本发明涉及船舶建造中使用的工装，具体涉及一种钢板垂直打磨机。
背景技术
目前，在船舶建造中需要使用大量的钢板，需要对采购来的钢板上的麻点进行打磨精加工，现有的打磨方法都是采用砂轮机进行打磨，效率低，速度慢，不能满足高效的使用需求。
发明内容
发明目的：针对现有技术中存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种钢板垂直打磨机，以实现省时省力，提高效率，满足使用需求。
技术方案：为了实现上述发明目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种钢板垂直打磨机，包括砂轮、电机和座板，在砂轮通过皮带与电机相连，砂轮和电机均设在座板上；在座板上设有操控手柄，在座板下设有万向轮。
在所述的砂轮上设有防护罩。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本发明的钢板垂直打磨机，结构简单，设计巧妙，使用方便，只需操控手柄，就可以实现任意位置移动和打磨，大大降低了劳动量，与单个砂轮机打磨相比，劳动效率提高近10倍，具有很好的实用性，能够产生很好的经济效益和社会效应。

如图1所示，钢板垂直打磨机，包括砂轮1、电机2和座板3，砂轮1通过皮带4与电机2相连，砂轮1和电机2均设在座板3上；在座板3上设有操控手柄6，在座板3下设有万向轮7。在砂轮1上设有防护罩5。
本发明的钢板垂直打磨机，结构简单，设计巧妙，使用方便，工作时，只需使用操控手柄6，就可以实现任意位置移动和打磨，大大降低了劳动量，与单个砂轮机打磨相比，劳动效率提高近10倍，具有很好的实用性。

1.一种钢板垂直打磨机，其特征在于：包括砂轮（1）、电机（2）和座板（3），在砂轮（1）通过皮带（4）与电机（2）相连，砂轮（1）和电机（2）均设在座板（3）上；在座板（3）上设有操控手柄（6），在座板（3）下设有万向轮（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢板垂直打磨机，其特征在于：在所述的砂轮（1）上设有防护罩（5）。
