本发明涉及一种环保型空调制冷剂,其构成组分及其重量百分比范围分别为:R125:49-49.5%;R32:49%-49.5%;R600a:1%;R134a:0.5%;将上述四种物质混配,即得制冷剂成品。本发明配方科学,制作简单,制冷效果好,成本低廉,完全符合环境保护要求,ODP值为零,GWP值小于150;其热工性能与R410a十分接近,可直接充灌,且能效更高,大大降低了对空气臭氧层的破坏,环保效果优秀,是具有广泛发展前景的制冷剂。

一种环保型空调制冷剂
技术领域
本发明属于空调领域,涉及空调的制冷剂,尤其是一种环保型空调制冷剂。
背景技术
由于氟利昂制冷剂具有破坏大气臭氧层、加速温室效应的缺陷,目前,氟利昂作为制冷剂已经逐渐淘汰出空调制冷领域,而取而代之的是一些新型制冷剂,这些制冷剂对大气臭氧层没有破坏,如R125与R32混合成的R410a新型制冷剂。但这类空调制冷剂制备成本高昂,且制备工艺十分复杂,价格昂贵,限制了这类新型制冷剂的广泛使用。
通过检索,发现如下三篇相关专利公开文献:1、一种应用于汽车空调中替代R134a的制冷剂组合物(CN101020812)。该制冷剂由二甲醚(DME或RE170)、1,1-二氟乙烷(R152a)和异丁烷(R600a)组成;其制备方法是将上述各组分按其相应的配比在液相下进行物理混合。本发明完全符合环境保护要求,ODP值为零,GWP值小于150;其热工性能与R134a十分接近,可直接充灌,且能效更高。该制冷剂可作为汽车空调中R134a的替代制冷剂。2、一种混合制冷剂(CN101186807),所述混合制冷剂的成分包括一氯二氟甲烷(分子式为CHClF2,即R22)、1,1,1,2四氟乙烷(分子式为CH2FCF3,即R134a)和异丁烷(分子式为CH(CH3)2CH3,即R600a),各组分的含量按重量百分比算分别为:CHClF2为30-85%、CH2FCF3为5-50%、CH(CH3)2CH3为3-30%,该发明的混合制冷剂可降低制冷剂的冷凝压力、提高压缩机的可靠性及使用寿命,且该混合制冷剂可提高出水温度、利于环保。3、一种应用于家用空调/热泵等制冷空调系统中的制冷剂组合物(CN101182408),该制冷剂由二氟甲烷(R32)、五氟乙烷(R125)和异丁烷(R600a)组成;其制备方法是将上述各组分按其相应的配比在液相下进行物理混合。该发明完全符合环境保护的要求,ODP值为零,GWP值较低,热工性能及参数与R410A十分接近,可直接充灌,且循环性能与R410A相当或略高,可以使用R22系统中的矿物润滑油,是一种替代R22的理想制冷剂。
上述三篇专利文献虽然达到了环保要求,但使用可靠性及制冷效能一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种配方科学、成本低廉、制备简单的环保型空调制冷剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种环保型空调制冷剂,其构成组分及其重量百分比范围分别为:
R125:49%-49.5%;
R32:49%-49.5%;
R600a:1%;
R134a:0.5%;
将上述四种物质混配,即得制冷剂成品。
一种制备环保型空调制冷剂的方法,制备方法为:在常温及标准大气压下,将R125、R32、R600a和R134a四种物质按重量比例49.5%:49%:1%:0.5%在密闭的钢质储罐内进行物理混配,循环混配3-4小时,即得制冷剂成品。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本制冷剂由R125、R32、R600a和R134a物质在常温下按比例混配而成的,配伍科学,臭氧耗减潜能值指数为零,温室效应指数相对较低,而且具有较高的能效,通过测验,比R22冷媒的同样空调要高大约8%,易于实现空调系统的小型化,还在一定程度上节约了材料和制造费用。
2、本制冷剂所选配的R125、R32(二氟甲烷)、R600a(异丁烷)以及R134a,R125与R32混配可以作为最常用的制冷剂,R600a冷凝压力较低,与其他三种物质混配后使制冷系统的冷凝压力随之降低;R134a作为使用最广泛的中低温环保制冷剂,由于其HFC-134a良好的综合性能,使其成为一种非常有效和安全的CFC-12的替代品,主要应用于在使用R12制冷剂的多数领域。
3、本发明配方科学,制作简单,制冷效果好,成本低廉,完全符合环境保护要求,ODP值为零,GWP值小于150;其热工性能与R410a十分接近,可直接充灌,且能效更高,大大降低了对空气臭氧层的破坏,环保效果优秀,是具有广泛发展前景的制冷剂。

下面详细叙述本发明的实施例;需要说明的是,本实施例是叙述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种环保型空调制冷剂,其构成组分及其重量百分比范围分别为:
R125:49.5%;
R32:49%;
R600a:1%;
R134a:0.5%。
制备方法为:
在常温及标准大气压下,将上述四种物质按重量比例R125:49.5%;R32:49%;R600a:1%;R134a:0.5%在密闭的钢质储罐内进行物理混配,循环混配3小时,即得制冷剂成品。
实施例2:
一种环保型空调制冷剂,其构成组分及其重量百分比范围分别为:
R125:49%;
R32:49.5%;
R600a:1%;
R134a:0.5%。
制备方法为:
在常温及标准大气压下,将上述四种物质按重量比例R125:49.5%;R32:49%;R600a:1%;R134a:0.5%在密闭的钢质储罐内进行物理混配,循环混配4小时,即得制冷剂成品。
本发明所涉及的R125、R32、R600a和R134a四种物质,均为市售产品。

1.一种环保型空调制冷剂,其特征在于:其构成组分及其重量百分比范围分别为:
R125:49%-49.5%;
R32:49%-49.5%;
R600a:1%;
R134a:0.5%;
将上述四种物质混配,即得制冷剂成品。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述环保型空调制冷剂的方法,其特征在于:制备方法为:在常温及标准大气压下,将R125、R32、R600a和R134a四种物质按重量比例49.5%:49%:1%:0.5%在密闭的钢质储罐内进行物理混配,循环混配3-4小时,即得制冷剂成品。
