Abstract
一种咪唑啉油田缓蚀剂,它由(N-羟乙基-N′-羟乙基-N′,N′-二羧甲基乙二胺)十八酰胺钠盐15-30%、1-羟乙基-2-十七烯基-3,3-二羧甲基咪唑啉钠盐70-85%组成。经在油田试用,其缓蚀效果优良。
Description
本发明涉及一种油田缓蚀剂。
咪唑啉两性表面活性剂自1940年被开发以来,在合成洗发香波、纤维防静电剂和柔软剂、玻璃纤维的润滑剂、油漆颜料的分散剂、金属处理的缓蚀剂、油田杀菌缓蚀剂等方面得到广泛的应用。美国在油田使用的各种有机缓蚀剂中,以咪唑啉系用量最大。国外已在油田应用的有效咪唑啉衍生物有:1-(2-羟乙基)-1-苄基-2-十三烷基咪唑啉;烷基咪唑啉;咪唑啉的季胺盐;1-乙胺-2-烷基咪唑啉等。适合我国油田情况的缓蚀剂,仍有待进一步开发。
为开发适于我国油田使用的油田缓蚀剂,本发明选择以下配方:
组分A:(N-羟乙基-N′-羟乙基-N′,N′-=羧甲基乙二胺)十八酰胺钠盐 15-30%
组分B:1-羟乙基-2-十七烯基-3,3-二羧甲基咪唑啉钠盐 70-85%

经在胜利、华北、二连、新疆油田试用,缓蚀效果优良,平均腐蚀率(MPY)为8.81,平均点蚀率为21.67。
