Abstract
本发明公开的一种尿素供给单元的混合装置，所述混合装置为一型腔结构，所述型腔结构一端有两个开口，另一端有一个开口，所述型腔结构内部有一挡板，挡板上固定一弹性装置，弹性装置另一端固定一塞子，塞子堵在型腔结构一端两个开口中的一个水平位置开口。尿素水溶液和压缩空气通入混合装置内，充分混合后从出口处排出。由于混合装置内部有一挡板，当气液进入时产生漩涡，有利于气液充分混合。并由于有塞子封堵，当压缩空气停止通入时，塞子堵住空气入口，防止气液混合物回流，本发明具有单向作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机动车尾气排放控制技术领域，特别是涉及一种用于汽车尾气排放控制的气助式SCR系统尿素供给单元的混合装置。
背景技术
SCR是指安装在柴油汽车排气系统中，将柴油机排放中的NOx催化还原成N2和O2的催化还原装置，选择尿素水溶液作为还原剂。尿素水溶液混合空气后喷射到催化剂上游的排气管中，在废气温度和气流的作用下水解产生为CO2和氨气，氨气作为还原剂将NOx还原成无污染的氮气和水。尿素溶液必须根据发动机工况定量喷射，所以尿素喷射系统需要与发动机控制单元通讯。SCR的工作效率取决于气体温度，通常气排温达到250 0C以上NOx转化效率可达到85%以上。
目前，国内的柴油机生产企业应对即将到来的排放法规国IV及更高阶段减排技术路线都以已明确，SCR是一种高效、实用的机动车排放控制技术。即SCR技术路线是中重型柴油机达到第Ⅳ阶段排放标准的最佳选择。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的需要而设计的一种尿素供给单元的混合装置，这种混合装置在一端开有两个开口用于分别通入压缩空气和尿素溶液，另一端开有一个开口，用于混合后的气液混合物排出，装置内有挡板，挡板上固定一弹性装置，弹性装置另一端有一塞子用于堵住水平的压缩空气入口。本发明具有单向性，防止气液混合物从水平位置的空气开口端回流，并且由于有挡板，尿素溶液和压缩空气进入后，产生漩涡，利于尿素溶液和压缩空气的混合。
本发明所要求解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种尿素供给单元的混合装置，所述混合装置为一型腔结构，所述型腔结构一端有两个开口，另一端有一个开口，所述型腔结构内部有一挡板，挡板上固定一弹性装置，弹性装置另一端固定一塞子，塞子堵在型腔结构一端两个开口中的一个水平位置开口。
由于采用了如上技术方案，本发明具有如下特点：当气液进入时产生漩涡，有利于气液充分混合。并且本发明具有单向作用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示，本发明为一型腔结构，型腔结构的一端开有尿素溶液进口1、压缩空气进口2、气液混合物出口3，型腔结构内部固定一挡板4，挡板4上固定弹性装置5，弹性装置5另一端固定一塞子6，塞子6堵在水平位置的压缩空气进口2处。
由于有挡板4，当尿素溶液和压缩空气进入到型腔结构内，在腔体内部产生漩涡，利于这二者的混合。
当压缩空气停止进入，塞子6在弹性装置5的作用下，堵在进口2处，防止混合后的气液混合物从进口2处回流。
尿素水溶液和空气充分混合后，从气液混合物出口3中排出，然后通过喷嘴喷射到催化剂上游的排汽管中，还原汽车尾气。

1.一种尿素供给单元的混合装置，其特征在于，所述混合装置为一型腔结构，所述型腔结构一端有两个开口，另一端有一个开口，所述型腔结构内部有一挡板，挡板上固定一弹性装置，弹性装置另一端固定一塞子，塞子堵在型腔结构一端两个开口中的一个水平位置开口。
