Abstract

本发明公开了太阳能蒸汽喷射式换气系统，该系统将太阳能集热器与蒸汽喷射系统结合在一起，利用高温蒸汽在缩放式喷管内的高速喷射产生一个负压，从房间内吸走污浊空气达到换风的目的。吸走的污浊空气与水蒸气混合，经过外部的气液分离器时，将粉尘和异味除去。

太阳能蒸汽喷射式换气系统
一、技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能热利用技术、新风换气技术及蒸汽喷射技术，特指以太阳能集热器为热源，结合蒸汽喷射技术，进行室内空气净化的换气系统。
二、背景技术
新鲜的空气是人们健康生活的基本保障，污浊的环境不仅仅让人们感觉不舒适，还会带来疾病。许多工厂、车间等由于生产环境比较差，导致空气中有粉尘、异味等，容易影响工作者的健康，并导致工作者情绪异常。现有的厂房新风换气系统主要为管道集中式供风，利用风机从管道一侧抽风，使室内的污浊空气从管道上的小孔吸走，新风从进风口进入室内。吸走污浊空气主要靠风机产生的负压，但由于管道上小孔较多，风机功率有限，使得新风换气系统对于面积较大的长发效率并不理想，而且耗电量较大。其次由于旧风直接排放到空气中，容易形成室外空气的二次污染。为解决这一问题，本发明将太阳能集热器与蒸汽喷射系统结合在一起，利用蒸汽流经缩放式喷管喷射产生的低压吸取室内的污浊空气，并利用水蒸气凝结和气液分离的过程，将空气中的粉尘和异味除去。
三、发明内容
本发明提出一种太阳能蒸汽喷射式换气系统，结构包括：太阳能集热器、辅助电加热装置、缩放式喷管、抽风机及气液分离器，其中太阳能集热器为多个集热器串联组成，以提高出口处的水蒸气温度，辅助电加热装置用于进一步提高水蒸气温度。缩放式喷管的长度要与换气系统服务的房间空间相匹配，如有必要可以设置多个并联的缩放式喷管，在整个缩放式喷管上开有若干均匀分布的吸气口。缩放式喷管出口处接有抽风机，辅助吸取缩放式喷管内气体，使缩放式喷管内部的压力分布更加均匀。抽风机后面接有气液分离器，含有大量水蒸气的旧风先进入气液分离器下部的水中进行气液分离和过滤，洁净的空气从上方的出气口排出。气液分离器内部液面低于上部的出气管，高于下部的进气管和出水管，保证气体进入气液分离器时，先进入水中，然后从出气管排出。

图中所标部位分别为：1、太阳能集热器；2、冷水进口；3、辅助电加热装置；4、缩放式喷管；5、吸气口；6、抽风机；7、气液分离器；8、进气管；9、出气管；10、液面线；11、出水管。
五、具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明的实施方式作进一步说明。
太阳能集热器1为串联设置，冷水从冷水进口2进入太阳能集热器1吸热升温，经过辅助电加热装置3后成为高温蒸汽。高温蒸汽进入缩放式喷管4加速，使喷管内部形成一个负压。由于缩放式喷管4的后面接有抽风机6，使得喷管内部负压分布均匀，因此均匀分布在喷管上的若干个吸气口5可以将室内的污浊空气吸走。由于气流中本身含有大量水蒸气，将会使污浊空气中的粉尘、异味吸湿聚集成团，在经过气液分离器7内部的水时，粉尘异味将留在水里，从而达到过滤的目的。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能蒸汽喷射式换气系统，该装置由太阳能集热器(1)、辅助电加热装置(3)、缩放式喷管(4)、抽风机(6)及气液分离器(7)构成，其中太阳能集热器(1)为多个集热器串联组成，以提高出口处的水蒸气温度，辅助电加热装置(3)用于进一步提高水蒸气温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能蒸汽喷射式换气系统，其特征是：缩放式喷管(4)的长度要与换气系统服务的房间空间相匹配，如有必要可以设置多个并联的缩放式喷管，在整个缩放式喷管(4)上开有若干均匀分布的吸气口(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能蒸汽喷射式换气系统，其特征是：气液分离器(7)内部液面低于上部的出气管(9)，高于下部的进气管(8)和出水管(11)，保证气体进入气液分离器(7)时，先进入水中，然后从出气管(11)排出。
