Abstract

本发明涉及一种可以栽培植物的绿化护栏墩及其制造方法,其主要由墩体和种植槽构成,其特征在于墩体上设置种植槽,种植槽内部设有出水管,出水管下端开口于墩体底部;可与现有栅栏护栏配套,安装在马路中间分隔来回车道,或用来隔离机动车道和非机动车道以及人行道,护栏墩内部可栽花草,不但可以美化环境,还可阻挡夜晚车辆交汇灯光晃眼,增加车辆通行安全。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于设置在街道、马路等用作隔离的固定护栏墩,尤其涉及一种可以栽培植物的绿化护栏墩及其制造方法。
背景技术
[0002] 现有马路中间的隔离护栏大多为栅栏式护栏,夜晚车辆交汇灯光会相互影响,有时甚至因此发生重大交通事故;另外栅栏式护栏不能绿化,不能起到美化环境作用。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种用于公路、马路、街道等需要隔离的绿化护栏墩及其制造方法;其可与现有的栅栏护栏配套,不但可以起到隔离防护的作用,同 时因其上部带有种植槽,可栽入花草绿化、美化环境,又因其绿化花草增加了高度,可阻挡交汇时相互车灯晃眼,可提高通行速度减少交通事故,解决了现有隔离护栏存在的缺点。

[0005] 一种绿化护栏墩,主要由墩体和种植槽构成,其特征在于墩体上设置种植槽,种植槽内部设有出水管,出水管下端开口于墩体底部。
[0006] 所述的墩体为矩形体、圆柱体或椭圆体,所述的墩体内部设有开口向上的种植槽,墩体底部设有纵横交叉的半圆形出水槽,种植槽内设有上下联通的出水管,出水管上端在种植槽底部向上伸出一定高度,出水管上端还设有横向溢水孔,出水管上口和溢水孔还包覆有化纤布,出水管下端开口于墩体底部出水槽的纵横交叉处。
[0007] 所述的墩体的前后两侧对应设有与种植槽相通的护栏孔,护栏通过螺栓固定在墩体上。

[0009] 所述的绿化护栏墩的制造方法,其特征在于包括如下工艺:以水泥及模具制作矩形体、圆柱体或椭圆体的墩体,墩体设有向上开口的种植槽,在种植槽底部设置出水管,出水管上端在种植槽底部向上伸出一定高度,出水管上端还设有横向溢水孔,出水管上口和溢水孔还包覆有化纤布,出水管下端开口于墩体底部出水槽的纵横交叉处,墩体的左右两侧对应设有反光板,墩体的前后两侧对应设有与种植槽相通的护栏孔,护栏的两端分别用螺栓与墩体两侧的护栏孔连接固定,在种植槽内放入种植营养土,栽入花草即可。
[0010] 本发明的优点是:绿化护栏墩结构简单,造型美观,可与现有栅栏护栏配套,可安装在马路中间分隔来回车道,或用来隔离机动车道和非机动车道以及人行道,护栏墩内部可栽花草,可阻挡夜晚车辆交汇灯光晃眼,增加车辆通行安全;植物还具有吸收飞尘和热量,降低噪音功能;安装本发明的绿化护栏墩,既可起到隔离护栏的作用,还可美化市容环境,提升人民生活质量。

具体实施方式
[0018] 如图:一种绿化护栏墩,主要由墩体I和种植槽7构成,其特征在于墩体I上设置种植槽7,种植槽7内部设有出水管5,出水管5下端开口于墩体I底部。墩体I是通过模具制作的钢筋混凝土构件,可为矩形体、圆柱体或椭圆体,一般高度为60-80cm或同栅栏高度,长、宽为50-60cm或半径为20-30cm,墩体I设有向上开口的种植槽7,种植槽7的高度一般在40-50cm,种植槽I壁厚5-10cm,在种植槽I底部设置直径5_10cm的塑料出水管5,出水管5上端在种植槽7底部向上伸出10-15cm高度,出水管5上端口 2-5cm处还设有横向溢水孔6,出水管5上口和溢水孔6还包覆有化纤布,出水管5下端开口于墩体I底部出水槽4的纵横交叉处,墩体I的左右两侧对应设有反光板3,墩体I的前后两侧对应设有与种植槽7相通的护栏孔2,矩形护栏的两端分别用螺栓与墩体I两侧的护栏孔2连接固定,在种植槽7内放入种植营养土,栽入花草即可,由于种植槽7内出水管5的溢水孔6离所在底部有一定距离,故具有储水作用,可长期不需浇水或利用自然雨水即可。
[0019] 本发明绿化护栏墩可配合任何护栏安装在马路、街道等作为隔离护栏,起到隔离防护的目的,还可栽花草,可美化市容环境,保障交通安全。

Claims (5)

1. 一种绿化护栏墩,主要由墩体和种植槽构成,其特征在于墩体上设置种植槽,种植槽内部设有出水管,出水管下端开口于墩体底部。
2.根据权利要求I所述的绿化护栏墩,其特征在于所述的墩体为矩形体、圆柱体或椭圆体,所述的墩体内部设有开口向上的种植槽,墩体底部设有纵横交叉的半圆形出水槽,种植槽内设有上下联通的出水管,出水管上端在种植槽底部向上伸出一定高度,出水管上端还设有横向溢水孔,出水管上口和溢水孔还包覆有化纤布,出水管下端开口于墩体底部出水槽的纵横交叉处。
3.根据权利要求I所述的绿化护栏墩,其特征在于所述的墩体的前后两侧对应设有与种植槽相通的护栏孔,护栏通过螺栓固定在墩体上。
4.根据权利要求I所述的绿化护栏墩,其特征在于所述的墩体的左右两侧对应设有反光板。
