Abstract

一种用于支承帐篷(或房屋)的新型支架,这种支架由若干个塑料管节或金属管节组成,用钢丝绳将它们串联在一起并拉紧,成拱形、三角形、多边形等多种形状。其实质是一种现场装配的预应力结构,它替代了传统的金属构件支架和木构件支架,也替代了现代的充气肋支架。其优点为重量轻、体积小、制造简单、维修方便、易于架设、撤收和搬运,可用作帐篷的支架,也可作为房屋的支架,还能作为游泳池、体育场和展览场地的遮荫棚等的支架。

Description

本发明提出一种用于支承帐篷篷布或房屋屋顶的新型支架,属于帐篷或房屋支承构件的改进。
传统的帐篷一般采用金属(或木质)构件制成的桁架作顶棚支承,(也有采用伞形骨架作支撑的),它们的缺点是:空间利用率低,支承件笨重、庞大,不便装拆和运输;零部件多,易于损坏和丢失,影响使用……。近期研制的充气肋帐篷,虽较传统帐篷有了很大改进,但充气肋在使用前需充气,使用过程中需定时补气,充气和补气离不开电源和空压机,因而使用范围受到很大限制。
本发明的目的是研制一种具有空间利用率高,结构简单、重量轻、体积小、装拆和运输方便等优点的新型帐篷支架。
本发明的目的是通过使用一种脊骨式支架达到的(其实质是一种现场装配的预应力结构)。试验证明,这种支架不但适用于帐篷,也适用于活动房屋和某些永久性建筑物。
下面结合附图简要介绍本发明的结构和工作原理。

参看图1,图中,1为塑料管节,2为端盖。每个脊骨均由一个塑料管节(1)和两个与之连成一体的端盖(2)组成。塑料管节(1)为用聚丙燃热压而成的管子,管子内壁有两条互成180°的轴向加强筋(见A-A剖面)。端盖(2)为用ABS原料热压而成的一端封闭的管子,封闭端的外径与塑料管节(1)的内径相等,其外端面与管子的径向断面间有一个夹角φ(φ角大小下面介绍),其上还有两个互成180°的通孔,供穿钢丝绳用(见下面介绍),另一端的外径与塑料管节(1)的内径相等,其上有两条与塑料管节(1)上的加强筋相配合、位置与小孔成90°的凹槽(见B-B剖面),端盖(2)插入塑料管节(1)内,相互成压紧配合。塑料管节(1)的内壁上的两根加强筋有两个作用:1.增加其强度和刚度;2.使之与端盖(2)相互定位,从而使端盖(2)上穿钢丝绳的两个小孔与塑料管节(1)之间定位。
参看图2,图中,3为外加强筋的塑料管节,外加强筋位于管外,其平面与内加强筋互成90°,外加强筋上钻有两个或数个通孔(视其长短而定),用于固定刚性屋顶,如活动房屋或其它永久性建筑物。其它结构与图1所示的塑料管节(1)的结构基本相同。
参看图3,图中,4为金属管节,5为金属端盖,金属管节(4)可取用成型钢管、铝合金管,金属端盖(5)可用普通钢材,合金钢材或铝合金。
结构与前述两种结构的不同点为:金属管节(4)与金属端盖(5)间用螺钉定位,亦可用销钉 或铆钉定位,故金属管节(4)上有两个通孔,金属端盖(5)上有两个螺孔或通孔。而前述两种结构用加强筋定位。
上述三种管节和端盖也可混合使用,即用金属管节配以塑料端盖,或用塑料管节配以金属端盖。
参看图4,图中,6为脊骨,7为钢丝绳,8为手摇绞车,9为钢丝绳换向轴。其动作原理如下:手摇绞车(8)和钢丝绳换向轴(9)固定于支架两端,先将钢丝绳(7)的一端固定在手摇绞车(8)上,另一端穿过各个脊骨上的同侧小孔,绕过钢丝绳换向轴(9),从而各个脊骨上的另一侧小孔穿回来,然后亦将其固定到手摇绞车(8)上,架设帐篷时,摇动手摇绞车(8),将两根封闭成环形的钢丝绳(7)同时拉紧,使所有脊骨(6)的各个端面相互压紧,连成一个整体。拆收或运输时,手摇绞车(8)反转,钢丝绳(7)放松,脊骨(6)相互脱开,即能折叠、包装。脊骨(6)和篷布可连成一体,便于保管;也可分开,便于运输。
上述支架也可用作永久性建筑物的支承,此时,除拆去绞车外,应在各脊骨上钻孔,注入树脂或其它粘结剂,使钢丝绳(7)与各脊骨(6)相互固定,成为一个永久性整体。
参看图5,图中画出了6种不同外形的支架,由此可知,只需改变脊骨的长度和数量,以及端部的φ角,便可制成各种型式(规则的和不规则的)和各种尺寸的支架,φ角的大小,对于规则形状支架,可计算得到:
φ= (支架的圆弧度)/(塑料管节数-1)
对于不规则形状的支架,可用作图法获得。
用本发明提出的支架制成的帐篷、活动房屋或永久性建筑物,具有空间利用率高、结构轻巧、装卸维修和运输方便等优点,除制造帐篷、活动房屋或永久性建筑物外,还可建造农用塑料棚、露天展览场地的遮荫棚、体育场和游泳池的太阳棚等。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于支承帐篷篷布或房屋屋面的支架,由一条钢丝绳(7)、一台固定在支架一端的、与钢丝绳(7)相连的、能使钢丝绳(7)拉紧和放松的手摇绞车(8)和一个固定在支架另一端的钢丝绳转向器(9)组成,其特征在于:在钢丝绳(7)上串联有数个脊骨(6)。
2、如权利要求1所说的支架,其特征在于脊骨(6)由一个塑料管节(1)或一个外加强筋塑料管节(3)或一个金属管节(4)和两个与之相连的端盖(2)或两个金属端盖(5)组成。
3、如权利要求2所说的支架,其特征在于塑料管节(1)的轴向部面内有两根互成180°的加强筋;外加强筋塑料管节(3)的管外有一个与内加强筋平面成90°的加强筋,其上有两个或数个通孔或螺孔;金属管节(4)上钻有两个通孔。
4、如权利要求2所说的支架,其特征在于端盖(2)的一端为管子,其上有两个凹槽,与塑料管节(1)或外加强筋塑料管节(3)成压紧配合;另一端封闭,其外端面与径向断面间有一个φ角,端面上有两个互成180°的、与凹槽互成90°的、用于穿钢丝绳(7)的小孔。金属端面(5)上有一个与金属管节(4)上的定位孔相配合的通孔(用于装销钉或铆钉)或螺孔(用于装螺钉)。
5、如权利要求2所说的支架,其特征在于组成脊骨(6)的管节可用聚丙烯或金属制成;端盖可用ABS或金属制成。
