背景技术
流体、膏状或半流体的胶体装在圆罐包装里，圆罐材料一般是塑胶、金属、纸；罐体前端的出料咀是一个圆锥型塑胶咀，在填充或涂抹空隙、缝隙、表层、阴角、阳角、空洞时，把锥型塑胶咀斜切，用胶枪施压，胶料从胶咀挤出一条状胶料，在施工中，由于挤出胶料的流量、胶罐的行进速度、填充槽的宽窄深浅都在不断变化，造成胶料无法均匀成型，胶咀两边很容易产生溢出料，造成清洁工作量几倍于打胶的工作量，并且施工效果很差。
发明内容
一种用于打胶枪胶筒的或注射器的出料咀，它的后端包括连接胶筒出口端或注射器出口端带内螺纹部分，出料咀整体为中空锥形体，前端出料咀口为贯通的或最前端有2mm以下封闭，出料咀内表面的横断面是圆形或是半圆形或是矩形或是椭圆形或是凹形。出料咀的外表面的横断面除带有内螺纹部分是圆形外，其余是圆形或半圆形或矩形或椭圆形或凹形，可挤出相对应的断面胶条。出料咀锥形体外表面沿两个最远距离锥母线或小于最远距离锥母线，设置同方向八字型两个挡片，其厚度在0.3-2mm，形成一个锥形通槽。八字型两个挡片之间的槽内均布2-8个横挡条，横挡条厚度在0.3-1.5mm，每个横挡条两端面与八字型两个挡片完全联接，每个横挡条底面与出料咀外表面完全联接。
本发明目的是提供创新胶咀，使用者在施工中很容易挤出非常稳定流量的胶条，并且不会在胶咀两边产生溢料现象。

具体实施方式
出料咀细端先按需要的宽度切出料咀至需要的宽度，再沿八字型挡片内侧切掉3mm左右最前端内壁，打胶时，胶料从出料咀口出来填入缝隙，填满后的多余料进入槽内，横挡条防止胶料继续逆向流动，这样胶料不会出到料咀外面两边和反方向，避免发生溢料，减少了大量的清理工作，明显提高工效。
出料咀材质为塑料如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、ABS；为金属如铜、铝、不锈钢、碳钢、铸铁。

1.一种用于打胶枪胶筒的或注射器的出料咀，它的后端包括连接胶简出口端或注射器出口端带内螺纹部分，出料咀整体为中空锥形体，前端出料咀口为贯通的或最前端有2mm以下封闭，出料咀内表面的横断面是圆形或是半圆形或是矩形或是椭圆形或是凹形；出料咀的外表面的横断面除带有内螺纹部分是圆形外，其余是圆形或半圆形或矩形或椭圆形或凹形，可挤出相对应的断面胶条；其特征在于：出料咀锥形体外表面沿两个最远距离锥母线或小于最远距离锥母线，设置同方向八字型两个挡片，其厚度在0.3-2mm，形成一个锥形槽；八字型两个挡片之间的槽内均布2-8个横挡条，横挡条厚度在0.3-1.5mm，每个横挡条两端面与八字型两个挡片完全联接，每个横挡条底面与出料咀外表面完全联接。
2.如权利要求1所述的出料咀，其特征在于：出料咀材质为塑料、橡胶或金属。
3.如权利要求2所述的出料咀，其特征在于：所述塑料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯或ABS；所述金属为铜、铝、不锈钢、碳钢或铸铁。
