Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗慢性支气管炎的中药汤剂。中医认为慢性支气管炎是由，外因与外感风寒，内因与肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调有关。针对慢性支气管炎病因，本发明选择具有活血化瘀，疏理气机，温肺化饮，益气健脾的中药翘茎香青、莲生桂子花、黄柏、鱼腥草、牡丹皮、香橼、甘草、丹参、前胡、桑白皮、牛黄、白术、北沙参制成汤剂，供患者服用，经我院临床试验，总有效率达到95.0％，明显高于对照组，而且治疗成本低，值得临床推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗慢性支气管炎的中药汤剂。
背景技术
慢性支气管炎是一种常见病、多发病，由于炎症反复发作，支气管粘膜充血水肿，纤维组织肥大增生，粘液分泌增加，且毛细血管狭窄，分泌物阻塞气道，长期的通换气功能障碍导致红细胞、血红蛋白等的增多及一些活性物质的参与而增加了血粘滞性，血循环障碍使局部抵抗力降低，进而防预机能障碍，导致反复急性发作或慢性迁延性感染，久之形成咳嗽、喘息、咯痰等症状反应。对此病的治疗，西医以抗感染、止咳平喘为主，亦只能临时缓解症状，尚无特效药物，给患者的治疗带来诸多不便，难以解除患者身心痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性支气管炎的中药汤剂。中医认为慢性支气管炎是由，外因与外感风寒，内因与肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调有关。肺主气，司呼吸，外合皮毛，风寒外束，肺气壅遏，气机不利而引起咳嗽、气喘。脾主运化，脾气虚弱，运化失常，聚湿生痰。故有“脾为生痰之源，肺为贮痰之器”之说。肺肾气虚，肾气不固，摄纳失常，呼多吸少，而致咳嗽、喘促。针对慢性支气管炎病因，为此，本病以活血化瘀，疏理气机，温肺化饮，益气健脾，提高机体免疫力为治则。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗慢性支气管炎的中药汤剂由以下重量份的中药制成：翘茎香青10-13份、莲生桂子花10-12份、黄柏12-15份、鱼腥草10-13份、牡丹皮7-9份、香橼4-6份、甘草6-8份、丹参9-11份、前胡8-10份、桑白皮7-10份、牛黄3-5份、白术11-13份、北沙参9-11份。
优选的，该治疗慢性支气管炎的中药汤剂由以下重量份的中药制成：翘茎香青12份、莲生桂子花11份、黄柏13份、鱼腥草12份、牡丹皮8份、香橼5份、甘草7份、丹参10份、前胡9份、桑白皮9份、牛黄4份、白术12份、北沙参10份。
将上述中药按传统的方法制成汤剂。
方中：翘茎香青镇咳、祛痰、平喘、消炎，治疗慢性支气管炎；
莲生桂子花：消炎清热，活血止血，治肺炎、支气管炎；
黄柏：归肾、膀胱、大肠经。清热燥湿 泻火解毒，退热除蒸；
鱼腥草：清热解毒，消痈排脓，利尿通淋；
牡丹皮：归心、肝、肾经。清热凉血，活血散瘀；
香橼：入肝、肺、脾经。疏肝解郁，理气宽中，化痰止咳；
丹参：入心、脾、肝、肾经，活血调经，凉血消痈，安神；
前胡：入肺、脾经。降气化痰，宣散风热；
桑白皮：泻肺平喘，利水消肿；
牛黄：入心、肝经。息风止痉，化痰开窍，清热解毒；
白术：补气健脾，燥湿利水；
甘草：归心、肺、脾、胃经。益气补中，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓解止痛，调和药性；
北沙参：入肺、脾经。养阴清肺，益胃生津。
临床资料
1、一般资料 从来我院就诊的慢性支气管炎患者中选择120例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组60例，男32，女28例，年龄15～75岁。对照组60例，男31例，女29例，年龄15～80岁。病程：治疗组1.5～30年，平均(6.25±1.43)年；对照组2.5～40年，平均(7.25±1.57)年。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程及中医辨证分型等方面统计学差异无显著性(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准 凡每年咳嗽、咯痰或喘息在2个月以上，连续2年以上发病或1年发病连续3个月以上，并排除心肺其他疾病引起者，即可诊断为慢性支气管炎。体征检查：可闻及干性或湿性啰音，喘息型则有哮鸣音，严重者可见桶状胸。X线检查可见肺纹理增粗，或呈网、条状，肺气肿时两肺透气度增加，两膈低位。
3、治疗方法 治疗组服用本发明所述的中药汤剂，每日早、晚各服1次。对照组：口服桂龙咳喘宁，每次4粒，每天3次。两组均2周为1个疗程。
4、疗效标准 以国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医内外妇儿科病证诊断疗效标准》中慢性支气管炎疗效标准为依据。痊愈：咳嗽、咯痰、喘息症状消失，体征消失。好转：咳嗽、咯痰、喘息症状明显减轻，其他症状与体征均减轻。无效：咳嗽、咯痰、喘息与其他症状和体征均无减轻或加重。
5、治疗结果 治疗两周后疗效比较，对两组患者进行随访观察，结果显示，治疗组和对照组的临床治疗总有效率分别为95.0％和81.6％，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，见表1。

具体实施方式
实施例一：翘茎香青12g、莲生桂子花11g、黄柏13g、鱼腥草12g、牡丹皮8g、香橼5g、甘草7g、丹参10g、前胡9g、桑白皮9g、牛黄4g、白术12g、北沙参10g。用水煎煮半小时后取汁，早、晚各服1次，7天为1个疗程，连续服用两个疗程。

1.一种治疗慢性支气管炎的中药汤剂，其特征在于该中药汤剂由以下重量份的中药制成：翅茎香青10-13份、莲生桂子花10-12份、黄柏12-15份、鱼腥草10-13份、牡丹皮7-9份、香橼4-6份、甘草6-8份、丹参9-11份、前胡8-10份、桑白皮7-10份、牛黄3-5份、白术11-13份、北沙参9-11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性支气管炎的中药汤剂，其特征在于该中药汤剂由以下重量份的中药制成：翅茎香青12份、莲生桂子花11份、黄柏13份、鱼腥草12份、牡丹皮8份、香橼5份、甘草7份、丹参10份、前胡9份、桑白皮9份、牛黄4份、白术12份、北沙参10份。
