Abstract

一种多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,设有一箱体,于箱体设有一容置室,于该容置室设有低音陶瓷喇叭,使该低音陶瓷喇叭的边缘以弹性件悬吊于容置室的内壁,箱体的内缘上、下方是向内突伸呈适当倾斜角度的承架,以供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭固定于该托板;以及一结合于箱体前缘的前盖,于前盖设有数个透孔;借由前述构件组合为多声道发声模组,将两多声道发声模组分别组装于耳机,本发明使耳机得以借由低音陶瓷喇叭及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机达到多声道的聆听效果,且使多声道耳机因无音圈得以薄型化,以利于携带。

多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,尤指一种可借由低音及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机达到多声道聆听效果的多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构。
背景技术
由于科技的快速进步,一般的高音质音响或可产生多声道立体环绕声响的电脑游戏机产品的使用日益广泛,相对的,该等产品所使用的耳机亦需随之更精致化。传统的耳机由于是借由包含磁铁及音圈的小型喇叭所构成,故而其仅能存在产生立体声的效果,而无法满足高音质音响或电脑游戏使用者的需求,而现有专用于电脑游戏的多声道耳机,则因喇叭音圈的圈绕厚度,现阶段实难以达到小型化,更无法使其更为轻薄,使得其体积仍难以符合产品利于携带的要求。再者,薄型化的耳机亦需考虑到高、中、低音频的重现,因此若因薄型化造成音频的损失,实也无法被业者及消费者所能接受。申请人有鉴于此,乃秉持从事该项业务多年的经验,经不断研究、实验,遂萌生改良,祈使耳机无磁性存在,且使其发声效果更为良好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,使耳机得以借由低音及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机达到多声道聆听的效果,且使耳机因无音圈得以薄型化,以利于携带。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,包含箱体,以及置于该箱体的不同音域且为薄形化的陶瓷喇叭。其中,该箱体设有一容置室,于该容置室设有低音陶瓷喇叭,使该低音陶瓷喇叭的边缘是以弹性件悬吊于容置室内壁,箱体的内缘上、下方系向内突伸呈适当倾斜角度的承架,于该承架分别设有前、后声道陶瓷喇叭,以构成多声道发声模组,俾将两多声道发声模组分别组装于耳机,借由低音及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机达到多声道的聆听效果。
前述的多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,其中,该设于箱体内缘的承架,可由箱体内缘突伸一支撑杆,于该支撑杆顶端设有一倾斜的托板,以供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭固定于该托板。
前述的多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,其中,该设于箱体内缘的承架,可由箱体内缘突伸一支撑杆,于该支撑杆顶端设有一球体,以及一供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭固定的托板,于托板底缘设有一套筒,将套筒包覆于支撑杆的球体,使套筒得以沿球体转动,进而调整托板的角度,以配合不同大小的前、后声道陶瓷喇叭。
前述的多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,其中悬吊于低音陶瓷喇叭边缘的弹性件,为弹簧、弹片或弹簧线。
本发明的有益效果是,其使耳机得以借由低音及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机达到多声道聆听的效果,且使耳机因无音圈得以薄型化,以利于携带。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1及图2,为本发明的多声道发声模组剖视图及陶瓷喇叭立体分解图。如图所示,本发明包含箱体1,以及置于该箱体1的不同音域且为薄形化的低音陶瓷喇叭2、前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3,以及结合于箱体1前缘的前盖4。其中,该箱体1设有一容置室11,于该容置室11设有低音陶瓷喇叭2,使该低音陶瓷喇叭2的边缘以弹性件20(本实施例是为弹簧,亦可为弹片、弹簧线等)悬吊于容置室11的内壁,箱体1的内缘上、下方是向内突伸呈适当倾斜角度的承架12,该承架可由箱体1内缘突伸一支撑杆121,于该支撑杆121顶端设有一倾斜的托板122,以供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3固定于该托板122;
该低音陶瓷喇叭2及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3,包含一上鼓纸21(31)、一下鼓纸22(32)及一钢片23(33)。于下鼓纸22(32)邻近边缘的位置,设有圈绕的半圆状浮突,以形成一浮突的框止部221(321),下鼓纸22的中央设有一开孔222(322);该上鼓纸21(31),略等于下鼓纸22(32)框止部221(321)内缘的面积,其中央设有一开孔211(311);该钢片23(33),设有由数层陶瓷材料叠置而成的陶瓷喇叭231(331),于陶瓷喇叭焊设供连接于不同产品后级放大电路的导线232(332);
该前盖4,设有数个透孔41;
借由前述构件的组合,构成多声道发声模组A,将两多声道发声模组A分别组装于耳机,借由低音陶瓷喇叭2及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机达到多声道的聆听效果。且使多声道耳机因无音圈得以薄型化,以利于携带。
请同时参阅图3及图4,为本发明组装于耳机实施例图及动作实施例图。请配合图1,如图所示,于本实施例中,是将该两发声模组A分别组装于一固定座51,于固定座51装设耳罩52,配合连接于固定座51的头弓支架53,以构成供配戴于头部的耳机5。于使用者将耳罩52紧贴于耳朵时,得以借由低音陶瓷喇叭2及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机5达到多声道音响的聆听效果。
请参阅图5及图6,为本发明的前、后声道陶瓷喇叭承架另一实施例图及调整实施例图。如图所示,本发明设于箱体1内缘的承架12,可由箱体1内缘突伸一支撑杆121,于该支撑杆121顶端设有一球体123,以及一供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3固定的托板122,于托板122底缘设有一套筒124,将套筒124包覆于支撑杆121的球体123,使套筒124得以沿球体123转动,进而调整托板122的角度,以配合不同大小的前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3。因不同大小的前、后声道陶瓷喇叭3会改变振幅,故而需借由角度的调整以配合振幅的变化。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
综上所述,本发明在结构设计、使用实用性及成本效益上,完全符合产业发展所需,且所揭示的结构亦是具有前所未有的创新构造,具有新颖性、创造性、实用性,符合有关发明专利要件的规定,故依法提起申请。

Claims (4)

1.一种多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,其特征在于,设有一箱体,于箱体设有一容置室,于该容置室设有低音陶瓷喇叭,使该低音陶瓷喇叭的边缘以弹性件悬吊于容置室的内壁,箱体的内缘上、下方是向内突伸呈适当倾斜角度的承架,以供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭固定于该托板;以及一结合于箱体前缘的前盖,于前盖设有数个透孔;借由前述构件组合为多声道发声模组,将两多声道发声模组分别组装于耳机,借由低音陶瓷喇叭及前、后声道陶瓷喇叭接收音频信号后,导出不同音域的声响,从而使耳机达到多声道的聆听效果,且使多声道耳机因无音圈得以薄型化,以利于携带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,其特征在于,所述悬吊于低音陶瓷喇叭边缘的弹性件,为弹簧、弹片或弹簧线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,其特征在于,所述箱体内缘上、下方向内突伸的承架,是由箱体内缘突伸一支撑杆,于该支撑杆顶端设有一倾斜的托板,以供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭固定于该托板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多声道陶瓷喇叭耳机结构,其特征在于,所述箱体内缘上、下方向内突伸的承架,是由箱体内缘突伸一支撑杆,于该支撑杆顶端设有一球体,以及一供前、后声道陶瓷喇叭固定的托板,于托板底缘设有一套筒,将套筒包覆于支撑杆的球体,使套筒得以沿球体转动,进而调整托板的角度,以配合不同大小的前、后声道陶瓷喇叭。
