本发明涉及织袜机防扭曲装置。
背景技术
织袜机作为加工袜子的一种机械设备，现有的织袜机袜子在加工完成后，需将袜子离开织袜机，现有的织袜机上的落袜筒直接与织袜机相连，袜子在落袜时，袜子为整体出袜，容易使袜子扭曲，使出袜效果不好，降低了生产质量，使用性下降。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是织袜机出袜效果不好，生产效率不好，从而提供织袜机防扭曲装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：织袜机防扭曲装置，包括防护套、设置在防护套内的转轴、连接板、固定板，所述防护套与转轴之间设有袜子出入的间隙，所述防护套的顶端与连接板固定连接，所述防护套的底端与固定板固定连接，所述转轴的顶端与连接板转动连接，所述转轴的底端与固定板转动连接，所述固定板上设有与间隙相通的出袜口。
优选的，所述转轴上设有若干小孔，减少了袜子与转轴的接触面，使用效果更好，提高了袜子的质量，生产效率提高。
综上所述，本发明的优点：通过织袜机出袜口上动力装置同时控制织袜机与转轴同步转动，使袜子在加工出袜时，袜子随转轴转动，不易使袜子缠绕扭曲，提高了袜子出袜的效率，提高了生产效率，也提高了袜子的质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，织袜机防扭曲装置，包括防护套2、设置在防护套2内的转轴1、连接板3、固定板4，所述防护套2与转轴1之间设有袜子出入的间隙5，所述防护套2的顶端与连接板3固定连接，所述防护套2的底端与固定板4固定连接，所述转轴1的顶端与连接板3转动连接，所述转轴1的底端与固定板4转动连接，所述固定板4上设有与间隙5相通的出袜口6，所述转轴1上设有若干小孔7，减少了袜子与转轴1的接触面，使用效果更好，提高了袜子的质量，生产效率提高。
将防护套2通过连接板3与织袜机固定连接后，启动织袜机出袜口上的动力装置，使织袜机与转轴1同步转动，使袜子在完成加工后进入出袜时，袜子随时转轴1转动，并通过设置在防护套2底端的固定板4上出袜口6出袜。
通过织袜机出袜口上动力装置同时控制织袜机与转轴同步转动，使袜子在加工出袜时，袜子随转轴转动，不易使袜子缠绕扭曲，提高了袜子出袜的效率，提高了生产效率，也提高了袜子的质量。

1.织袜机防扭曲装置，其特征在于：包括防护套(2)、设置在防护套(2)内的转轴(1)、连接板(3)、固定板(4)，所述防护套(2)与转轴(1)之间设有袜子出入的间隙(5)，所述防护套(2)的顶端与连接板(3)固定连接，所述防护套(2)的底端与固定板(4)固定连接，所述转轴(1)的顶端与连接板(3)转动连接，所述转轴(1)的底端与固定板(4)转动连接，所述固定板(4)上设有与间隙(5)相通的出袜口(6)。
