技术领域
    本发明涉及一种换热器,具体说是一种烘干用梅花管换热器。
背景技术
   目前,在万寿菊、银杏叶、苜蓿草等物料的烘干普遍使用热风炉为供热装置,热风炉所用的换热器以对流换热为主。根据不同需要,换热器由各种形状的加热管组合而成,其换热效率低。
发明内容
   本发明的目的便是提供一种换热效率高的换热管。
为了达到上述目的,本发明在梅花形外管的内腔中间部位通过支撑片支撑有内管,在内管的外壁上设有多个出气孔。
通过以上设置,本发明的梅花形外管采用梅花形设计,增加了散热面积,提高了散热效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明在梅花形外管1的内腔中间部位通过支撑片2支撑有内管3,在内管3的外壁上设有多个出气孔4。通过以上设置,在本发明的内管2内部通入预热气体,预热气体从多个出气孔4喷出,气流垂直喷向梅花形外管1的管壁上,从而使换热加强,大大提高了传热效率。
