本创作系一种四连杆煞车膝关节,膝承座设有前穿孔及后穿孔,内侧设有内连杆连接缓冲组件;一欧柏体,前方设有欧柏体穿孔,后方设有压块;二第一连杆,上端连接于膝承座之前穿孔,下端连接欧柏体穿孔;二第二连杆,上端连接于膝承座之后穿孔;一束夹,设置于第一连杆及第二连杆内侧,上端设有上穿孔,前方下端设有下穿孔,上穿孔以轴心穿设连接于第二连杆下端,下穿孔对应于欧柏体穿孔,束夹后端接触于压块;上穿孔设有间隙,该间隙设有一个以上的弯折段,且由上穿孔向下延伸至束夹底部,间隙开口位于下穿孔及束夹后端之间。

技术领域
本创作系一种四连杆煞车膝关节,系利用身体重量或义肢脚跟接触地面之反力,缩小束夹所设置的间隙限制轴心转动,以避免义肢膝关节于轻松站立或行走间忽然弯曲造成危险。
背景技术
良好的义肢膝关节在不同的步态周期或站立状态,可提供不同的重心支撑及相对应的缓冲,同时义肢膝关节于行走或重心变化的弯曲过程中亦需设置适当的安全结构,以防止忽然弯曲而造成危险。
如图7所示,义肢使用者于膝关节未弯曲站立状态,双脚通常能稳定支撑身体重量,随着站立时间的延长,亦需藉由膝关节微幅弯曲或重心变化的方式调整为轻松站姿,以舒缓局部关节所承受之压力;如图8所示之习用四连杆义肢膝关节,于未弯曲站立状态,虽能稳定支撑身体重量,但若将重心由健肢侧转为义肢侧时,即容易使膝关节依顺时针方向忽然弯曲而造成危险;同此忽然弯曲之情况如图9及图10所示,当义肢使用者于平面或下坡路面行走,义肢脚跟着地,会由脚底产生向上的力,此时重心若转为义肢侧,便容易使膝关节依顺时针方向忽然弯曲而造成跌倒的危险,因此习用四连杆义肢膝关节仍有进一步改良的空间。
发明内容
本创作系一种四连杆煞车膝关节,膝承座设有前穿孔及后穿孔,该膝承座内侧设有内连杆,连接缓冲组件;欧柏体,前方设有欧柏体穿孔,后方设有压块;二对称的第一连杆,上端连接于膝承座之前穿孔,下端连接欧柏体穿孔;二对称的第二连杆,上端连接于膝承座之后穿孔;一束夹,设置于第一连杆及第二连杆内侧,上端设有上穿孔,前方下端设有下穿孔,上穿孔以轴心穿设连接于第二连杆下端,下穿孔对应于欧柏体穿孔,束夹后端接触于欧柏体后方之压块;上穿孔设有间隙,该间隙设有一个以上的弯折段,且由上穿孔向下延伸至束夹底部,间隙开口位于下穿孔及束夹后端之间。
有鉴于上述习用四连杆义肢膝关节待改良之缺陷,本创作主要系于义肢四连杆结构中,设置一束夹;当义肢使用者采膝盖微弯之轻松站姿或改变重心至义肢侧时,身体重量配合义肢下端向上的力,可使欧柏体后方之压块直接压迫束夹后端,此时设置于束夹之间隙即会缩小而夹住轴心,使其停止转动;而当义肢使用者行走于平面或下坡路面时,亦可利用义肢脚跟着地所产生向上的力,使欧柏体后方之压块直接压迫束夹后端,同样可夹住轴心使其停止转动,进而避免义肢膝关节忽然依顺时针方向弯曲而造成跌倒的危险。

具体实施方式
以下就本创作之结构功能,采由较佳之实施例,配合图式详细说明后,俾增加对本创作之了解;本创作系一种四连杆煞车膝关节,请参阅如图1~图6中图面所示,主要组件包含膝承座1、第一连杆2、第二连杆3、束夹4及欧柏体5,其中;
请参阅如图1~图6所示,膝承座1设有前穿孔11及后穿孔12,上方可连接义肢承筒,内侧设有内连杆13连接缓冲组件14;一欧柏体5,前方设有欧柏体穿孔,后方设有压块44,该压块44可调整凸伸量;二对称的第一连杆2,上端连接于膝承座1之前穿孔11,下端连接欧柏体穿孔;二对称的第二连杆3,上端连接于膝承座1之后穿孔12;一束夹4,设置于第一连杆2及第二连杆3内侧,上端设有上穿孔41,前方下端设有下穿孔42,上穿孔41以轴心45穿设连接于第二连杆3下端,下穿孔42对应于欧柏体穿孔,束夹4后端接触于压块44;上穿孔41设有间隙40,该间隙40设有一个以上的弯折段401,且由上穿孔41向下延伸至束夹4底部,间隙开口位于下穿孔42及束夹后端43之间。
请参阅如图2~图6所示,本创作之四连杆煞车膝关节,主要系应用身体重量或义肢脚跟接触地面之反力,以缩小束夹4所设置的间隙40限制轴心45转动;长时间维持相同的站姿容易造成局部关节负担或肌肉疲劳,因此当义肢使用者需采膝盖微弯之轻松站姿或改变重心至义肢侧时,便可利用本创作之束夹4,以身体重量配合义肢下端向上的力,使欧柏体5后方之压块44直接压迫束夹后端43,此时设置于束夹4之间隙40即会缩小而夹住轴心45,使其停止转动,有如图2轻松站立的状态;而当义肢使用者行走于平面或下坡路面时,如图3及图5之未煞车状态示意图,此时义肢脚跟未着地,故束夹4之间隙40较大,让轴心45可自由转动以完成顺畅的踢摆动作;当义肢脚跟如图4及图6呈着地状态时,即可利用义肢脚跟着地所产生向上的力,使欧柏体5后方之压块44直接压迫束夹4后端缩小间隙40,夹住轴心45使其停止转动,进而避免义肢膝关节忽然依顺时针方向弯曲而造成跌倒的危险;惟,以上所述者,仅为本创作之较佳实施范例,当不能以之作为限定本创作实施之范围,凡依本创作申请专利范围所作之均等变化或修饰,仍应属本创作专利涵盖之范围内。

1.一种四连杆煞车膝关节,其特征在于包含:一膝承座,设有前穿孔及后穿孔,该膝承座内侧设有内连杆,连接缓冲组件;一欧柏体,前方设有欧柏体穿孔,后方设有压块;二第一连杆,上端连接于膝承座之前穿孔,下端连接欧柏体穿孔;二第二连杆,上端连接于膝承座之后穿孔;一束夹,设置于第一连杆及第二连杆内侧,上端设有上穿孔,前方下端设有下穿孔,上穿孔以轴心穿设连接于第二连杆下端,下穿孔对应于欧柏体穿孔,束夹后端接触于欧柏体后方之压块;上穿孔设有间隙,该间隙由上穿孔向下延伸至束夹底部。
2.如权利要求1所述之四连杆煞车膝关节,其特征在于:其中束夹之间隙设有一个以上的弯折段。
3.如权利要求1所述之四连杆煞车膝关节,其特征在于:其中束夹之间隙开口设置于下穿孔及束夹后端之间。
