Abstract

优选的分光光度法测量特征:

具体实施方式
双极模式的生物阻抗(EIS传感器)技术
总原理
EIS传感器是一种可编程的电子医疗系统(PEMS),包括:
·USB即插即用硬件设备,它们包括接口盒、一次性电极、可重复使用的平板以及可重复使用的线缆;
·安装在计算机上的软件。
连续的测量典型地是以弱直流电和非常低的频率(700赫兹)在对称地安置于受试者左和右前额、两手掌、脚底上的六个接触电极之间进行的。

信号处理分析
1.域分析:对于每个区段/通路的结果分析
a.完整循环包括测量11个区段/通路,该测量以阳极-阴极的极性来测量并且第二次以阴极-阳极的极性来测量。该操作执行4次(ml,m2,m3及m4),2次用直流电测量,2次用一个非常低的频率700Hz测量。该图表是4次测量的平均值。
b.SDC+=每个奇数编号的区段/通路以μS表示的电导率,正常范围为8到18μS,并且脑通路(区段9/10)正常范围为3.40到10.33μS。

2.频率或光谱分析:结果
a.完整循环包括测量11个区段/通路,该测量以阳极-阴极极性测量,第二次以阴极-阳极极性测量。该操作执行4次(ml,m2,m3及m4),2次用直流电测量,2次用一个非常低的频率700Hz测量。这个图表是4次测量的平均值。电导率测量结果位于横坐标并且区段位于纵坐标上。
b.快速傅里叶变换(FFT)对全体信号的应用

EIS特征
a.EIS电流的进口和出口为小汗腺,并且系统通过大的平面接触电极在具有较高密度汗腺的部位(手掌、脚底及左右前额)运行。

d.该电极反应不是氧化还原反应,而是通过计时电流法(科特雷尔方程)来进行的,并且因此通过化学物质向电极表面的物理扩散。
e.EIS提供的测量值
在进入身体间质液后,电子盒从被动电极接收强度和电压的测量值,并且数模转换微芯片以数字形式(从0到100)向软件发送信号,该软件将数据转换成电阻和以微西门子表示的电导率。
f.计算在人体内11个区段中的体内间质液钠离子浓度。

用以估算身体成分的ES-BC传感器
ES-BC特征

在单一频率50KHz上以弱强度(对于激活电极)发送之后,BIA传感器测量在2种其他被动接触电极(四极模式)之间的电阻及电抗。
电阻及电抗的计算根据来自同行综述中的BIA(身体阻抗分析)预测方程在估算的身体成分参数(TWB,脱脂质量,脂肪质量)是将进行转换。
ESO传感器技术
E.S.O特征
E.S.O系统使用分光光度测定技术,该技术有3个特征及由软件管理的信号处理分析。

该测量的信号处理分析提供了多个指标用于估算ANS(自主神经系统)的活性。

Claims (6)
1.一种医疗装置系统,包括至少基于生物阻抗测量的技术的生物阻抗测量设备,以及基于分光光度法测量的技术的分光光度法测量设备,以通过这两种技术提供结果;
其中所述分光光度法测量设备包括脉搏血氧计以提供所述分光光度法测量,并且所述分光光度法测量包括结果中的心脏输出Q的估算,并且其中对这些结果进行软件交叉分析以评估一位个体的内稳态,并且其中心脏输出Q使用以下公式计算:
2.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置系统,包括至少4个生物传感器,其中信号处理分析是由软件管理的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的医疗装置系统,其中至少一个脉搏血氧计提供血管波形。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的医疗装置系统,还包括EKG监测仪,血糖仪和/或肺活量计。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的医疗装置系统,其中,这些技术包括:a)双极模式的生物阻抗,b)四极模式的生物阻抗,c)分光光度计,以及d)示波器测量。
