本发明提供一种阻燃醇酯漆，其特征是：以重量分数计，在300ml烧瓶中，顺序加入醇酯漆料35-50份、双酚A双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）12-16份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)14-20份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）18-22份，常温下充分搅拌冷却15分钟，即得阻燃醇酯漆。该阻燃醇酯漆遇火后迅速成碳，隔绝了氧气，阻止了燃烧，阻燃效果显著，避免引起大火，消除安全隐患。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种阻燃醇酯漆。
背景技术
醇酯漆在各类建筑工程以及家庭、公共场所装饰装潢中被广泛应用。随着人们生活水平的提高，防火意识的增强，特别是无数火灾事故的警示，使得人们对各类家居材料的阻燃防火性能提出了更高的要求。但是，目前具有阻燃功能的醇酯漆还没有出现，醇酯漆在遇火时会燃烧，不能达到阻燃的效果，从而引起大面火灾，存在严重的安全隐患。
发明内容
 为了克服现有的醇酯漆还没有阻燃功能，在遇火时会燃烧，不能达到阻燃的效果，从而引起大面火灾，存在严重的安全隐患的缺点，本发明提供一种油阻燃醇酯漆。    
  本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种阻燃醇酯漆，其特征是：以重量分数计，醇酯漆料35-50份、双酚 A 双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）12-16份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)14-20份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）18-22份。
通过以下方法制得：
（1）在300ml烧瓶中，顺序加入醇酯漆料35-50份、双酚 A 双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）12-16份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)14-20份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）18-22份。
（2）常温下充分搅拌冷却15分钟。
本发明的有益效果是：该阻燃醇酯漆遇火后迅速成碳，隔绝了氧气，阻止了燃烧，阻燃效果显著，避免引起大火，消除安全隐患。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明，以下实施例为本发明的优选实施例，并不代表本发明的所有技术方案。
实施例1
 在300ml烧瓶中，顺序加入醇酯漆料35份、双酚 A 双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）12份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)20份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）22份，常温下充分搅拌冷却15分钟，即得阻燃醇酯漆。
实施例2     
 在300ml烧瓶中，顺序加入醇酯漆料50份、双酚 A 双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）16份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)14份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）18份，常温下充分搅拌冷却15分钟，即得阻燃醇酯漆。
实施例3  
 在300ml烧瓶中，顺序加入醇酯漆料45份、双酚 A 双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）14份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)16份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）20份，常温下充分搅拌冷却15分钟，即得阻燃醇酯漆。

1.一种阻燃醇酯漆，其特征是：以重量分数计，醇酯漆料35-50份、双酚 A 双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）12-16份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)14-20份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）18-22份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃醇酯漆，其特征是，通过以下方法制得：
在300ml烧瓶中，顺序加入醇酯漆料35-50份、双酚 A 双（二苯基磷酸酯）（BDP）12-16份、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)14-20份、间苯二酚双（二苯基磷酸酯）（RDP）18-22份，常温下充分搅拌15分钟。
