Abstract

本发明提供了在网络设备中用于将呼叫请求分流至多个注册被叫用户地址中的第一注册被叫用户地址的方法及装置。该方法包括:获取分流相关信息,其对应于公共用户识别码并表示了至少一个主叫号码与多个注册被叫用户地址之间的分流顺序关系;接收来自主叫用户终端设备的呼叫请求;根据主叫用户终端设备的号码以及对应于公共用户识别码的分流相关信息,在多个注册被叫用户地址中确定第一注册被叫用户地址;以及将呼叫请求分流至第一注册被叫用户地址。对于记载在分流相关信息的主叫号码,可能会有不同于没有记载在分流相关信息中的主叫号码的呼叫请求的分流方案。通过这种方式,可以实现对某些特定的号码采取特定的分流方案,从而满足用户的个性化需求。
