Abstract

本发明公开了防爆球头,它包括:一球头本体、一阀体和一泄压单元。所述球头本体设有一水路和一贯穿所述水路内外的出水孔,所述水路具有一进水口和一出水口。所述阀体设有相互独立的一进水通道和一出水通道,它装接在球头本体内,所述进水通道为水路的一部分,所述出水通道的一端口接通出水口,所述出水通道的另一端口接通出水孔。所述泄压单元,它装接在阀体内且至少包括一密封件和一顶抵密封件以使密封件密封出水通道的一端口的弹性件。它具有如下优点:花洒发生堵塞时通过泄压单元进行泄压,从而减少花洒本体承受的压力,达到保护花洒的目的,且该结构简单,成本低。

本发明涉及防爆球头。
背景技术
现有技术中用于花洒的球头,当花洒由于水垢等原因发生堵塞时,球头内的压力增加,球头内未设泄压装置,当压力持续增加时必然会造成花洒的损坏,特别是对于大面积雨淋花洒,泄压装置是必不可少的部件。或者,虽然设有泄压装置,但是泄压装置结构复杂,成本高,且设有泄压装置的球头与现有球头尺寸不相同,无法直接替换。
发明内容
本发明提供了防爆球头,其克服了背景技术的所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:防爆球头,其特征在于:它包括:
一球头本体(100),它设有一水路和一贯穿所述水路内外的出水孔(130),所述水路具有一进水口(110)和一出水口(120);
一设有相互独立的一进水通道(210)和一出水通道(220)的阀体(200),它装接在球头本体(100)内,所述进水通道(210)为水路的一部分,所述出水通道(220)的一端口接通出水口(120),所述出水通道(220)的另一端口接通出水孔(130);及
一泄压单元(500),它装接在阀体(200)内且至少包括一密封件(520)和一顶抵密封件(520)以使密封件(520)密封出水通道(220)的一端口的弹性件(530)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述阀体(200)具有一纵向的外阀壁(400)和一与所述外阀壁(400)同向且固接在所述外阀壁(400)的内阀壁(300),所述内阀壁(300)位于所述外阀壁(400)之内且内阀壁(300)与外阀壁(400)之间形成所述进水通道(210),所述内阀壁(300)之内形成所述的出水通道(220),所述泄压单元(500)装接在所述内阀壁(300)之内。
一较佳实施例之中:所述内阀壁(300)具有一底面,所述底面设有一贯穿所述底面的导流孔(230),所述导流孔(230)面向所述出水口(120)且接通所述进水通道(210),所述密封件(520)能密封所述导流孔(230)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述内阀壁(300)设有一贯穿内阀壁(300)内外的第一贯穿孔(310),所述外阀壁(400)设有一贯穿外阀壁(400)内外且与所述第一贯穿孔(310)对应的第二贯穿孔(410),所述第二贯穿孔(410)对应接通所述的出水孔(130)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述内阀壁(300)之顶部为开口,所述泄压单元(500)还包括一导轨(510),所述导轨(510)密封装接在所述内阀壁(300)之顶部,所述弹性件(530)穿过所述导轨(510)顶抵在导轨(510)和密封件(520)之间。
一较佳实施例之中:所述密封件(520)为球体,所述弹性件(530)为弹簧。
一较佳实施例之中:所述阀体(200)内还设有一节水单元(600),所述节水单元(600)包括一节水座(610)、一节水片(620)和一密封圈(630)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述球头本体(100)与阀体(200)之间还设有二密封件(700)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述阀体(200)具有一纵向的外阀壁(400)和一横向的内阀壁(300),外阀壁(400)与内阀壁(300)之间形成进水通道(210),所述内阀壁(300)之一端面连通所述外阀壁(400)之外周面且接通所述出水孔(130),所述内阀壁(300)之另一端面与所述外阀壁(400)之内周面之间相通形成出水通道(220),所述泄压单元(500)装接在所述内阀壁(300)之内。
一较佳实施例之中:所述内阀壁(300)之另一端面设有一接通所述出水通道(220)的导流孔(230),所述密封件(520)能密封所述导流孔(230)。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.该结构设有泄压单元,花洒发生堵塞时,花洒内压力上升,弹性件受水压作用压缩,使密封件在弹性件的作用下离开出水通道的端口,打开出水通道进行泄压,从而减少花洒本体承受的压力,达到保护花洒的目的。且该结构简单,成本低。
2.所述的泄压单元结构小巧且位于阀体内,使得外形与现有的花洒球头无异,方便对现有球头进行升级。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图7,防爆球头的一较佳实施例,所述的防爆球头,它包括:一球头本体100,一阀体200,一泄压单元500。
所述球头本体100,它设有一水路和一贯穿所述水路内外的出水孔130,所述水路具有一进水口110和一出水口120。
所述阀体200设有相互独立的一进水通道210和一出水通道220,所述阀体200装接在球头本体100内,所述进水通道210为水路的一部分,所述出水通道220的一端口接通出水口120,所述出水通道220的另一端口接通出水孔130。所述阀体200内还设有一节水单元600,所述节水单元600包括一节水座610、一节水片620和一密封圈630。本实施例中,所述阀体200具有一纵向的外阀壁400和一与所述外阀壁400同向且固接在所述外阀壁400的内阀壁300,所述内阀壁300位于所述外阀壁400之内且内阀壁300与外阀壁400之间形成所述进水通道210,所述内阀壁300之内形成所述的出水通道220,所述泄压单元500装接在所述内阀壁300之内。所述内阀壁300具有一底面,所述底面设有一贯穿所述底面的导流孔230,所述导流孔230面向所述出水口120且接通所述进水通道210,所述密封件520能密封所述导流孔230。最好,所述内阀壁300设有一贯穿内阀壁300内外的第一贯穿孔310,所述外阀壁400设有一贯穿外阀壁400内外且与所述第一贯穿孔310对应的第二贯穿孔410,所述第二贯穿孔410对应接通所述的出水孔130。本实施例中,所述内阀壁300之顶部为开口,所述球头本体100与阀体200之间还设有二密封件700。
所述泄压单元500,它装接在阀体200内且至少包括一密封件520和一顶抵密封件520以使密封件520密封出水通道220的一端口的弹性件530。本实施例中,所述密封件520为球体,所述弹性件530为弹簧。所述泄压单元500还包括一导轨510,所述导轨510密封装接在所述内阀壁300之顶部,所述弹性件530穿过所述导轨510顶抵在导轨510和密封件520之间。
正常工作时,水压正常,水路畅通,水流从进水口110经过节水单元600,流入到阀体200的进水通道210内,再从出水口120流出球头本体100。此时,所述密封件520密封所述导流孔230。
当花洒由于水垢等原因发生堵塞,即出水口120被堵塞时,球头本体内的压力上升,使得泄压单元的密封件520在水压作用下向上运动离开导流孔230,将出水通道打开,使得流经球头本体100底部的水流在水压作用下向上运动,并从导流孔230进入出水通道220,再从第一贯穿孔310、第二贯穿孔410及出水孔130流出球头本体,及时保护花洒。当水垢消除后,密封件520在弹性件530的作用下再次密封导流孔230,将出水通道220密封,此时只有进水通道210出水,而出水通道220不出水。
请查阅图8至图11,防爆球头的另一较佳实施例,它与上一实施例的区别之处在于,所述阀体200具有一纵向的外阀壁400和一横向的内阀壁300,外阀壁400与内阀壁300之间形成进水通道210,所述内阀壁300之一端面连通至所述外阀壁400之外周面,且所述内阀壁300之一端面为开口,该开口能接通所述出水孔130,所述内阀壁300之另一端面与所述外阀壁400之内周面之间相通形成所述出水通道220,所述泄压单元500装接在所述内阀壁300之内。
本实施例中,所述内阀壁300之另一端面设有一接通所述出水通道220的导流孔230,所述导流孔230接通所述出水通道220,所述密封件520能密封所述导流孔230。
本实施例中,所述泄压单元包括一密封件520、一顶抵密封件520以使密封件520密封出水通道220一端口的弹性件530和一螺母540,所述螺母540密封装接在所述内阀壁300之开口,且所述螺母540设有至少一横向贯穿螺母540之螺帽的第三贯穿孔542,且所述螺母540之螺杆还凹设一横向的导向槽541,所述密封件520能滑动地装接在所述导向槽541且其一端能密封所述导流孔230。本实施例中,所述第三贯穿孔542设为四个且环形间隔布置。
本实施例中,所述密封件520为一密封锥。
正常工作时,水压正常,水路畅通,水流从进水口110经过节水单元600,流入到阀体200的进水通道210内,再从出水口120流出球头本体100。此时,所述密封件520密封所述导流孔230。
当花洒由于水垢等原因发生堵塞,即出水口120被堵塞时,球头本体内的压力上升,使得泄压单元的密封件520在弹性件530作用下向左运动离开导流孔230,将出水通道220打开,使得流经球头本体100底部的水流在水压作用下向上运动,并从出水通道220进入导流孔230,再经过第三贯穿孔542及出水孔130流出球头本体,及时保护花洒。当水垢消除后,水压恢复正常,密封件520在弹性件530的作用下再次密封导流孔230,将出水通道220密封,此时只有进水通道210出水,而出水通道220不出水。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.防爆球头,其特征在于:它包括:
一球头本体(100),它设有一水路和一贯穿所述水路内外的出水孔(130),所述水路具有一进水口(110)和一出水口(120);
一设有相互独立的一进水通道(210)和一出水通道(220)的阀体(200),它装接在球头本体(100)内,所述进水通道(210)为水路的一部分,所述出水通道(220)的一端口接通出水口(120),所述出水通道(220)的另一端口接通出水孔(130);及
一泄压单元(500),它装接在阀体(200)内且至少包括一密封件(520)和一顶抵密封件(520)以使密封件(520)密封出水通道(220)一端口的弹性件(530)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述阀体(200)具有一纵向的外阀壁(400)和一与所述外阀壁(400)同向且固接在所述外阀壁(400)的内阀壁(300),所述内阀壁(300)位于所述外阀壁(400)之内且内阀壁(300)与外阀壁(400)之间形成所述进水通道(210),所述内阀壁(300)之内形成所述的出水通道(220),所述泄压单元(500)装接在所述内阀壁(300)之内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述内阀壁(300)具有一底面,所述底面设有一贯穿所述底面的导流孔(230),所述导流孔(230)面向所述出水口(120)且接通所述进水通道(210),所述密封件(520)能密封所述导流孔(230)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述内阀壁(300)设有一贯穿内阀壁(300)内外的第一贯穿孔(310),所述外阀壁(400)设有一贯穿外阀壁(400)内外且与所述第一贯穿孔(310)对应的第二贯穿孔(410),所述第二贯穿孔(410)对应接通所述的出水孔(130)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述内阀壁(300)之顶部为开口,所述泄压单元(500)还包括一导轨(510),所述导轨(510)密封装接在所述内阀壁(300)之顶部,所述弹性件(530)穿过所述导轨(510)顶抵在导轨(510)和密封件(520)之间。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述密封件(520)为球体,所述弹性件(530)为弹簧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述阀体(200)内还设有一节水单元(600),所述节水单元(600)包括一节水座(610)、一节水片(620)和一密封圈(630)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述球头本体(100)与阀体(200)之间还设有二密封件(700)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述阀体(200)具有一纵向的外阀壁(400)和一横向的内阀壁(300),外阀壁(400)与内阀壁(300)之间形成进水通道(210),所述内阀壁(300)之一端面连通所述外阀壁(400)之外周面且接通所述出水孔(130),所述内阀壁(300)之另一端面与所述外阀壁(400)之内周面之间相通形成出水通道(220),所述泄压单元(500)装接在所述内阀壁(300)之内。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防爆球头,其特征在于:所述内阀壁(300)之另一端面设有一接通所述出水通道(220)的导流孔(230),所述密封件(520)能密封所述导流孔(230)。
