本发明涉及一种治疗慢性阑尾炎的中药，属中药技术领域。
背景技术：
慢性阑尾炎是临床上最常见的疾病之一，是阑尾急性炎症消退后而遗留的慢性炎症性病变。西医在治疗上用抗生素，一般疗效欠佳，手术切除创伤大，并可能有多种并发症。而中医中药对此病确有很好的疗效。中医把此病归于肠痈范畴。本病是急性阑尾炎的后遗症，热毒瘀结肠中为主要病机，除此主要病机，慢性阑尾炎正气虚也是重要原因。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术之不足，提供一种治疗慢性阑尾炎的中药，疗效可靠，不易复发。
为实现上述目的，一种治疗慢性阑尾炎的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量的原料药物配比的组分组成：黄芪30-35g，木香15-18g，没药10-12g，大黄6-8g，附子8-10g，薏苡仁30-35g，败酱草60-65g，红藤30-35g，蒲公英60-65g，炙元胡30-32g，全蝎8-10g，蜈蚣4条，甘草6-8g，桃仁12-15g。
本发明配制简单，成本低，疗效快，治愈率高，无任何副作用。
本发明中药：黄芪，甘、温，入脾肺经，补气升阳，脱疮生肌；木香，辛、苦、温，入脾、胃、大肠三焦经，行气止痛，健胃消食；没药，苦、辛、平，入肝经，活血止痛，消肿生肌；大黄，苦、寒，入胃、大肠、脾、肝、心包经，清肠通便，泻火解毒，活血化瘀；附子，辛、大热，有毒，通行12经，回阳救逆，助阳行水，去寒止痛；薏苡仁，甘、淡、微寒，入脾、肺、肾经，祛湿清热，排脓消痛；败酱草，辛、苦、微寒，入胃、大肠、肝经，清热解毒，行瘀排脓；红藤，苦平，入胃、大肠经，清热解毒，活血通经；蒲公英，苦、甘、寒，入肝、胃经，清热解毒，散结消肿；炙元胡，辛、苦、温，入肝、脾、心经，活血散瘀，利气止痛；全蝎，甘、辛、平，有毒，入肝经，熄风止痉，活络止痛，解毒疗疮；蜈蚣，辛、温，有毒，入肝经，熄风止痉，解毒疗疮；甘草，甘、平，入脾、胃、心、肺经，缓急止痛，清热解毒，调和药性；桃仁，苦、甘、平，入心、肝、大肠经，破瘀行血，润燥滑肠。以上诸药合用，治疗慢性阑尾炎疗效高，且无任何副作用。
制备、服用方法及用量：本发明中药用量为成人量，儿童、老人酌减。取本发明方药用凉水浸泡30分钟，用武火煎沸后改用文火煎沸30分钟，滤出150ml；第二遍先用武火煎沸，再改用文火煎沸40分钟，滤出150ml，两遍混合共300ml，每日早晚饭前半小时温服。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明：
实施例1：一种治疗慢性阑尾炎的中药，是由下列重量的原料药物配比组成：黄芪30-35g，木香15-18g，没药10-12g，大黄6-8g，附子8-10g，薏苡仁30-35g，败酱草60-65g，红藤30-35g，蒲公英60-65g，炙元胡30-32g，全蝎8-10g，蜈蚣4条，甘草6-8g，桃仁12-15g。取本发明方药用凉水浸泡30分钟，用武火煎沸后改用文火煎沸30分钟，滤出150ml；第二遍先用武火煎沸，再改用文火煎沸40分钟，滤出150ml，两遍混合共300ml，每日早晚饭前半小时温服。
实施例2：一种治疗慢性阑尾炎的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量配比为：黄芪30g，木香15g，没药10g，大黄6g，附子10g，薏苡仁30g，败酱草60g，红藤30g，蒲公英60g，炙元胡30g，全蝎8g，蜈蚣4条，甘草6g，桃仁12g。制法同上。
临床疗效总结：
一、一般资料：本发明中药多年来应用于临床，治疗数拾例病人。疗效标准：自停止服药到一年内没有复发者为临床治愈；自停止服药到半年内没有复发者为临床有效；自停止服药到半年内复发者为临床无效患者。本发明中药一天1剂药，10天为1疗程，以3个疗程为准统计，治愈率70％，有效率20％，无效10％。本发明方超量用败酱草和蒲公英没有发现副作用。
二、诊断标准：慢性阑尾炎一般距首次急性炎症2个月以后者定为慢性阑尾炎，腹部检查右下腹麦氏点处固定位置的压痛点。有条件的医院腹腔镜检查为首选。
典型病例：
病例1：王××，男，46岁，工人。1998年5月就诊，患慢性阑尾炎多年，每年犯3-4次，用抗生素治疗有效，但疗效不稳定，屡治屡犯。这次用本发明方治疗，服用10剂，感觉良好，又服用10剂，以防复发。随访5年，未复发。
病例2：孙××，男，63岁，农民。2002年8月就诊。患慢性阑尾炎多年，中西药皆用过，但始终没有彻底治愈。这次听病友介绍，服用本发明方。服10剂后，感觉良好，又服20剂药，病愈，随访8年未复发。
