本发明涉及一种以聚氨酯改性环氧树脂作为主体材料,添加异氰酸酯调整树脂弹性模量的新型高性能医用复合材料,其核心指标弯曲强度1200MPa,增强了X射线阻射性。本发明所要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种配方合理,性能稳定,工艺简单的牙根桩树脂材料,其应用于桩核和牙根提供固定或桩核修复的义齿植入桩生产制造。

技术领域
本发明为一种以聚氨酯改性环氧树脂作为主体材料,添加异氰酸酯调整树脂弹性模量的新型高性能医用复合材料。其特征为主要配方成份聚氨酯:50%-65%,环氧树脂20%-25%,异氰酸酯10%-30%。其核心指标弯曲强度1200MPa,增强了X射线阻射性,应用于桩核和牙根提供固定或桩核修复的义齿植入桩生产制造。
背景技术
生物医学材料应用广泛,仅高分子材料,全世界在医学上应用就有90多个品种,1800余种制品,西方发达国家在医学上消耗的高分子材料每年以10%~20%的速度增长。随着现代科学的发展,尤其是生物技术的重大突破,生物材料应用将会更加广泛。
根管桩在临床治疗中主要是为桩核和牙冠提供固定或桩核的修复。使用时将根管桩插入已经过根管治疗的根管内,通过粘固剂与根管内壁牢固连接,形成桩核和牙冠固定的基础,同时改变牙根的应力分布状态,减少牙根的折断发生可能性。
在临床上使用的牙科根管桩包括预成根管桩和定制的铸造根管桩,预成根管桩包括非金属根管桩(玻璃纤维、碳纤维、陶瓷等)和金属根管桩(合金、纯钛等)。
残根残冠的保守治疗常常需要桩核修复,传统金属桩修复存在一些缺点:例如金属的腐蚀性容易导致牙龈颜色改变;金属高弹性模量容易产生应力集中,导致根折;随着核磁共振成像技术的应用,金属传导性回导致即刻射频场发生变形,进而造成图像的扭曲变形;金属桩核的金属色及不透明性影响前牙全瓷冠的配色及美观。
比较而言,纤维桩由聚合物树脂基质包绕,碳纤维和石英纤维组成,弹性模量接近牙本质,具有比金属更好的传递和分散咬合力的功能,降低了根折的机率,有利于保护剩余的牙体组织。所以说是一种新型的加强牙根强度、保存牙根、桩冠修复材料,其优点是弹性模量好、轻便、强度高、色泽好,在牙齿修复中占据先天优势,其应用范围广,操作简单、快速,减少了患者复诊的次数。适用于牙冠大面积缺失,固定义齿的固定位,畸形牙、错位牙或扭转牙等。
发明内容
我公司针对国内纤维桩原料和制造技术的问题,研究了国内外纤维桩的发展研究现状,从树脂源头进行了大量工作,解决了材料弯曲强度和脆性等综合性问题,通过异氰酸酯改性,找到了一个相对比较高的专用树脂,并对增强树脂材料进行了科学配比和选择,同时对工艺进行优化,促进了材料的稳定,增强了产品使用安全性。本材料创新点:一是增补了国内空白,在产业化方面,医用复合材料主要依靠进口,产品技术结构和水平基本上处于初级阶段;二是改医用复合材料达到了国际先进水平,内控核心指标弯曲强度达到了1200mpa,力学性能超过国内产品的20%-40%,更为突出的是X射线阻射性大为改进,突破了纤维根管桩产品的应用瓶颈;三是具有较强的市场竞争力,材料价格低廉,市场前景广阔,具有较强的市场竞争力。

聚氨酯:5350g;环氧树脂:2180g;异氰酸酯:2570g。

1.一种高性能医用复合材料,其特征在于:以聚氨酯改性环氧树脂作为主体材料,添加异氰酸酯调整树脂弹性模量,主要配方成份:聚氨酯:50%-65%,环氧树脂20%-25%,异氰酸酯10%-30%,其核心指标弯曲强度1200MPa,增强了X射线阻射性,应用于桩核和牙根的固定或桩核修复的义齿植入桩生产制造。
