Technical field
The present invention relates to fabric treatment composition, especially, relate to fabric treatment composition, it comprises so-called ' probiotic agent (probiotic) ' particle.
Background
The notion of probiotic agent it is believed that it is to develop from the hypothesis that Nobel laureate's Russian scientist Metchnikoff (Metchnikoff) proposes, and Metchnikoff supposes that Bulgarian peasant's long healthy life is because they use fermented-milk products. It is believed that when using, fermentation bacillus (lactobacillus spp (Lactobacillus)) influences the micro-flora (microflora) of colon energetically, reduces toxic microbial activities.
This intestines micro-flora constitutes the active microbial environment of metabolism, and by low relatively multifarious genus domination, its part as relatively stable group in the intestines of healthy individuals exists.
Based on WHO and FAO (FAO/WHO 2002) and ILSI Europe working group guide about probiotic agent; Probiotic agent can be defined as: " mikrobe that lives; it can give the functional or benefit that keeps healthy of a kind of or more kinds of proof especially except that basic nutrition for the human consumer being absorbed with liberal quantity or part when applying ".
Wherein, the mikrobe in people's enteron aisle is lactobacillus genus and the genus bifidobacterium (Bifidobacterium) that Gram-positive produces lactic acid. Most of probiotic agent are from lactobacillus spp and genus bifidobacterium, and have been selected, because they have the ability that holds out against the stomach transportation and adhere to intestinal epithelial cells.
These strains can occupy (colonise) intestines instantaneously, give some health care benefit through being integrated into existing micro-flora and it is believed that to the human consumer. In recent years, the consumption of " probiotic agent " improves significantly.
Intestines are not berth unique parts of mikrobe of human body.Human skin has (resident), the instantaneous and temporary transient stop micro-flora of stop. The mikrobe that stops is in running balance with host tissue, and micro-flora can be considered to the integration component (integral component) of normal human skin. The great majority of these mikrobes are Gram-positives, and rest on the skin surface and in folliculus.
The host has various structures, molecule and mechanism, and its restriction instantaneous and temporary transient stop thing (resident) and control stop the colony and the dominance (dominance) of thing group. These comprise various forms of local skin structures, hydration, nutrient substance and suppressor factor. The microbiota that stops ties up to be occupied niche to get into the transition state aspect with refusal is useful, and it possibly be deleterious and communicable. And stopping thing is important in changing immunity system.

Be used to deposit probiotic agent particulate preferred method; Method especially for use the deposition probiotic agent from main washing is the target polymer deposition; Be to use disclosed polysaccharide conjugation techniques in WO 99/36469, WO2004/056890A1, WO2005/21186A1; Wherein use water-soluble or water can disperse polysaccharide conjugates in main washing method process with deposition of benefit agent to fabric, wherein said polysaccharide conjugates comprises main polymer chain and is attached to the beneficial agent group on the main polymer chain through the hydrolysis-stable key.Similarly, US6773811B2 has described and has had the particle that adheres to the cellulose polysaccharide on it (Mierocrystalline cellulose monoacetate-CMA); EP1117756B1 requires protection β 1-4 to connect polysaccharide (LBG, wood sugar glucose etc.), and it has some beneficial agents that adhere to.In the present invention, the probiotic agent particle can arrive this type polysaccharide main chain through the key Chemical bond of hydrolysis-stable.
This is used for the main polysaccharide conjugation methods of washing and has the advantage of target basic unit, so that the pre-biotic microorganism that has only polymkeric substance to adhere to deposits on the fabric rather than unwanted greasy dirt particle.
For the polysaccharide conjugation methods, preferred biomass size range between the 1-15 micron, preferred 1~5 micron. This method need be on probiotic agent depositing nano size PVAC polymer shell, between particle and polymkeric substance, to form chemical bond.
The classification of another deposition aid polymkeric substance is the polymkeric substance that comprises phthalic ester. The advantage that these polymkeric substance have is that they are substantial (substantive) for the polyester type material. They are based on the polymkeric substance that can derive from dicarboxyl acid and polyvalent alcohol; The polymkeric substance that particularly comprises phthalic ester; More preferably, comprise the unitary polymkeric substance that derives from (gathering) terepthaloyl moietie (PEG) and (gathering) ethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) or polyoxyethylene terephthalate (POET).Most preferably, polymkeric substance is selected from the group that comprises PET/POET, PEG/POET, PET/PEG and phthalic ester/glycerine/ethylene glycol polymer.
This type material can extensively obtain for the washing composition tDesigners, because they are usually as soil release agent polymkeric substance (soil-release polymers).
Any polymkeric substance soil release agent well known by persons skilled in the art may be used to according to compsn of the present invention. The polymkeric substance soil release agent is characterised in that to have and makes the hydrophilic hydrophilic section of the hydrophobic surface for example polyester and the nylon of fiber; And hydrophobic section is to be deposited on the hydrophobic fiber; And accomplish to clean with rinse cycle after adhere to above that, so as the fixer (anchor) of hydrophilic section. This is generally used for being implemented in soil release agent handles painted can easierly in follow-up wash procedure, being removed that the back takes place.
The polymer deposition auxiliary agent that can be used for this paper comprises having a kind of or more kinds of those soil release agents that contain the nonionic hydrophilic component of ethylene oxide, T 46155, propylene oxide or polyoxypropylene section especially, and a kind of or more kinds of hydrophobic components that contains the terephthalate section.Typically, the oxyalkylene section of these deposition aids has 1 to about 400 the polymerization degree, though higher level can be used, preferred 100 to about 350, and more preferably 200 to about 300.
One type of preferred deposition aid is to have ethylene glycol terephthalate and the polyoxyethylene terephthalate multipolymer of block at random. The preferred molecular weight of this base polymer deposition aid is in the scope of the about 55kD of about 5kD-.
Another preferred polymer deposition auxiliary agent is the polyester with the unitary repeating unit of ethylene glycol terephthalate; It comprises the polyoxyethylene terephthalate units of the ethylene glycol terephthalate unit of 10-15wt% together with 90-80wt%, is derived from the polyoxyethylene glycol of molecular-weight average 0.2kD-40kD.The instance of this base polymer comprises commercially available material ZELCON 5126 (from DuPont) that gets and MILEASE T (from ICI).The instance of relevant polymkeric substance can be found among the US4702857.

Preferred polymer deposition auxiliary agent also comprises the soil release agent of US4877896, and it discloses negatively charged ion, and particularly sulfo group aroyl (sulfoarolyl), end add the cap terephthalate.
Another preferred deposition aid is to have terephthaloyl unit sulfo group, different terephthaloyl unit, oxygen vinyloxy group (oxyethyleneoxy) and Oxy-1, the oligomer of the repeating unit of 2-propylene units.Repeating unit forms the main chain of oligomer, and preferably stops with modification isethionate end cap.Such preferred especially deposition aid comprises the about different phenyl-diformyl base of a sulfo group unit, 5 terephthaloyl unit, oxygen vinyloxy group and Oxy-1s; The end cap unit of 2-propenyloxy group unit (ratio is 1.7-about 1.8) and two 2-(2-hydroxyl-oxethyl)-ethyl sulfonic acid sodium.Said soil release agent comprises that also the oligomer of the about 20wt% of about 0.5wt%-, crystallization reduce stablizer, are preferably selected from xylenesulfonate, cumene sulfonate, tosylate and its mixture.
Polysaccharide and PET/POET conjugation methods can make up.If the PET/POET polymkeric substance is used for conjugation methods, then the probiotic agent particle can become to polyester and polyester cotton (polycotton) more important (substantive).
The probiotic agent particle of encapsulation
The probiotic agent particle can be protected through any suitable encapsulation (encapsulation) technology in compsn.A preferable methods is included as the probiotic agent particle and coats (coating) polymkeric substance; Wherein the water-soluble of polymeric film can be regulated by the level according to tensio-active agent, and be described like US 20040065578 (A1) and WO2006007911 (A1) (the two all authorizes Unilever). This allows through in cleaning or rinsing, diluting dissolving films, so that unsheltered (bare) probiotic agent is deposited in the basic unit.
The instance of these polymkeric substance comprises the hydrophobically modified polyvalent alcohol, and wherein solubleness can be modified, and is absorbed in the level of its lip-deep tensio-active agent through adjusting. This has realized a kind of delivery system of design, wherein can be absorbed in the tensio-active agent level on the film surface through regulating to reduce especially, triggers the promoting agent that discharges this type thin-film package.
Found further that the lip-deep tensio-active agent level be absorbed in the polymeric film that comprises the hydrophobically modified polyvalent alcohol can be lowered, through the dilution table surface-active agent concentration in the environment and/or through improving temperature around. This realization can be controlled in cleaning or in rinsing and discharge unsheltered probiotic agent particle from the compsn packing forms, depends on the type of polymeric film.
Have been found that through utilizing the modification group for example to utilize for example PVOH film of or more acetal groups hydrophobically modified soluble polymeric films; Film is kept perfectly when having external surfactants basically; For example cracked in the rinse cycle process of washing operation for example in the clean cycle process of washing operation, and when surfactant concentration fully reduces.
Polymeric film comprises the main polymer chain derived from water-soluble polymers usually.
The main polymer chain that polymeric film comprises is derived from such polymkeric substance, and this polymkeric substance preferably can be with 0.3g.dm under 20 ℃ -3Or bigger level, more preferably 0.5g.dm -3Or dissolving of bigger level or dispersion.
Polymeric film comprises the PVOH of the polyvalent alcohol of hydrophobically modified, particularly hydrophobically modified usually.
Being used for polymeric film of the present invention is such material, and its solubleness in water depends on existing surfactant concentrations.Usually, surfactant concentrations is low more, and then the solubleness of polymeric film is big more, and its by broken (break down) must be fast more.
Do not hope to be subject to theory, it is believed that hydrophobic ingredient and the tensio-active agent in the polymeric film reacts to form gel network, this gel network makes that the film of mating surface promoting agent is insoluble; Yet the interaction between polymeric film and the tensio-active agent is broken when delivery system dilution and/or heating, and then makes polymeric film can dissolve and discharge the probiotic agent particle.
According to the preferred method from package release probiotic agent of the present invention, comprise the heating delivery system. This method is useful especially in active agent delivery, when particularly sending active cosmetic agent and pharmaceutically active agents to human body.In these were used, the raising of temperature may trigger the release of probiotic agent particulate when delivery system contacts with human body.
Usually, when being suspended in the water phase surfactant mixture that exists in the delivery system, the probiotic agent particle will discharge soon from the polymeric film package in the time of in being suspended in deionized water. In preferred embodiments, in water, probiotic agent from polymeric film discharge needed time ratio delivery system in the existing water phase surfactant mixture the needed time want much shorter. In the time of 20 ℃, the needed time possibly be concentration 5g.dm in water -3Water phase surfactant mixture in the required time be lower than 1/3rd, particularly be lower than 1/7th.
When using deriveding group that polyvalent alcohol is derived, obtain the hydrophobically modified polyvalent alcohol. This polyvalent alcohol is by the deriveding group hydrophobically modified.
Preferred deriveding group comprises those based on those of precursor group, and it is selected from acetal, ketal, ester, fluorinated organic compounds, ether, alkane, alkene, aromatic substance.Preferred especially precursor group is for example butyraldehyde, octanal, dodecyl aldehyde, 2-ethyl hexanal, hexanaphthene carboxyl aldehyde, itral and a 4-amino butyraldehyde dimethylacetal of aldehyde, though obvious easily to those skilled in the art other the suitable precursor group with necessary ClogP also is applicable to polymeric film of the present invention.

Preferred hydrophobically modified polyvalent alcohol is through the acetal groups hydrophobically modified, and those that particularly have 4 to 22 carbon atoms and aromatic group especially be benzaldehyde derivative for example.Utilize the aromatic aldehyde hydrophobic modification delivery polymer film (have outstanding interact) that come to light, cause better moving delivery system with tensio-active agent.Substituted phenyl aldehyde for example 2-phenyl aldehyde sulfonic acid also can be used with its salt.
On main polymer chain, can there be other modification groups. For example, amine can be preferably involved as the modification group, because this makes the variation reply pH for example and/or ionic strength, polymkeric substance is more solvable.
Deriveding group can comprise hydrocarbyl chain.Such hydrocarbyl chain can be randomly by for example oxygen or the nitrogen replacement of a kind of or more kinds of heteroatoms.
Be incorporated into the alkyl chain length preferably 3 to 22 of the deriveding group of main polymer chain, more preferably 4 to 18, be more preferably 4 to 15, most preferably 4 to 10, for example 4 to 8.It is undesirable being shorter than 3 alkyl chain length because in using, gel-like structure that polymeric film and Surfactants at Interface form usually too a little less than and make polymeric film break too easily.
Alkyl chain length greater than 22 is undesirable, because obtain the insufficient or not reaction of reaction of the fertile material and the main polymer chain of deriveding group from it.
It is preferred 3 to 22 to obtain the alkyl chain length of fertile material of deriveding group from it, and more preferably 4 to 18.
In this respect, the carbon number in the hydrocarbyl group comprises all carbon of intrachain that are incorporated into other functional groups in the derived material. For example, butyraldehyde has 4 alkyl chain length.
Derived material preferably is present in the polymkeric substance, and level is for calculating by weight 0.1 to 40%, based on the gross weight of polymkeric substance, and more preferably 2 to 30%, most preferably 5 to 15%, for example 8 to 12%.
At main polymer chain during based on PVOH; Derived material preferably exists with such level, and it makes that deriveding group and the right number ratio of free hydroxyl group are 1: 3 to 1: 30 on the main chain, more preferably 1: 4 to 1: 20; Most preferably 1: 7 to 1: 15, for example 1: 8 to 1: 13.
Ratio is lower than 1: 30, then the solubleness of polymeric film tend to too big, even when having tensio-active agent.Ratio surpasses 1: 3, then the solubleness of polymeric film tend to too low, even when not having tensio-active agent.
Comprise for example PVOH of water soluble resin from its preferred polymers that forms derived polymers film main chain of the present invention; Ether of cellulose; Polyethylene oxide (hereinafter to be referred as " PEO "); Starch; Vinylpyrrolidone polymer (hereinafter to be referred as " PVP "); SEPIGEL 305; The polyvinyl methyl ether toxilic anhydride; Poly-maleic anhydride; SMA styrene maleic anhydride; Natvosol; Methylcellulose gum; Polyoxyethylene glycol; CMC 99.5; Polyacrylate; Alginate; Acrylamide copolymer; Guar gum; Casein; Ethene-toxilic anhydride resin series; Polymine; Type 3U; Ethylmethylcellulose; Hydroxyethylmethyl-cellulose.Water miscible PVOH film-forming resin is preferred especially.
Usually, preferred water miscible PVOH base film-forming polymer should have low relatively molecular-weight average and high-caliber hydrolytic action. The polymkeric substance based on PVOH that is preferred for this paper has 1,000 to 300,000 molecular-weight average, and is preferred 2,000 to 100,000, and most preferably 2,000 to 75,000.The level of hydrolytic action be defined as by hydroxyl ,-the substituted resin of OH group (PVOH stems from through hydrolytic action and gathers (vinyl acetate)) on the reaction Percent Complete of acetate group. The hydrolytic action scope of 60-99% is preferred, and preferred hydrolytic action scope is about 88-99%.When being used for the application, term " PVOH " comprises and gathers (vinyl acetate) compound that its hydrolytic action level is disclosed herein.
Being used for preferred especially polymkeric substance/polyvalent alcohol of the present invention is expressed from the next:
