Abstract

LED平面透明软基适形光疗体一种能随人体身体形状变化而弯曲的软基适形光疗体,用于医疗中人体皮肤接触照射治疗由大功率LED芯片,柔性线路板,柔性硅胶板和高透明聚酯膜等组成。选择波长510nm~910nm的大功率LED芯片作为照射光源,发光功率密度1mW/cm2~150mW/cm2,通过调节电流大小改变光输出功率密度。适用于组织损伤和炎症、骨关节退行性改变、疼痛等大光斑照射治疗,以及体表光动力治疗。

一、本发明的名称
LED平面透明软基适形光疗体
二、技术领域
本发明使用LED光源设计制作成适形光疗体,适用于医疗和保健中可穿戴的体表接触照射治疗。
三、技术背景
现代光医学利用适当的光波长、光强度和光剂量可无创无痛地治疗多种疾病和抗衰老性改变。针对不同的病症,人们提出特定光波长与光剂量的医疗仪器设计,比如专利《光药结合的皮肤溃疡装置》中提出一种使用中心波长670nm的LED光源,在药物辅助下用于治疗皮肤溃疡的医疗装置,其使用的光功率密度为3-10mW/cm2。而波长范围在610-650nm的光,在适当的光强度和剂量下,对于炎症、骨关节等退行性改变、良性疼痛等有治疗作用;当配以特定的光敏剂可用于体表光动力抗微生物和抗肿瘤。而波长范围在610-650nm的光,在适当的光强度和剂量下,对于组织损伤和劳损、炎症、骨关节等退行性变、良性疼痛等有治疗作用;当配以特定的光敏剂时可用于体表光动力抗病毒、细菌、真菌等微生物和抗肿瘤。
四、发明内容
本发明选用波长为610-650nm的LED作为照射光源,将多只LED芯片连接制作成可任意弯曲、适合治疗部位外形、可穿戴的光疗体,其光输出功率密度为11-50mW/cm2,可调。
本发明的技术方案是:将多只LED芯片安装在柔性线路板上,芯片焊接后,在芯片表面涂覆一层透明硅胶灌封,制作成软基LED适形光疗体。用硅胶灌封LED芯片,能使芯片与空气隔绝,减少光子在界面的损失,提高发光效率。
本发明针对组织损伤和劳损、炎症、骨关节等退行性变、良性疼痛等的接触式光照治疗;当配以特定的光敏剂时可用于体表光动力抗病毒、细菌、真菌等微生物和抗肿瘤。

六、具体实施方案
本发明技术是选择大功率LED芯片制作的平面透明软基适形光疗体,光疗体可穿戴并适应身体外形变化,实现体表的接触式光照射治疗。
如图2所示,①LED芯片焊接在②柔性电路板上,在芯片表面涂覆透明硅胶,制作成大功率LED平面透明软基适形光疗体。柔性发光体固定在使用硅胶制作的④软基板中,连接LED芯片的⑤电源接插件插口固定在软基板边部,用以连接LED芯片供电源,③高透明的聚酯膜黏贴在④软基板和①LED芯片上,既可以防止芯片与外界接触,保护芯片表面涂覆的透明硅胶膜,又能防止外来污物沾附在LED芯片表面影响光输出,便于清污消毒。
选择波长610-650nm的大功率LED芯片作为照射光源。LED平明透明软基适形光疗体发光功率密度11-50mW/cm2,通过调节电流大小改变光输出功率。照射时间根据需要确定。
LED透明软基适形光疗体可根据治疗部位的特点制成不同形状与大小,适用于组织损伤和劳损、炎症、骨关节等退行性变、良性疼痛等的接触式光照治疗;当配以特定的光敏剂时可用于体表光动力抗病毒、细菌、真菌等微生物和抗肿瘤。

Claims (1)

1.一种LED平面透明软基适形光疗体,其特征在于,所述光疗体包括:
LED柔性发光体,所述LED柔性发光体包括:
柔性线路板;以及
多个LED芯片,所述多个LED芯片焊接在所述柔性线路板上;
由硅胶制作的软基板,所述LED柔性发光体固定在所述软基板中;以及
粘贴在所述LED柔性发光体的发光面上的透明聚酯膜;
其中,所述多个LED芯片被构造为其发射的光线透过所述透明聚酯膜垂直入射到体表,所述光疗体发射的光的功率密度为1mW/cm2~150mW/cm2,且所述功率密度连续可调,所述光疗体发射的光的波长为510nm~910nm。
