Description

阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金组合物及其制备方法,尤其是涉及一种阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,我国电子电气工业迅速发展,对高电绝缘阻燃增强工程塑料的需求日益增长,如低压真空接触器、断路器、漏电保护器、接插件、低压开关、薄壁电子电气元件等都需要用具有良好的综合力学性能、阻燃性能及电绝缘性能的工程塑料材料。在这一产品领域里,聚酰胺(PA)的用量最大。然而,由于阻燃剂的发展相对行业对材料日益提高的要求来说相对滞后,很多种阻燃剂加入到材料里会大大降低了材料的力学性能、电绝缘性能。例如,相比漏电起痕指数(CTI)从600V降到200V甚至更低,此外,随着欧盟RoHs和WEEE指令的实施,传统的溴系阻燃体系已不能满足此要求,同时某些阻燃剂的使用也会受到限制。随着技术的进步工程塑料国产化的进程也在加快。上海日之升新技术发展有限公司针对高CTI值、低阻燃剂析出性阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物产品进行了深入的研究。所研制的高CTI值、低阻燃剂析出性、阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物产品成功地替代了BASF等公司生产的同类产品,实现了该类产品的国产化,在被一些外资企业纳入原料国产化计划的同时,该材料也开始出口到欧美地区。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物及其制备方法。本发明的优点是具有高CTI值、低阻燃剂析出性,无卤环保,综合性能均衡,可以广泛应用于接触器、漏电保护器、断路器外壳等电子电器领域的产品。
本发明的第一个目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物,所述合金组合物的组分以及各组分的重量百分比含量为:PA610 20~41%,PA46 20~41%,复配阻燃母粒0~15%,玻璃纤维20~40%,抗氧剂0.1~1%,润滑分散剂0.1~1%。
优选的,所述PA46的特性粘度为2.4dL/g。
优选的,所述复配阻燃母粒的组分及各组分的重量百分比含量为:除铁赤磷母粒50%;防迁移剂25%;高CTI助剂25%。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维,其表面经硅烷偶联剂处理。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂。
优选的,所述润滑分散剂为硅酮。
优选的,所述PA610的特性粘度为2.4dL/g。
本发明的另一个目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种制备所述阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:按以下组分及其重量百分比含量称取各组分:PA610 20~41%,PA46 20~41%,复配阻燃母粒0~15%,玻璃纤维20~40%,抗氧剂0.1~1%,润滑分散剂0.1~1%,放入高混机中混合2~5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在245~280℃,螺杆转数在30~40Hz。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用复配阻燃母粒体系,和传统的阻燃母粒相比,复配阻燃母粒体系有以下特点:1)综合力学性能更高;2)能将CTI从390V提高到660V;3)克服了普通红磷在一定条件下迁移的制品表面,然后红磷在氧气和水的作用下最终形成对金属制件有腐蚀性的磷系酸性物质的缺陷;加入的抗氧剂为一种受阻酚类抗氧剂,可提高组合物在加工过程的抗氧化性能和使用过程中的抗老化性能;采用硅酮作为润滑剂,提高材料加工流动性,降低摩擦系数,提高滑爽性,在特定的加工条件下采用分散性较好,停留时间短,剪切稍弱的组合,防止阻燃剂分解,从而保证了材料的质量稳定。

实施效果
取对比例1~3及实施例1~4制得的合金组合物,采用ASTM标准进行性能测试对比;各项性能测试结果如表3所示;由表3可以看出本发明样品具有高CTI值、低阻燃剂析出性,无卤环保,综合性能均衡,可以广泛应用于接触器、漏电保护器、断路器外壳等电子电器领域的产品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物,其特征在于,所述PA46的特性粘度为2.4dL/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物,其特征在于,所述复配阻燃母粒的组分及各组分的重量百分比含量为:除铁赤磷母粒50%;防迁移剂25%;高CTI助剂25%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维,其表面经硅烷偶联剂处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑分散剂为硅酮。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物,其特征在于,所述PA610的特性粘度为2.4dL/g。
8.一种制备权利要求1所述的阻燃玻纤增强PA46/PA610合金组合物的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:按以下组分及其重量百分比含量称取各组分:PA61020~41%,PA46 20~41%,复配阻燃母粒0~15%,玻璃纤维20~40%,抗氧剂0.1~1%,润滑分散剂0.1~1%,放入高混机中混合2~5分钟,出料,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度在245~280℃,螺杆转数在30~40Hz。
