背景技术
[0002] 现有固定建筑物的建筑外墙,梁和墙板为连接整体预制成型构件,成型设备复杂, 工艺难度大,而且预制的建筑外墙笨重,运输吊装困难,现场安装时还需架设建筑外架和施 工模板,施工难度大,设备要求高,工作效率低,施工质量难以控制。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种简化 预制构件制备工艺及设备、便于预制构件制造、具有模板、固定支撑等多种功能、安全、高 效、确保施工质量的预制混凝土多功能外墙挂板体系。
[0004] 本发明采用的技术方案是:这种预制混凝土多功能外墙挂板体系,分别具有预制 混凝土外墙挂板和预制混凝土梁,预制混凝土外墙挂板上预留有连接钢筋,与之相对应,预 制混凝土梁上预留有钢筋插入孔,预制混凝土外墙挂板上的连接钢筋插入预制混凝土梁的 钢筋插入孔后通过浇注混凝土连接固定。
[0005] 上述技术方案中,预制混凝土梁的钢筋插入孔为一端大一端小的锥形孔,插入钢 筋浇注混凝土后使钢筋无法拔出,极大地增强了预制混凝土梁与预制混凝土外墙挂板的结 合牢固程度。
[0006] 上述技术方案中,预制混凝土外墙挂板的侧边预留宽边作为边模。
[0007] 上述技术方案中,预制混凝土外墙挂板上预留有窗洞、门洞。
[0008] 上述技术方案中,预制混凝土外墙挂板内具有保温隔热材料层,或者预制混凝土 外墙挂板侧壁复合保温隔热材料层。
[0009] 本发明突破了已有技术梁和墙体一起整体混凝土预制成型工艺难度大的问题,本 发明将梁和外墙挂板分别进行混凝土预制,这样,制备工艺、设备就简单多了,生产也变得 非常容易、高效,特别是将原来的预制混凝土墙体部分改为预制混凝土外墙挂板,使预制件 变得薄和轻便,因而运输、吊装无需大型设备,甚至人力推车就可完成,极大地节省了设备 和投资,提高了施工效率。本发明将预制混凝土梁和预制混凝土外墙挂板现场连接固定,取 消了建筑外架,更加安全高效,提高效率达100%。本发明的预制混凝土外墙挂板既可替代施 工外模板,又可作为施工内模板的固定支撑件,同时也是两墙板之间的连接件。此外,预制 混凝土外墙挂板既可作为墙体的外墙板,又可作为复合保温结构体系的支撑面,也是预制 混凝土梁的固定支撑系统。因此,本发明功能多,节省设备和能源,而且施工效率高,施工质 量好,是建筑行业非常重要的创新技术。

[0015] 参见图1、图2、图3,本发明的预制混凝土多功能外墙挂板体系具有预制混凝土外 墙挂板I和预制混凝土梁2,预制混凝土外墙挂板I上预留有连接钢筋3,与之相对应,预 制混凝土梁2上预留有钢筋插入孔4,预制混凝土外墙挂板上的连接钢筋3插入预制混凝 土梁的钢筋插入孔4后通过浇注混凝土连接固定,这样就实现了预制混凝土外墙挂板挂在 预制混凝土梁上的连接固定,也可以说是预制混凝土梁挂在预制混凝土外墙挂板上连接固 定,预制混凝土外墙挂板也是预制混凝土梁的支撑体系,总之是相互挂接,相互支撑,现场 组合,简化了工艺,提高了效率。
[0016] 上述预制混凝土梁的钢筋插入孔4为一端大一端小的锥形孔,即靠外墙挂板一端 小,这样可在孔内浇注混凝土后,钢筋混凝土凝结成一个倒锥塞,这种倒锥塞阻止了钢筋的 拔出和位移,结构极其牢固稳定。
[0017] 上述预制混凝土外墙挂板I的侧边预留宽边作为边模5,这种边模在施工时既可 作外模板,又可作内模板的支撑。
