禽蛋孵化器内自转翻蛋架
技术领域：禽蛋孵化器内自转翻蛋架的制造生产技术涉及机械制造技术领域。 
背景技术：现有的禽蛋孵化器，存在着孵化率低，原因就是不能均匀翻蛋，接受热湿不均致使孵出率低，因此我们发明了禽蛋孵化器内自转翻蛋架，使其孵出率达到百分之九十以上。 
发明内容：目的是提供一种设计合理、结构简单，体积小、重量轻、易生产、好安装、易操作，价格低、孵化率高、雏苗健壮、市场潜力大、好推广普及的禽蛋孵化器内自转翻蛋架。具体特征包括禽蛋孵化室(1)、禽蛋托架(2)、禽蛋(3)、禽蛋槽(4)、自动转轴(5)、网状禽蛋卡(6)、禽蛋分格托盘(7)、禽蛋孵化器内自转翻蛋架(8)。

具体实施方式：自动转轴(5)装于禽蛋托架(2)中间底部，再装于禽蛋孵化室(1)内，一并装接于三百六十度正反转低速电机(图中未标)，禽蛋(3)装于禽蛋分格托盘(7)的禽蛋槽(4)内，网状禽蛋卡(6)卡在禽蛋分格托盘(7)的上口，将每个禽蛋(3)卡紧，以防脱落。按上述程序做好工作即可实现较高的孵出率。

1.禽蛋孵化器内自转翻蛋架由禽蛋托架、自动转轴构成，具体特征包括禽蛋孵化室(1)、禽蛋托架(2)、禽蛋(3)、禽蛋槽(4)、自动转轴(5)、网状禽蛋卡(6)、禽蛋分格托盘(7)、禽蛋孵化器内自转翻蛋架(8)。
