Abstract

本发明涉及一种异形玻璃的切割方法,其步骤如下:首先,在整个大版排版中,将异形玻璃外形边缘分为:切割轨迹A、切割轨迹B、横向切割轨迹、纵向切割轨迹;其次按照外形边缘有不同轨迹,对相同的异形玻璃外形边缘,使用相同的刀轮切割的轨迹进行切割。本发明减少了切割刀拐角作业,解决了玻璃切割时出现破片、崩角现象。提高了作业良率,降低了生产成本。

一种异形玻璃的切割方法
技术领域
 本发明及一种玻璃切割方法,具体地说是涉及一种手机行业生产作业中的异形玻璃的切割方法。
背景技术
目前手机行业生产作业时,作业中的异形玻璃需要由大版分割为小片,普遍的切割方法是,切割刀按照异形玻璃1边缘的切割轨迹2外形切割作业,切割完一片异形玻璃1再切割另一片异形玻璃1,如图1所示。这样切割作业时,异形玻璃1边缘的切割轨迹2处,因切割刀频繁的拐角作业,很容易有破片、崩角现象,降低作业良率,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,使用一种异形玻璃的切割方法,减少切割刀拐角作业,避免切割后边缘的玻璃有破片、崩角现象。
针对上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案,一种异形玻璃的切割方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:首先,在整个大版排版中,将异形玻璃外形边缘分为:切割轨迹A、切割轨迹B、横向切割轨迹、纵向切割轨迹;其次按照外形边缘有不同轨迹,对相同的异形玻璃外形边缘,使用相同的刀轮切割的轨迹进行切割。
所述刀轮切割的轨迹比异形玻璃外形边缘的实际尺寸稍大1.5mm~2.5mm。
本发明的优点是,减少切割刀拐角作业,解决了异形玻璃1切割时出现破片、崩角现象。提高了作业良率,降低了生产成本。

以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,参见图2,一种异形玻璃的切割方法,其步骤如下,首先,在整个大版排版中,将异形玻璃1外形边缘分为:切割轨迹A201、切割轨迹B202、横向切割轨迹203、纵向切割轨迹204;其次按照外形边缘有不同轨迹,对相同的异形玻璃1外形边缘,使用相同的刀轮切割的轨迹进行切割。
所述刀轮切割的轨迹比异形玻璃1外形边缘的实际尺寸稍大1.5mm~2.5mm。
实施例:在整个大版排版中,对异形玻璃1边缘相同的位置进行划分,对异形玻璃1边缘相同的位置所有异形玻璃1的切割轨迹A201、切割轨迹B202、横向切割轨迹203、纵向切割轨迹204,分别使用同一个切割轨迹进行切割,并且刀轮切割的轨迹比异形玻璃1边缘的实际尺寸稍大2mm。

1.一种异形玻璃的切割方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:首先,在整个大版排版中,将异形玻璃外形边缘分为:切割轨迹A、切割轨迹B、横向切割轨迹、纵向切割轨迹;其次按照外形边缘有不同轨迹,对相同的异形玻璃外形边缘,使用相同的刀轮切割的轨迹进行切割。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异形玻璃的切割方法,其特征在于,所述刀轮切割的轨迹比异形玻璃外形边缘的实际尺寸稍大1.5mm~2.5mm。
