Abstract

一种具有支架结构的电子装置，包括电子装置本体以及四个支架部件，该四个支架部件分别设置于电子装置本体的四个侧壁上，每一支架部件包括第一部件以及第二部件，该第一部件以及该第二部件为可滑动且可转动连接；当该支架结构处于未使用状态时，该四个支架部件呈现一长条形状，从而围绕该电子装置本体的四个侧壁，构成一保护套结构；当需要将该电子装置倾斜支撑时，根据电子装置的放置方向将对称的两个支架部件的第一部件以及第二部件朝向支撑平面的方向转动，从而形成一支撑结构。本发明的具有支架结构的电子装置可支撑电子装置朝任意方向摆放，此外，支架结构在不使用时可当保护套使用且不显著的增大电子装置体积。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置，特别涉及一种具有支架结构的电子装置。
背景技术
目前，平板电脑、电子相框等电子装置逐渐普及起来，通常的平板电脑或电子相框为长方体，特别是平板电脑往往是平放在桌面上使用，为了适应用户平视显示屏幕的需要，具有支架的平板电脑也已经出现。然而，一般的支架均为在平板电脑的后盖增加一支架结构，增加了平板电脑的厚度，此外，为了不使用该支架时将该支架收容起来，平板电脑的后盖通常包括一凹槽结构用于收容该支架，不利于平板电脑的美观。此外，目前的平板电脑的支撑结构只能支撑该平板电脑以一个方向进行摆放，例如，固定的横放或竖放，而目前的平板电脑等电子装置均有方向感应器等，可随着摆放位置，自动调整显示内容的方向，例如，当电子装置横放时，显示画面为横向显示，当电子装置竖放时，显示画面为竖向显示，因此，只能支撑该平板电脑朝一个方向摆放显示不能满足用户需求。另外，通常情况下，平板电脑等电子装置还有相应的配件例如保护套等用来降低平板电脑的损坏风险，然而，该些保护套的增加往往也增加了平板电脑的成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种电子装置，该电子装置的支架结构并不设计在电子装置的背面，并不显著地增加电子装置的体积，且该电子装置的支架结构可支撑电子装置朝任意方向摆放，此外，支架结构在不使用时可当保护套使用，达到一物多用，且简洁美观的效果。
一种具有支架结构的电子装置，包括电子装置本体以及四个支架部件，该四个支架部件组成一支架结构，该四个支架部件分别设置于电子装置本体的四个侧壁上，且每一支架部件的两个端点都固定在电子装置本体侧壁上且靠近顶点的位置，且每一支架部件包括第一部件以及第二部件，该第一部件以及该第二部件为可滑动且可转动连接；当该支架结构处于未使用状态时，该四个支架部件呈现一长条形状，从而围绕该电子装置本体的四个侧壁，构成一保护套结构；当需要将该电子装置倾斜支撑时，根据电子装置的放置方向将对称的两个支架部件的第一部件以及第二部件朝向支撑平面的方向转动，从而形成两个支撑点，与电子装置接触该支撑平面的一边共同支撑该电子装置。
本发明的具有支架结构的电子装置，支架结构并不设计在电子装置的背面，并不显著地增加电子装置的体积，且该电子装置的支架结构可支撑电子装置朝任意方向摆放，此外，支架结构在不使用时可当保护套使用，达到一物多用，且简洁美观的效果。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请一并参阅图1至图3，图1为本发明第一实施方式中具有支架结构的电子装置1处于未使用支架结构状态的示意图。该电子装置包括电子装置本体10以及四个支架部件20，该四个支架部件20组成一支架结构。在本实施方式中，该电子装置本体10为一长方体形状，该四个支架部件20分别设置于电子装置本体10的四个侧壁上，且每一支架部件20的两端都固定在电子装置本体10侧壁上且靠近顶点的位置，且每一支架部件20包括第一部件30以及第二部件40，该第一部件30以及该第二部件40为可滑动且两者之间可转动连接。当该支架结构处于未使用状态时，该四个支架部件20每一支架部件20均呈现一长条形状，围绕该电子装置本体10的四个侧壁，构成一保护套结构。当需要将该电子装置1倾斜支撑时，根据电子装置1的放置方向将对称的两个支架部件20的第一部件30以及第二部件40朝向支撑平面的方向转动，从而形成两个支撑点，与电子装置1接触该支撑平面的一边共同支撑该电子装置1。
具体的，如图2所示，图2为支架部件20的外表面示意图，即未与电子装置本体10的侧壁正对的面的示意图。其中，第一部件30包括一体成型的一条形部301以及位于该条形部301靠近第二部件40的一端的固定轴302，该第二部件40包括一凹槽401，该第一部件30的固定轴302收容于该凹槽401中，且可在该凹槽401中滑动。从而，当该第一部件30的固定轴302在该凹槽401中的位置改变时，该第一部件30与该第二部件40可相对转动并滑动，该第一部件30与该第二部件40的弯曲程度也随之改变。如前所示，当该支架结构处于未使用状态时，该四个支架部件20均呈现一长条形状，围绕该电子装置本体10的四个侧壁，构成一保护套结构。当需要将该电子装置1倾斜支撑时，如图3所示，可根据电子装置1的放置方向将对称的两个支架部件20中的第一部件30以及第二部件40相对转动，此时，第一部件30的固定轴302在该凹槽401中远离该第二部件40未与第一部件30连接的一端运动，使得该第一部件30与第二部件40呈一定程度的弯曲，从而形成两个支撑点，与电子装置1接触该支撑平面的一边共同支撑该电子装置1。显然，由于电子装置本体10的四个侧壁上的支架部件20为对称结构，所以，可根据电子装置1的摆放方向，选择对称的支架部件20进行弯曲，因此，可从多个方向支撑电子装置1的摆放。显然，该对称的两个支架部件20为包裹该电子装置本体10的不与支撑平面平行的侧壁的支架部件20。
如图4所示，为电子装置1在一方向上的横截面图。该每一支架部件20的第一部件30、第二部件40与该电子装置1的侧壁正对的一面为一凹槽面S，该凹槽面S与电子装置1的侧面形状相匹配，从而包裹该电子装置1的侧壁，套设于该电子装置本体10上形成一保护套结构。较佳的，每一支架部件20的第一部件30、第二部件40与该电子装置1的侧壁接触的一面为柔韧的橡胶材料制成，使得每一支架部件20可紧密的包裹于电子装置1的侧壁，也可在支架部件20中的第一部件30以及第二部件40转动支撑电子装置1时，可较容易的与该侧壁剥离。
其中，该电子装置1可为平板电脑、电子相框等消费性电子产品。其中，本发明的附图仅仅为示意性的图，并不一定与实物相同，仅仅示意出了本发明的原理性结构。
本发明的具有支架结构的电子装置1，其支架结构在未起到支撑作用时，可作为电子装置1的保护套使用，当使用该支架结构支撑时，可任意地根据电子装置的摆放方向进行支撑。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有支架结构的电子装置，包括电子装置本体，其特征在于，该电子装置还包括四个支架部件，该四个支架部件组成一支架结构，该四个支架部件分别设置于电子装置本体的四个侧壁上，且每一支架部件的两端都固定在电子装置本体侧壁上且靠近顶点的位置，且每一支架部件包括第一部件以及第二部件，该第一部件以及该第二部件为可滑动且相互之间可转动连接；当该支架结构处于未使用状态时，该四个支架部件均呈现一长条形状，围绕该电子装置本体的四个侧壁，构成一保护套结构；当需要将该电子装置倾斜支撑时，根据电子装置的放置方向将对称的两个支架部件的第一部件以及第二部件朝向支撑平面的方向转动，形成两个支撑点，与电子装置接触该支撑平面的一边共同支撑该电子装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有支架结构的电子装置，其特征在于，第一部件包括一体成型的一条形部以及位于该条形部靠近第二部件的一端的固定轴，该第二部件包括一凹槽，该第一部件的固定轴收容与该凹槽中，且可在该凹槽中滑动，从而，随着固定轴在该凹槽中的位置不同，该第一部件与该第二部件的弯曲程度不同。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有支架结构的电子装置，其特征在于，该每一支架部件的第一部件、第二部件与该电子装置本体的侧壁正对的一面为与电子装置本体的侧壁形状相匹配的凹槽面，从而包裹该电子装置本体的侧壁，套设于该电子装置本体上形成一保护套结构。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有支架结构的电子装置，其特征在于，每一支架部件的第一部件、第二部件与该电子装置侧壁正对的一面由柔韧的橡胶材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有支架结构的电子装置，其特征在于，该电子装置为平板电脑以及电子相框中的一种。
