Abstract

一种压载装置，该压载装置设置了水腔方法。在洗衣机壁体的下部内侧空隙和底部的空隙中设置水腔，洗衣机的前壁设置加水口，在洗衣机前壁下部开直槽, 对应直槽位置的水腔壁体上设置水位计，以便观察水腔中的水位，在水腔的底部设置排水囗，在排水囗上接排水阀，排水阀接通洗衣机的排水管道中，使用时将水腔加满清水，实现了增加洗衣机自重的目的。

 本发明涉及一种洗衣机，具体地说是一种洗衣机的减振装置。
 
背景技术
现有的迷你型小型洗衣机由于机身小, 自重轻, 因此在洗衣过程中振动大, 尤其是在脱水时, 在不平衡离心力的作用下振动更大, 往往会出现机身“走路” 现象, 严重时甚至会侧翻, 大大缩短了洗衣机的使用寿命, 有的厂家为了减少洗衣机的振动,在洗衣机的底部采用水泥块压载, 来增加洗衣机的自重, 以达到减振效果, 但是, 在搬运过程中由于自重大, 费用也大, 而且在家庭中要移动洗衣机也不方便。
 
发明内容
为了弥补洗衣机的上述不足，本发明提供一种压载装置，该压载装置采用了水腔方法,使用时把水腔灌满, 来增加自重, 搬运时放尽水腔中的水, 不但搬运时份轻, 减少了费用, 而且减振效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是，在洗衣机壁体的下部内侧空隙和底部的空隙中设置水腔, 洗衣机的前壁设置加水口, 加水口设盖, 在洗衣机前壁下部开直槽, 对应直槽位置的水腔壁体上设置水位计, 水位计正好嵌入直槽中, 以便观察水腔中的水位,在水腔的底部设置排水囗, 在排水囗上接排水阀, 排水阀接通洗衣机的排水管道中。洗衣机初次使用时, 打开加水口的盖, 将水腔加满清水, 盖上盖, 实现了增加洗衣机自重的目的。
本发明的有益效果是，减振作用大, 操作方便, 结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中, 在洗衣机1壁体的下部内侧空隙和底部的空隙中设置水腔2, 洗衣机的前壁设置加水口3, 加水口设盖4, 在洗衣机前壁下部开直槽, 对应直槽位置的水腔壁体上设置水位计5, 水位计正好嵌入直槽中, 以便观察水腔中的水位,在水腔的底部设置排水囗6, 在排水囗上接排水阀7, 排水阀接通洗衣机的排水管道8中。洗衣机初次使用时, 打开加水口的盖4, 将水腔2加满清水, 盖上盖, 实现了增加洗衣机自重的目的。

1.一种压载装置，其特征是：在洗衣机壁体的下部内侧空隙和底部的空隙中设置水腔, 洗衣机的前壁设置加水口, 在洗衣机前壁下部开直槽, 对应直槽位置的水腔壁体上设置水位计,以便观察水腔中的水位, 在水腔的底部设置排水囗, 在排水囗上接排水阀, 排水阀接通洗衣机的排水管道中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压载装置，其特征是：所述加水口设盖。
