Abstract

提供一种电源连接装置。该电源连接装置连接至一交流电源,包括一适配器,该适配器用于将交流电源所输出的交流电转换为直流电,该电源连接装置还包括:一轨道,与该适配器电连接;至少一电源线,该电源线的一端与该轨道电连接,且保持电连接的同时,沿着该轨道滑动。使用本发明在对电子装置进行多个测试站的测试时,可持续给待测的电子装置供电,从而节省人力,提高效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源连接装置。
背景技术
在电子产品出厂前测试时,一般需要在多个测试站对不同的功能进行测试,由于测试时电子产品未安装电池,只能通过外接电源进行对其供电,故当电子产品到达每个测试站时,都需要先将该待测的电子产品连接至电源,当在当前的测试站测试完成后,又需要断开待测的电子产品与电源的连接,以使该电子产品移动至下一测试站进行测试,而目前每个测试站电子产品的电源的连接及断开都需要测试人员手动完成,如此反复连接及断开电源不但可能对待测电子装置有损坏,且浪费人力,效率较低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,故需要提供一种电源连接装置,在对电子装置进行多个测试站的测试时,可持续给待测的电子装置供电。
该电源连接装置连接至一交流电源,包括一适配器,该适配器用于将交流电源所输出的交流电转换为直流电;一轨道,与该适配器电连接;至少一电源线,该电源线的一端与该轨道电连接,且保持电连接的同时,沿着该轨道滑动。
相较于现有技术,本发明在对电子装置进行多个测试站的测试时,可持续给待测的电子装置供电,从而节省人力,提高效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该电源连接装置1包括一适配器11、一轨道12、及至少一电源线13。该电源连接装置1通过该适配器11连接至一交流电源2。该适配器11用于将交流电源2所输出的交流电转换为直流电。
该轨道12与该适配器11电连接,每个电源线13的一端与该轨道12电连接,且保持电连接的同时,可沿着该轨道12滑动。该电源线13的另一端连接一待测电子装置3,该待测电子装置3需要在多个测试站进行测试,当该待测电子装置3被从一个测试站移动至下一测试站时,该电源线13也沿着轨道12滑动至下一测试站。该待测电子装置3所在的测试机台4也包括一轨道41,待测电子装置1在当前测试站测试完成之后,则被控制沿着该轨道41自动滑动至下一测试站进行测试。
为了防止该待测电子装置1在轨道12上滑动时产生静电,该电源连接装置1上还包括一防静电电源线14,该防静电电源线14连接至测试机台上的一个金属屏蔽网(图未示),从而消除该待测电子装置1在轨道12上滑动时产生的静电。

Claims (3)

1.一种电源连接装置,该电源连接装置连接至一交流电源,包括一适配器,该适配器用于将交流电源所输出的交流电转换为直流电,其特征在于,该电源连接装置还包括:
一轨道,与该适配器电连接;
至少一电源线,该电源线的一端与该轨道电连接,且保持电连接的同时,沿着该轨道滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源连接装置,其特征在于,该电源线的另一端连接一待测电子装置,在该待测电子装置被从一个测试站移动至下一测试站时,该电源线也沿着轨道滑动至下一测试站。
3.如权利要求1所述的电源连接装置,其特征在于,该电源连接装置上还包括一防静电电源线,该防静电电源线连接至测试机台上的一个金属屏蔽网。
