本发明属于中药领域，特别涉及一种治疗头痛荷叶蚕沙中药口服液及制备方法。
背景技术
头痛是指头部经脉绌急或失养，清窍不利所引起的头部疼痛为特征的一种病症。是头部远伤病的主要症状，疼痛有轻有重，各种疼痛形式均可出现，有时疼痛还可出现恶心呕吐现象，疼痛时间有长有短。额胀闷，冷则缓解，冬天也要让头凉快，额胀痛，额痛如裂，发昏，额感觉发热；眉棱骨疼痛不安、令人愁眉不展；除了最常见的疼痛之外，头部远伤病还有晕眩，头部特别怕冷，有的夏天还需戴帽子围头巾，有的怕热，冬天也要吹凉风，头重如裹，头皮发麻、抽搐、跳动，或有帖物感，虫爬感，或头晕闷糊涂，脑鸣或眼突然视物模糊等多种症状表现。西药副作用大，不利于长期使用，中医药用于治疗头痛的药物，由于具有副作用小、疗效好的特点，故很受人们青睐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种副作用小、疗效好，用于治疗头痛荷叶蚕沙中药口服液及制备方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
治疗头痛荷叶蚕沙的中药口服液，是由下列重量份的原料药制成的：
薄荷200-320份、大黄100-160份、牛膝100-160份、荷叶100-300份、菊花100-160份、蚕沙100-140份。
所述的治疗头痛荷叶蚕沙的中药口服液，是由下列重量份的原料药制成的：
薄荷260份、大黄130份、牛膝130份、荷叶200份、菊花130份、蚕沙120份。
所述的治疗头痛荷叶蚕沙的中药口服液及制备方法，包括下列步骤：
取药材薄荷260份、大黄130份、牛膝130份、荷叶200份、菊花130份、蚕沙120份，用水煎煮二次，每次用水量为药材重量的8-10倍量，煎煮二次，每次1-2小时，滤过，滤液浓缩成在60-65℃测相对密度为1．10-1．25的清膏，加乙醇至使含乙醇量为60％，搅匀，静置，滤过，取滤液回收乙醇，浓缩成含固体重量65-67％的浸膏，加入蔗糖20％、炼蜜12％、防腐剂1-3％，原液灌封，辐照灭菌，包装成品，制成口服液，即得。
服用方法：口服，每次10—20ml，日服3次，服药3天，5天一疗程，服药后多在1-3天见效，1-5天治愈。本中药口服液特点是能使患者痊愈，见效快，效果好，毒副作用小，起到标本兼治、扶正不滞邪、祛邪不伤正的作用，无复发，成本低，值得临床推广应用。
本发明所选用的中药原料中，薄荷：辛、凉，归肺、肝经，疏散风热、清利头目、利咽、透疹、疏肝解郁；大黄：苦、寒，归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经，泻下攻积、清热泻火、降火止血、解毒除湿、活血祛瘀；牛膝：苦、酸、平，归肝、肾经，活血祛瘀、补肝肾、强筋骨、利水通淋、引血下行；荷叶：平、苦、涩，入心、肝、脾经，消暑利湿、止血；菊花：辛、甘、苦、微黄，归肺、肝经，疏散风热、平肝明目、清热解毒；蚕砂：甘、辛、温，归肝、脾、胃经，祛风除湿，化湿和胃；诸药共奏疏肝解郁、活血祛瘀、清热解毒、祛风除湿之功，本发明口服液可迅速解除风寒头痛、风热头痛、痰浊头痛、瘀血头痛的症状，专药专治，疗效显著。注意事项：孕妇禁用。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
原料药：薄荷260份、大黄130份、牛膝130份、荷叶200份、菊花130份、蚕沙120份。

实施例4：
临床试验：
采用本发明治疗风寒头痛、风热头痛、痰浊头痛、瘀血头痛共30例患者,年龄最大50岁，最小19岁；男14例，女16例；病程最长6年，最短半年。
中医诊断，风寒头痛者发病时头痛，恶风畏寒，遇风疼痛加剧；风热头痛者发病时头痛剧烈而胀，发热，口渴；痰浊头痛者发病时头痛头昏，胸闷，呕恶痰涎；瘀血头痛者头痛经久不愈，痛处固定不移，痛如锥刺，部份患者头部有外伤史。
治疗方法：口服，每次10—20ml，日服3次，服药3天。
治疗标准：痊愈：头痛症状消失；好转：临床症状有明显改善，头痛减轻；无效：症状无明显好转。
治疗结果：共治疗30例患者，痊愈25例，有效5例，无效0例，总有效率100%。
实施例5：
典型病例：田某，54岁，男，暑季贪凉诱发头痛，头痛犹似刀割欲裂，发热，面红，恶心呕吐，两目涩痛，小便短赤，服用该发明实施例1中药口服液3天，症状明显好转，继而又服2剂，痊愈，3个月后追访，未见复发。
实施例6：
典型病例：梁某，42岁，女，无明显诱因出现头部紧缩样疼痛、疼痛重致患者失眠，食欲差，服用该发明实施例1中药口服液3天，服药1天3次，一次用量10ml，3天治愈，3个月后追访，未见复发。
实施例7：
典型病例：吴某，30岁，女，患者最主要的主诉是头痛，头晕，神志萎靡，面色枯黄无光泽，服用该发明实施例1中药口服液3天，服药1天3次，一次用量10ml，5天治愈，3个月后追访，未见复发。

1.治疗头痛荷叶蚕沙的中药口服液的制备方法，其特征在于：包括下列步骤：
取药材薄荷320份、大黄160份、牛膝160份、荷叶300份、菊花160份、蚕沙140份，用水煎煮二次，每次用水量为药材重量的8-10倍量，煎煮二次，每次1-2小时，滤过，滤液浓缩成在60-65℃测相对密度为1．10-1．25的清膏，加乙醇至使含乙醇量为60％，搅匀，静置，滤过，取滤液回收乙醇，浓缩成含固体重量65-67％的浸膏，加入蔗糖20％、炼蜜12％、防腐剂1-3％，原液灌封，辐照灭菌，包装成品，制成口服液，即得。
