5. A position monitoring apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control module comprises a memory module.
6. A monitoring method using the position monitoring apparatus of claim 1, characterized in that the monitoring method comprises the steps of:
a manager wears the personnel positioning equipment on the wrist or ankle of a monitored person through the buckle belt, so that the buckle belt and the shell are in a locked state, the monitored person cannot easily take down the personnel positioning equipment, one end of the optical fiber corresponds to the infrared light emitting head through the optical fiber connector, and the other end of the optical fiber is connected with the optical fiber signal receiving head;
a manager sends an instruction to the personnel positioning device from the management device to control the personnel positioning device to start working;
the infrared sensing module senses whether a monitored person wears the person positioning equipment or not, and sends a result to the control module, and when the infrared receiving head receives an infrared signal emitted by the infrared emitting head reflected by the monitored person, the monitored person wears the person positioning equipment; the buckle belt monitoring module monitors the connection state of the buckle belt and the shell and sends the result to the control module, and when the optical fiber signal receiving head receives an infrared light signal transmitted by the infrared light transmitting head and transmitted from an optical fiber, the buckle belt and the shell are in a locked connection state;
when the infrared sensing module senses an infrared signal reflected by a monitored person and the buckle belt monitoring module monitors that the buckle belt and the shell are in a locked connection state, the control module marks that the personnel positioning device and the monitored person are in a binding state,
when the infrared sensing module does not sense the infrared signal reflected by the monitored person, or the buckle belt monitoring module monitors that the buckle belt and the shell are in a disconnected state, the control module marks that the personnel positioning device and the monitored person are in a separated state,
the position acquisition module acquires the position information of the personnel positioning equipment and sends the position information to the control module;
the control module sends the state information of the personnel positioning equipment and the monitored personnel and the position information of the personnel positioning equipment to the position server through the communication module, and the position server records the information; when the personnel positioning equipment is separated from the monitored personnel, the position server is marked as alarm information and sends the alarm information to the management equipment in real time;
a manager inquires the position information of the personnel positioning equipment and the binding state of the personnel positioning equipment and the monitored personnel from the position server through a management device;
when the position of the monitored person is not required to be monitored any more, a manager sends an instruction to the person positioning device from the management device, controls the person positioning device to stop working, unlocks the buckle belt and the shell, and separates the person positioning device from the monitored person.
