Abstract

背景技术

发明内容

可基于车辆是否正在移动和电话是否被检测为在驾驶员区来禁用OCD。这种情况可防止具有配对OCD的驾驶员转而使用乘客的OCD,以避开强加于所述配对OCD上的禁用操作。应该认识到,通常每次仅有一个OCD与车辆配对。因此,如果在车辆中同时存在多个OCD,并且配对OCD被检测为处于乘客区而未配对的OCD被检测为处于驾驶员区,则未配对的OCD可根据其通过第二蓝牙信道接收到车辆状态信息以及其处于驾驶员区的指示,即使它未被配对,也禁用其操作。应该认识到,车辆中的每个OCD包括用于基于通过第一蓝牙信道和第二蓝牙信道从车辆接收到的数据来禁用OCD操作的应用或其他合适的机制(mechanism)。

全球定位卫星(GPS)系统22经由数据通信总线被可操作地连接到APIM16。通常,GPS系统22可提供与车辆的位置有关的信息。车辆的位置可以与坐标数据(诸如车辆被驾驶时的车辆的纬度和经度)相应。通常,多个卫星26与GPS系统22进行通信以建立车辆的位置。例如,GPS系统22能够通过对从所述多个卫星26接收到的数据进行处理来建立相对于地球位置和速度的车辆位置和速度,其中,地球位置和速度相对于地表。
由于车辆在地表上经度方向或纬度方向地移动,因此GPS系统22能够参考与(其他方面中的例如)地表上的纬度和经度相应的坐标来提供车辆的位置。GPS系统22将指示车辆的GPS坐标的信号GPS_DATA发送到APIM16。
APIM 16被配置为将全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)信息提供给OCD 12。这样的数据可作为信号GNSS通过蓝牙连接在无线信号上被发送。信号GNSS提供指示车辆正被驾驶时的车辆的GPS坐标的信息。装置14发送指示车辆正处于驾驶状态的信号DRIVE。例如,在驾驶状态下,车辆可以以高于预定阈值的速度行驶,或者可处于非驻车状态(non-park state)。如上所述,可通过监视信号VEH_SPD、TRANS_STATUS和PARK_STATUS来确认这样的信息。
APIM 16可响应于指示车辆处于驾驶状态的信号DRIVE来将信号GNSS发送到OCD 12。OCD 12包括用于响应于信号GNSS而禁用OCD 12的各种操作(例如,特定屏幕/动作)的应用。应该认识到,由于信号DRIVE是用于APIM 16发送信号GNSS的触发器,因此信号DRIVE的接收可以是可选的。例如,APIM 16可发送具有在信号GPS_DATA上接收的GPS坐标数据的信号GNSS。如果APIM 16确定GPS坐标在预定时间范围内没有改变,则APIM 16可在信号GNSS上提供空数据给OCD 12,以通知OCD 12启用OCD12的各种操作。如果CPS坐标没有改变,则这样的情况通常指示车辆正处于静止状态。OCD 12还可响应于指示车辆没有处于驾驶状态的信号DRIVE而发送具有空数据的信号GNSS。应该预期到,APIM 16还可将车辆速度和/或变速器状态发送到OCD 12。
OCD 12使用从车辆提供的GPS坐标数据来执行各种功能。这种情况可维持电池寿命(或降低功耗)。例如,OCD 12通常包括内部GPS(例如,硬件和/或软件),从而OCD 12提供与OCD 12的位置相应的OCD 12的GPS数据。当OCD 12正在移动时(例如,当处于车辆中时),OCD 12基于其从一个蜂窝式电话提供商塔(或地面站)跳到下一个蜂窝式电话提供商塔(或地面站)而检测出其正在移动。这样的塔跳可用作用于OCD 12使用内部GPS提供该OCD 12的位置数据的触发器。另外,针对OCD 12可发生速度测量。通过OCD 12使用内部GPS以及速度测量确定该OCD 12的位置,这样的情况会增加OCD 12的功耗。当车辆正在移动时,OCD 12中的应用可禁用内部GPS并利用从车辆提供的GPS数据。OCD 12可利用来自车辆的GPS数据,以执行导航、面包屑型导航和/或地理围栏。对来自车辆的GPS数据的利用可以以减少充电操作次数来增加OCD 12的电池寿命,并且/或增加OCD 12的电池使用。
另外,OCD 12可基于由车辆提供的GPS坐标来限制该OCD 12的操作(例如,中断各种屏幕和/或限制电话的手动操作)。另外,如果OCD 12利用来自OCD 12的测量的速度,则电池寿命会减少。当从车辆接收数据(例如,GPS坐标或指示车辆正在移动的其他数据(诸如车辆速度或变速器状态))时,这种情况可增加OCD 12的电池寿命。另外,在车辆没有处于驾驶状态的时刻,OCD 12可利用内部GPS坐标。APIM 16可以以预定义的频率(例如,每秒3次)来将信号GNSS发送到OCD 12。通过以较低的采样速率来发送信号GNSS,OCD 12的电池寿命可进一步增加。
当OCD 12处于受限状态(即,车辆处于驾驶中)时,驾驶员可尝试命令(或请求)OCD 12执行预定操作。在这种情况下,APIM 16发送指示驾驶员的请求的信号CRT_RQT。OCD 12上的应用可不允许驾驶员执行请求的操作,尤其是如果车辆处于受限状态(例如,车辆高于预定义的速度、车辆处于非驻车状态、和/或GPS坐标指示车辆正在移动),OCD 12上的应用可不允许驾驶员执行请求的操作。如果OCD 12上的应用不允许执行请求的命令,则OCD 12将信号ERROR发送回APIM 16。APIM 16可在车辆处于受限状态的同时向驾驶员通知OCD 12不能执行请求的动作。在另一实施方案中,APIM16可将信号ERROR发送回装置14,从而装置可听地和/或视觉地向驾驶员通知不能执行所述请求(或者不支持所述请求)。
可基于驾驶员状态强加OCD限制。应该认识到,可针对被检测为车辆的驾驶员的任何驾驶员来实现上述实施方案。在另一实施方案中,车辆可被配置为基于被检测为正在驾驶车辆的特定驾驶员,在车辆正在移动时通过使用GPS坐标来应用OCD限制。例如,车辆可在主驾驶员(例如,父母、雇主等)被检测出时使OCD限制无效。另一方面,次驾驶员(诸如、青少年、服务员、雇员等)可在被检测为是车辆的驾驶员时使OCD限制有效。具有点火钥匙装置30的钥匙28被提供用于无线发送指示驾驶员的状态的无线信号(例如,信号DRIVER_STATUS)。这样的状态可与驾驶员是主驾驶员还是次驾驶员相应。

装置14将信号DRIVER_STATUS_1发送到APIM 16。APIM 16可随后将信号DRIVER_STATUS_2无线发送到OCD 12,从而如果驾驶员被检测为是次驾驶员并且满足以上阐述的其他条件,则OCD 12限制操作。在信号DRIVER_STATUS_2指示驾驶员是主驾驶员的情况下,OCD 12可不强加任何限制。

Claims (11)
1.一种车辆系统,包括:
车辆通信模块,被配置为:
接收指示车辆的位置的第一全球定位系统(GPS)数据;
接收指示车辆正处于驾驶状态的第一信号;
响应于第一信号将第一GPS数据发送到乘员通信装置(OCD),以限制OCD的操作的至少一部分并减少OCD的功耗。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,第一信号与车辆超过预定速度的速度以及指示车辆处于非驻车模式的车辆的变速器状态中的一个相应。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,车辆通信模块还被配置为响应于第一信号将第一GPS数据发送到OCD,从而OCD禁用OCD上的一个或多个开关。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,车辆通信模块还被配置为以预定频率将第一GPS数据发送到OCD。
5.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,OCD包括:内部GPS,用于提供指示OCD的位置的第二GPS数据。
6.如权利要求5所述的系统,其中,OCD使用第二GPS数据执行导航、地理围栏和面包屑型导航中的至少一个。
7.一种用于限制乘员通信装置(OCD)的操作的系统,所述系统包括:
通信模块,位于车辆内并被配置为与OCD进行通信,所述OCD用于与OCD中的内部全球定位系统(GPS)接口连接,以提供指示OCD的位置的第一全球定位系统(GPS)数据,所述通信模块还被配置为:
接收指示车辆的位置的第二GPS数据;

响应于第一信号将第二GPS数据发送到OCD,从而OCD利用第二GPS数据来提供OCD的位置。
