鞋长方向,两边开孔,其中一为螺纹孔,可以把活动鞋跟扁平端装入立柱槽,孔孔对准用螺栓栓住,使其可以沿鞋长方向自 由转动折叠为水平状态,起到将高跟鞋折叠为坡跟鞋或平跟鞋的作用,也可以再竖立起来与脚跟板垂直恢复高跟状态;活动鞋跟上端还套有锁扣,当活动鞋跟竖立恢复高跟状态时,锁扣可以同时套住脚跟板中间立柱和活动鞋跟上端锁紧,固定活动鞋跟竖立为高跟时不能折叠翻到;细钢绳一端固定在活动鞋跟转动处下方,另一端先穿过脚弓板靠近脚跟板处的小孔,绕过其上小滚轮,再固定在脚掌板活页式连接中间的小力臂,该小力臂与脚掌板垂直,扳动它就能转动脚掌板改变其与脚弓板之间的角度,以达到符合脚生理舒适度和防止鞋子改变鞋跟时鞋头上翘点地,并定位该角度为零到若干度,超过时活页式连接即被挡住不能在该方向转动;装配后,当活动鞋跟沿鞋长方向转动折叠为水平时,活页式连接内装的扭弹簧使脚掌板、脚弓板、脚跟板在无外力时为平面状态,即坡跟鞋或平跟鞋状态;当扳动活动鞋跟竖立起来与脚跟板垂直时,拉动细钢绳一方面带动脚弓板转动改变与活动鞋跟的倾斜度,另一方面会先拉动脚掌板转动到达与脚弓板设定的角度,这时脚掌板活页式连接即被挡住不能转动,只能再加力带动脚弓板转动改变与活动鞋跟的倾斜度,从而达到高跟鞋变坡跟鞋或平跟鞋时,脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度可联动改变,并符合脚生理舒适度的目的;安装后应保证扳动活动鞋跟灵活自如,且联动可靠。 
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明采用上述的技术方案,使高跟鞋变坡跟鞋或平跟鞋时,脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度可联动改变的功能得以实现,从而达到了符合脚的生理舒适度、方便女性使用、减少穿着高跟鞋的时间而减少上述疾病发生的目的,解决了高跟改变后高跟鞋前脚掌上翘等问题;且使用方便、结构简单、成本低廉。

具体实施方式
本发明由脚跟板(1)、脚弓板(2)、脚掌板(3)、活动鞋跟(4)、锁扣(5)、细钢绳(6)、螺栓(7)组成。 
在图1、图2中,脚弓板(2)分别与脚跟板(1)、脚掌板(3)前后活页式 连接,活页式连接内均装有扭弹簧,目的是强迫脚跟板(1)、脚弓板(2)、脚掌板(3)在无外力时为平面状态;脚跟板(1)中间焊有一立柱,立柱中间开槽。槽口为鞋长方向,两边开孔,其中一为螺纹孔,可以把活动鞋跟(4)扁平端装入立柱槽,孔孔对准用螺栓(7)栓住,使其可以沿鞋长方向自由转动折叠为水平状态,起到将高跟鞋折叠为坡跟鞋或平跟鞋的作用,也可以再竖立起来与脚跟板(1)垂直恢复高跟状态;活动鞋跟(4)上端还套有锁扣(5),当活动鞋跟(4)竖立恢复高跟状态时,锁扣(5)可以同时套住脚跟板(1)中间立柱和活动鞋跟(4)上端锁紧,固定活动鞋跟(4)竖立为高跟时不能折叠翻到;细钢绳(6)一端固定在活动鞋跟(4)转动处下方,另一端先穿过脚弓板(2)靠近脚跟板(1)处的小孔,绕过其上小滚轮,再固定在脚掌板(3)活页式连接中间的小力臂,该小力臂与脚掌板(3)垂直,扳动它就能转动脚掌板(3)改变其与脚弓板(2)之间的角度,以达到符合脚生理舒适度和防止鞋子改变鞋跟时鞋头上翘点地,并定位该角度为零到若干度,超过时活页式连接即被挡住不能在该方向转动;装配后,当活动鞋跟(4)沿鞋长方向转动折叠为水平时,活页式连接内装的扭弹簧使脚掌板(3)、脚弓板(2)、脚跟板(1)在无外力时为平面状态,即坡跟鞋或平跟鞋状态;当扳动活动鞋跟(4)竖立起来与脚跟板(1)垂直时,拉动细钢绳(6)一方面带动脚弓板(2)转动改变与活动鞋跟(4)的倾斜度,另一方面会先拉动脚掌板(3)转动到达与脚弓板(2)设定的角度,这时脚掌板(3)活页式连接即被挡住不能转动,只能再加力带动脚弓板(2)转动改变与活动鞋跟(4)的倾斜度,从而达到高跟鞋变坡跟鞋或平跟鞋时,脚掌部、脚弓部与脚跟部倾斜度可联动改变,并符合脚生理舒适度的目的;安装后应保证扳动活动鞋跟(4)灵活自如,且联动可靠。 

Claims (1)

1.跟掌联动可调高跟鞋,包括:脚掌板、脚弓板、脚跟板,脚弓板分别与脚掌板、脚跟板前后活页式连接,其特征是:还包括:一端狭长扁平且有一圆孔的活动鞋跟、可以固定活动鞋跟的锁扣、细钢绳、螺栓;活页式连接内均装有扭弹簧,目的是强迫脚掌板、脚弓板、脚跟板在无外力时为平面状态;脚跟板中间焊有一立柱,立柱中间开槽,槽口为鞋长方向,两边开孔,其中一为螺纹孔,把活动鞋跟扁平端装入立柱槽,孔孔对准用螺栓栓住;活动鞋跟上端还套有锁扣,当活动鞋跟竖立恢复高跟状态时,锁扣可以同时套住脚跟板中间立柱和活动鞋跟上端并锁紧,固定活动鞋跟竖立为高跟时活动鞋跟不能折叠翻倒;细钢绳一端固定在活动鞋跟转动处下方,另一端先穿过脚弓板靠近脚跟板处的小孔,绕过其上小滚轮,再固定在脚掌板活页式连接中间的小力臂,该小力臂与脚掌板垂直,扳动它就能转动脚掌板改变其与脚弓板之间的角度,并定位该角度为零到若干度,超过时活页式连接即被挡住不能在该方向转动。
