防脱位足部锻炼器
技术领域
    本发明属于医疗器械,涉及一种用于骨科全髋关节置换术后、股骨头置换术后或髋关节脱位复位术后的防脱位足部锻炼器。
背景技术
    全髋关节置换术或股骨头置换术应用于严重的股骨头缺血性坏死、股骨颈头下型骨折及髋关节炎。股骨头缺血性坏死、股骨颈头下型骨折及髋关节炎的发病率较高,随着生活水平的提高,接受全髋关节置换术或股骨头置换术的患者越来越多。手术后要求患肢保持外展中立位(中立位也就是仰卧时足尖向上的体位),以防止髋关节外旋内收出现脱位。同时,关节置换术后的一个常见并发症就是下肢静脉血栓形成。静脉血栓形成的原因除了术后的血液高凝状态外,下肢活动量的减少使肌肉收缩形成的肌泵作用消失也是一重要原因。这就要求患肢术后要作经常的功能锻炼以预防血栓形成。髋关节脱位复位后也有上述要求。目前临床上还没有满意的防脱位足部锻炼器。
发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠的防脱位足部锻炼器。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明的防脱位足部锻炼器,其特殊之处在于:由固定鞋和垂直于安装于固定鞋的后跟处的底板组成,整体形成T形,固定鞋与底板通过横轴可旋转的安装在一起,横轴与底板平行。
本发明的防脱位足部锻炼器,底板呈长条形,其横截面呈弧形。
本发明的防脱位足部锻炼器,弧形底板长30cm,宽3cm。
本发明的防脱位足部锻炼器,固定鞋包括鞋底、鞋帮和粘扣,鞋底与鞋帮的后跟部有软性衬垫。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,使用方便,固定牢靠舒适,固定的同时允许功能锻炼,康复效果好。该产品为全髋关节置换术后、股骨头置换术后或髋关节脱位复位术后的患者提供一种固定方便、牢靠、舒适的足部固定器,该产品在预防髋关节脱位的同时,可允许患者作足部及下肢的功能锻炼,以预防下肢血栓的形成。

本发明的防脱位足部锻炼器,由固定鞋1和垂直于安装于固定鞋的后跟处的底板2组成,整体形成T形,固定鞋与底板通过横轴3可旋转的安装在一起,横轴与底板平行。底板呈长条形,其横截面呈弧形。弧形底板长30cm,宽3cm。固定鞋包括鞋底、鞋帮和粘扣,鞋底与鞋帮的后跟部有软性衬垫。
本发明的防脱位足部锻炼器,人工髋关节置换术后,手术复位,将固定鞋1穿于脚上,底板2平放在床面,将使患肢外展30度,下肢和足置中立位,脚部在底板2的作用下无法左右旋转,避免向患侧翻身,防止内收和外旋,从而避免了人工髋关节脱位。
足部使用本锻炼器后,因底板2与固定鞋1互相垂直,保证了足部及患肢的中立位,防止了患肢的外旋造成的髋关节脱位。固定鞋与底板间有可旋转的横轴3相连,允许足部背伸和跖屈,使小腿肌肉得到功能锻炼。底板横截面为弧形,是为了膝关节在屈伸锻炼时,使锻炼器便于滑动,方便大腿肌肉的锻炼。鞋部的粘扣设计,可保证不同大小的脚都可得到良好固定,而且左右脚都可使用。软性衬垫可预防足跟褥疮的形成,而且使患者固定舒适。

Claims (2)

1.一种防脱位足部锻炼器,其特征在于:由固定鞋和垂直于安装于固定鞋的后跟处的底板组成,整体形成T形,固定鞋与底板通过横轴可旋转的安装在一起,横轴与底板平行,底板位于左右方向;底板呈长条形,其横截面呈弧形;弧形底板长30cm,宽3cm,膝关节在屈伸锻炼时,使锻炼器便于滑动,方便大腿肌肉的锻炼;人工髋关节置换术后,手术复位,将固定鞋穿于脚上,底板平放在床面,将使患肢外展30度,因底板与固定鞋互相垂直,整体形成T形,所以下肢和足置中立位,脚部在底板的作用下无法左右旋转,防止患肢的外旋造成的髋关节脱位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防脱位足部锻炼器,其特征在于:固定鞋包括鞋底、鞋帮和粘扣,鞋底与鞋帮的后跟部有软性衬垫。
